We purchased a spa from Mountain Mist Spas. Near the end of the warranty we had a problem with control panel, which Mountain Mist replaced immediately. A week later a small leak developed, Mountain Mist came and with great effort, carefully removed the spa, repaired it and returned it. They did a great job!

When it came time to look at hot tubs, Mountain Mist was a natural because of the great customer service I already knew well. Both Mark and Austin were knowledgeable and helpful and patient, especially when we needed to secure early contacts for a concrete pad and electricity. Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone we know. Not only do they have hot tubs we can get in 4-6 weeks (everyone else, like 4-6 months), but they have great jet packages. Also, Annie has been great, helping us get a tub, around our home refinance, and solar panel installation. Weve made it difficult on them, but theyve been beyond great.

I really appreciated the extra time that Austin Ellis spent with us while we were in the Mountain Mist Spa store. He patiently explained the different options for the hot tub we were looking at so we could make the best decision for us. Bought our hot tub in November 2020... was told it would take no longer than 10 weeks ! No calls, I called 3 times and still waiting, no saying 16 weeks witch will be March-2021... if that is the way it is they should say do instead of promising delivery in 10 weeks!! Getting very frustrated !!

Mountain Mist was great. Im very happy with the spa purchased there, after visiting many different stores along the front range. Austin was super helpful as I stopped in probably four different times while searching for the perfect spa. The delivery and installation went smooth and everyone answered all my questions along the way. There were no high pressure sales at any step of the process, and at the end of the day I feel really happy with the purchase and choosing Mountain Mist. The spa is absolutely beautiful and a delight to soak in. Update: they were also great in coming right out to fix an led light that went out in one of the fountain jets. Still super happy with the purchase and the service 5 months after!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Annie for the sales team was able to show us all the features while also helping entertain my two nieces. She was not pushy and didnt talk bad about any other company which was a huge plus for me!! The delivery team of Alex and Andrew where also great! Even tho it was a very difficult delivery they kept trying and ultimately put the hotube in the perfect position. Can not give them enough stars. Would 1000 percent recommend.

Austin sold us our brand new spa and was very easy to work with. They took out old spa out as asked and placed the new spa perfectly in place. With a little extra electrical work this thing is up and running, working beautifully. The spa was advertised as having an install of 48 hours after purchase. This didn’t happen, however they fit us in as soon as they could. Overall our experience at Mountain Mist is always met with friendly service and we appreciated working with Austin on this exciting purchase. Keep up the good work!

Just made a purchase of a Dynasty Palm Island II, this was the 1st store we went to and after going to every other store in the surrounding area (9 total) comparing reviews, parts, products we decided to go with this one. AUSTIN is a great person, helpful, friendly, professional and not to pushy. He went above and beyond for us! I wanted to test the jets on this specific model, he filled the tub for us! Came back in a couple days and after comparing it to our top 2, Sundance and Artesian it was right there with them. Comparable motors, filtration features, upgrades, warranties, insulation etc.. Even though others made false claims that certain products were exclusive to them only.... The tipping point was the curb appeal!! This tub is Beautiful!! Thank you Austin for being kind and patient and not being a b** sh*ter! Will point all my friends and family to Mountain Mist spas!

I just had a great experience with Mountain Mist. Brian from Mountain Mist came out to help me with a failed self install of a new circulation pump. He showed up fast, was super proficient, and the price was very reasonable. I purchased the component from another company in town and was not impressed with their level of customer service. Working with Mountain Mist is what you would expect of a great Fort Collins company.Thanks for the wonderful service. I would definitely recommend working with MM and will ask for the same tech next time.

I was reluctant to buy a spa as I had shopped around A LOT. But when I met Annie at Mountain mist she made the sales process care free and totally made me feel confident I was backed up by a business that cares for their clients start to finish and then some. Dont buy a hot tub anywhere else, thats lower case.

We were super excited for our new Hot Spring salt water tub and Austin made our experience as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. However, getting this set up has been a hassle and Al was not very helpful over the phone. The hot tub has been with us for several days and is still not functioning.

Purchased a hot tub from them two years ago, and I needed a quick warranty repair. Toby their service manager was quick to respond and send somebody out right away. Excellent service and highly recommend these guys

First service call was frustrating. I had a busted relay and the solution was to tap on it and it worked while tech was here. 2days later broke again. I didnt appreciate paying 100 dollars for tapping. I called talked to their service manager and he waived the labor for coming back out to fix it for real.Frustrating at first but i really appreciate their solution and willingness to make it right. Would continue to work with them.Edit: they came back to look at a new Spa pack and told me over the phone it would be ~100 dollars to replace the spa pack, then when they came and started to look at the units they would replace it with, turns out it was $700 and a special order. Decided not to do that.

Weve dealt with a different hot tub company in FC for a long time. When shopping for a hot tub we went there first, but then decided to shop around. We purchased our new spa from Mountain Mist - in part because we really liked the Hotspring Vanguard, in part because we found Mark, Austin, Toby and Al to be good people who are incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Ended up buying a Big Green Egg and a stand as well!

Austin was very helpful answered ant questions I had and not at all pushy or to much in your business. I also checked out bullfrog spas. For the same price those looked cheap. And the guy selling them was so pushy.

I do not normally leave reviews. In fact, I think people who have a minor bad experience with a business and feel they need to tell 10s of thousands about it should get a life. I do however, feel that extra effort and exceptional service should be mentioned. We bought our spa 3 years ago from another dealership. We had some ongoing issues that despite their efforts were never quite resolved. We recently developed a heating problem and a leak from under the tub. Our warranty was up in days and we were feeling pretty upset that we still had seemingly elusive problems. We called Toby at Mtn. Mist Spa in Ft. Collins and told him what we were going through. Toby assured us that there was nothing wrong with our tub that could not be fixed. They replaced the main control unit (which was faulty and should have been replace previously) and that resolved the heating and filtering issue. At this point we were out of warranty with some sort of minor leak. Toby had his crew pick up the tub to bring it into their shop to find the leak, and monitor the tub for a few weeks to make sure everything was working properly. They also replaced at no charge some normal wear items, new pillows, some discolored knobs, a broken bezel by the filters (which I was going to order). The tub is back home now working and looking like new. All this for a tub they didnt even sell me. They did this to back up their line of products and to prove the integrity of their dealership. Here is the point friends- all mechanical things can and will eventually need repairs. As a consumer your best insurance is to buy from a company who will go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Mtn. Mist Spa in Ft. Collins is such a company. I happily recommend and will buy my next spa from them!

I am shocked. The Mountain Mist in the FORT COLLINS is officially #1 on my list of the worst service I have experience in my life.They put a compatible PC board in my hot tub which failed multiple times upon the instal. Somehow they made it work but now I have another failing board. Because I am past the warrantee they feel that they are not responsible at all. On top of putting the wrong part in they didnt replace all the burnt wires from the previous fails.Balboa Systems themselves even told me that board wasnt compatible with my system and the burnt wires should have been replaced.To make things even better the service manager got into an childish argument with me asking me if I was now a certified tech because I was telling him it was the wrong part.In the end he simply hung up on me. They are Completely disgusting and I hope this gets read by future customers so they dont have to deal with such a poorly run company.This is in no way an attach on Mountain Mist Longmont. They have been nothing but kind and reliable.
