She listened to my needs and came up with Great solutions, the mark of an Excellent sales person I would say! I cannot recommend this place enough. We recently purchased our 2004 four winns from them and the whole process was almost too easy. Garrett was an amazing salesman and JB was great as well. They never once were pushy and had a great selection to choose from. Communication was always prompt and professional. The day we went to test out our boat on the water, they took the time to show us every single detail of what we should expect to be successful out on the water. I would give more then 5 stars if I could and we will continue to recommend this place to family and friends!

I bought a Glastron GT225 from Island Lake Marine in May and have been very happy with the buying experience, and with the boat! JD found us exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.Just recently, when I was winterizing the boat, I noticed power steering fluid pooling in the bilge. Thinking this was related to the power steering actuator which had been replaced prior to purchase, and would have therefore been covered under warranty, I took the boat back to Island Lake Marine. Well it turns out there was a hose leak which was unrelated to the actuator, but the service department diagnosed and fixed the problem and topped off the power steering fluid all as a courtesy!I couldnt be happier with my experience at Island Lake Marine - with both their sales and service department. Next time I buy, or need work done on a boat, this is the place I will absolutely be going!Thanks you guys!-Nick

We spent a week at Cheery Creek State Park, and Island Lake Marine and Sports helped us have the BEST DAY EVER with our rental! We rented the 21 deck boat, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our son, his girlfriend, and the kids were meeting up with us about halfway into our rental time, and Jared was awesome in helping us coordinate being able to pick them up. We couldnt have been happier and are looking forward to the next time we come out. On a scale of 10, they are an 11! We had a great experience with Island Lake Marine recently at Cherry Creek Reservoir. We were taking our boat out for the first time this season to celebrate a birthday of a family friend. We ended up having some issues with our boat which Dave from the Marina store helped us resolve by going above and beyond. He was very friendly and interested in us having a great day on the lake which we did thanks to him!

I quit shopping there years ago because of their consistent snobby attitude . Their staff was not shy about their frustration with dealing with me as a small fishing boat owner. WOW! THAT HAS CHANGED. I was served by Kayla, she was attentive, patient and sincerely eager to look up and answer all my questions and meet my needs. I wasnt spending much. They definitely met their mission statement which is very rare these days. .

I and my wife called/emailed/texted numerous times inquiring about a boat. Never heard anything back, so I went to the Fort Collins location. Was pointed toward a salesmen (after I wandered around for 15 minutes with no help). I asked about a boat on the website. He simply replied gone. I then asked if they had any similar models. He replied gone and stared at me like I had 2 heads. I showed up with the intention of buying a boat today, but this salesman must not like money. Im still gonna purchase a boat very soon, but not from here.

The staff at the Cherry Creek Reservoir location were great. They got us on a boat after we were left high-and-dry by another company with which we had a long-standing reservation, and even gave us a discount in light of the frustrating situation. We will definitely book with them again in the future.

This is a dealership that truly cares about its customers. The salesman I worked with was top-notch and made our whole buying experience a pleasure. We bought a used ski boat and on the third time out it developed a manifold exhaust leak. Even though the boat had no warranty, they fixed it no questions asked. One of the owners there, Scott, is very involved and has been able to address every concern I have had with a lot of patience. This is a clean, organized, and very friendly company to do business with. I highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new or used boat.

Everyone we interacted with at Island Lake Marine were friendly and helpful, but it was JB who made the purchase of our 2019 Centurion Fi23 convenient and smooth. We didn’t make his job easy since we were torn between two boats (Centurion and Super Nautique). JB was patient, walked us through multiple boats, took us out for a test ride and came through with a deal we couldn’t pass up.JB knew my hesitation about the v drive and made sure I was confident with maneuvering the boat around the dock and small crowded areas before we drove our boat off the lot. It paid off! We took our boat out for the first time yesterday to Boyd Lake. As usual it was crowded at the dock but I was confident in my skills to get the boat off the trailer and around the nonsense at the dock. The launch was successful and dare I say, easy. I now have the knowledge and confidence needed to make loading and unloading a little less stressful. We had a great afternoon on the lake and look forward to many more fun days ahead. Dave, Beth, Kaela and the maintenance team at Island Lake Marine have always done a spectacular job with our boat. I have been Daves customer for over 20 years and he has provided excellent care of the same boat over that time. The key to my 26 year old boat running like new is performing the maintenance that Dave and his team suggest. I rely on their maintenance schedule and I pay for it. As a result, I have never had a break down on the water in the time that I have been a customer of Island Lake Marine. Yes it is expensive but preventative maintenance is cheaper than a break down.

