Called them up today to get a quote. Sounded like I just woke the representative up. I received the quote but there was no enthusiasm or will to work in the tone of the representative. Needless to say if that’s how they answer a phone call I wouldn’t want them working on my vehicle. Especially since they are more expensive that safelite. Thank you but no thank you

After not showing up 2 days in a row told me the price would be double if I wanted them to actually show up and do the job they had agreed to do and scheduled to do twice. Extremely unprofessional company. Go to Anders or Novus instead.

After calling around and getting quotes from several windshield replacement companies - I was given the recommendation to call Onsight and I am so glad I did! Not only were they the most accommodating, they were the most competitively priced. They delivered a high level of professionalism and their install team was great to work with day of. Brett is great and did a great job on our window repair. He was very accommodating. Met him at a breakfast meeting and asked him to look at our windshield. Right after the meeting broke he came out, called the insurance for us and repaired it right there and then.Great service and attitude.

Terrible service. Performed a faulty install that resulted in a large crack without any pitts in the windshield and led to a 3 week calling spree between Onsight, insurance, and I. I didnt get any responses from these people, I always had to call them and eventually I gave up. If youre up for a challenge, give this company a ring.Update: Onsight claimed I never sent a picture, but I did and they didnt respond at all. Currently attending university out of state and studying time is important. However, I tried several times to contact them and each time it was up to me to follow up. If you appreciate people wasting your time, go with Onsight. Dont be fooled folks.

This lady is CRAZY! She just told me that I was unable to install a windshield in a car without a licence!!! WHAT? The windshield is totally smashed, the car is out-of-state, there is no way for them to install it, so she refuses to sell the glass as she claims you need licences to put them in!!! Silly people.

Brett has worked on both my mini-van and my husbands SUV several times with great success. He saved our windshields from splitting due to rock damage. We really appreciate his help and friendly spirit. He is always helping others with their windshields after events I see him at regularly.

On sight auto glass is a great company. Brett came to our house to fix the car windshield. He was super flexible and was able to make it over within a few days. It was also covered by insurance!!

If I could give a lower rating than this I would! The rubber started falling out of my windshield after a few months. Many attempts to work with this company to get them to fix it they said they had the part and set up an app only to call yesterday to say they couldnt get the part!! I found it on the Internet in 30 seconds of searching!! They have stood me up, been late only to not have what they need to fix it and now saying they cant get the part I was charged for. This was a cash deal so I guess they just take your money and run. I have asked repeatedly to have an owner call me....no call. I give up....will just report you to BB bureau.

Brett at OnSight Auto Glass is my go to auto repair person. He does a great job, is awesome to work with, repairs my windshields quickly and costs less than Safelite if you prefer not to go through your insurance.

I was quoted $237 for a truck windshield. After missing 2 scheduled appointments the installer arrived and changed the quote to $537. I had him complete the install which he did very well. Still unexpected surprise.
