I dont do a lot of welding projects and honestly come here randomly but they always treat you like you come there everyday. This is my go to place for any kind of metal! Go get some!! I am working on my first metal project. I am a complete novice to materials, sizes, shapes, etc. I go there with great hesitancy because Ive been in similar situations before. And been met with gruff, short, rude guys that seem to only to communicate in a series of short grunts and obscenities.I was very pleasantly surprised with all of the floor staff who took time to show me different materials, sizes, shapes, etc. And, they made cuts, minimizing my expenses and maximizing the material. What a pleasant experience! Friendly, helpful, relaxed - and very inexpensive. I was dreading the visit to DenCol to get stock for a custom 13 railing. Found that Metal Distributors was the same distance drive for me. Called ahead - they were very easy to talk with and confirm that they had what I needed. They are my new go-to steel supply for sure.

Fair prices and good selection. Some might be intimidated coming to a supply shop like this the first time, but dont! The staff are always willing to help, and they will happily cut as little (or as much) as you need. If youre new to this, bring gloves and some rags if you plan on loading it into your car because any tube/stock you buy will likely have some sort of lubrication on it from the manufacturing process.

I am a small quantity buyer. The people at Metal Distributors have always been friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable - compared to eBay and Home Depot.I have been going there for years and will continue to do so.

Everytime I have been in, the staff (Jonathon, Josh and others), have treated me with respect and integrity! I am not a commercial operator and it is refreshing, when they dont mind you not knowing the exact sizing etc.. They are quit to walk you out and show you the different product that may work for your project. I always go to them first and usually find everything I need and the pricing is always fair.

Quality metal supply house with reasonable prices.

I do a small project maybe once a year for my motorcycle or boat dock. They have the stock of tubing and flats and the manpower to cut, drill, tap, whatever you need. It is my go to place and they will work on the smallest project, I could not live without them when I need metal.

They did a great job cutting some pieces from aluminum with their plasma machine. Fast service.

It does not specify on their website but they will not return anything. Took back within 48 hours untouched and they refused to return it. Very disappointed