Had a hair damaged Crest boat that I needed an estimate on for insurance. This was the closest Crest dealer. Initially they said they would work off of photos of the boat and provide an estimate (for a fee) for my insurance. After several calls and no info they finally just ignored me.

Parker and the rest of the team at Island Lake did a phenomenal job repairing my boat. Its was 10 year old boat with some wear and tear over the years. After their repair, the boat looks and runs like brand new again! I would highly recommend their fantastic service to any boater around.

As a business owner myself I do not write this review lightly, I have a inboard that is new to me ( I have had outboards as long as I can remember) I have had it a few years and have never had any problems with it, but after a few years thought it was time to take it in and get it tuned up. About here is when I mad my first mistake! I took it to Island lake and told them I was new to the inboard thing, and that my boat came from back east so it may need to been tuned for this altitude. they did the work and after 950.00 oil change and tune up said here you go. After I picked it up and took it to the lake, after getting stuck on the lake because my newly tuned motor would not start, and when I finally got it to run sounded like it had a problem. looking at the motor it looked like it was missing a part, so I took it back and had some questions, ( whatever you do, do not question their work) now she says I accused them of something. However when I got it back now my prop and lower unit looks like they ran it in the sand ( yes beth I am now accusing you) she said they dont have sand around their island. one guy said they will take care of it. Beth told me no and we will not make you happy so just take it........ well you are right you didnt. So after all that I took it to the lake again yesterday and my boat that has never let me down now keeps trying to run after you shut the key off. my high dollar tune up is really paying off.

Im a Centurion owner and have worked in the boat industry for about 8 years. I was surprised how this Place stays in business after the way I was treated! Stopped in there about a Week ago and walked in and no one greeted me and everyone acted like they were to busy. The people we just sitting around doing nothing. I went back to the service and asked for some help. The guy in service was very rude. I asked him several questions and he seemed like he was to busy to look things up. Good thing there was a lady back there that helped me out after that. She was very nice. But the guy sold me the wrong fluid for my boat. I wont be back to that place anytime soon! I dont care if your buying a boat or a rope just be nice.

Excellent Customer Service. They care about their customers unlike many boat dealers. I liked the dealership when I first bought the boat but didnt realize they were going to help me as much as they did several months later (with no warranty).

This place is always so much fun to visit. We have gone several years in a row for a company gathering. Great place to have large groups and lots of fun things for kids to do.

JOBS NEEDED!!!! This and every other place around here wont work on any boat motor, it has to be to their liking. Lesson learned.,make sure you buy a boat that you know you can get fixed. Which apparently means only :mercury, 2000 or newer, no outboards and expect to wait for a month just to have them look at it.

I have had better experiences in the past… In fact… I thought they were quite helpful and knowledgeable with a previous experience… However, my most recent experience was horrible… I called to inquire about winterization… The service manager proceeded to quickly explain all of the details of the winterization (which I am familiar)...I could tell he was very knowledgeable… I have handled the winterization process myself over the last couple of years… But due to work constraints… I was looking into someone help me out this year… he proceeded to explain the scheduling process… Which there is not one… It is first come first serve… He explained that they were approximately 10 days out and getting busier… He told me I needed to bring the boat in and drop it off… And they would get to it when they could… I asked a few more questions in regards to weather… It is beginning to cool off… And my boat is regularly stored indoors… So I had questions about it sitting on the lot as temperatures are cooling… what if it did get really cold?… What if my boat did incur some damage from sitting out there?… It’s possible… And he lost his patience… And proceeded to talk down to me and explain that they do over 900 a year and it’s just how they do it and basically shut my mouth and fall in line… all I was asking was that if they were 10 days out… Could I bring it in on day nine since I live five minutes up the street?… in my mind… That would help me ensure that the boat was taken care of instead of sitting on the lot, Open to the elements, for 10 days… But that was too much to ask and created too much stress for him…I am a customer… Not his child… And I had reached my limit and I let him know… He backed down a little bit as he tried to justify his position… He said that he’s just explaining the process… Once again, his message was clear…shut up and get in line…inflexible and impatient... I’m sorry, but that’s not how I work… I am the customer… I was merely asking a few questions for clarification… Considering all, it sounds as if he should stay working with wrenches… And they should get somebody who can work with people… I don’t plan to return to this boat store even though I live five minutes up the street… If you want an operation that appears to know their stuff but treats you like an idiot… This is the place for you…I prefer to be treated with a little more respect and patience...I’m a customer...not your child...

Dealt with Jerry there, was trying to buy a $10,000 boat and he would not give me even the basics of the engine condition. I asked him to give me compression on the cylinders and oil pressure and he acted like that was a ridiculous ask. Will not be buying from them.

We had a company party on the islands. It was a blast. ton of island cabanas and paddle boats. They have 2 water trampolines. This is a great venue.

This place is amazing! They have serval island that can be rented for parties and whatever. They have a huge selection of boats, wakeboards, and more. I also highly recommend the boat detailing services and ceramic coating; the guy that helps him with that really knows what he’s doing.

I am done with these guys! Two years ago mechanic ran bad gas through engine even when he was told to drain fuel before starting. Then he tells me its $750 to replace injectors. Ive tried selling a boat by consignment and all they can say is there is no interest in the boat, but when I listed it in Craigslist I get 2 calls a day and a cash buyer for 5k more then they offered to sell the boat. Overall attitude of sales staff is they are doing you a favor just to be in their presence. Well Im done with you.

I cannot say enough about my experience at Island Lake Marina. Ownership and the Maintenance team saved my trip to Lake Powell. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my 06 Cobalt and put in 5 new injectors. First try, the boat runs like it is supposed to. (I say that because a competitor misdiagnosed it earlier in the summer, I wont go into detail but it cost me about $2,000 and potentially $10,000 in suggested repairs).Ran it all week in Powell and it was like we just bought the boat.Thanks again Island Lake Marine!!Travis BahnsenWindsor

Sent my wife in to buy spark plugs for my outboard. I had the actual NGK number and an alternative Autolite number. They refused to sell them to her with out the serial number of the motor. Classic, woman doesnt know what she wants? This isnt the 1st time i felt the parts counter doesnt want me to buy parts there. I ordered online which i recommend to anyone over using them for parts...

Ive had both good and bad experiences.Good:-They do a good job winterizing/dewinterizing my boat.-When I have had broken wakeboard strings, If I let them know what I need they will call me when the part is in.Bad:- I had them put a tower on and they originally quoted me for how many hours it would take and it ended up taking twice as long and they did a very poor job yet still charged for the total amount of hours of labor. It was a poor job because they mounted it in a position were the tower wasnt able to fold down correctly, they stripped a lot of the bolts, they scratched the chrome really bad on one of the sides, and they ran only one speaker cable for a 4 speaker setup. I ended up having to take the tower completely apart myself and rerunning the 4 cables, essentially making it so all those hours I payed for them to put it together a total waste. This was a tower that they sell in store so they should have had plenty of experience installing it.-Additionally, their phone customer interactions are terrible. They are usually very short with you on the phone and it is sometimes near impossible to understand what they are saying.Conclusion, If they are close and you need your boat winterized or a couple of parts real quick theyre not a bad place to go, I just wouldnt trust them with more custom work or price quotes.
