Wonderful experience exactly what I expect when I walk into a cell phone retail store

My husband tried to transfer 2 phone numbers and purchase one phone. They charged him $250, but could not finish transferring the phone numbers. After failing to finish it on the next day, they sent him to Des Moines. In Des Moines they managed to do it (one of the phone carriers was reluctant to allow to port the phone number). He was charged $250 again. They never reimbursed the money they took initially even after a few phone calls to the company. It is hard to believe that they do not know how to return money. We are very unsatisfied with our experience. I wish it had not happened to us at this time. After a month of use we decided to switch to a different provider.

Nobody works now in in cricket ugly fort dodge, how I suppose to pay the telephone bill?

I went in to explain a problem in the fort Dodge store I was treated rudely and I feel that I was totally misled and Im waiting to talk with Management on Friday

The manager Lexi suggested since I was white I should go to another store, I am appalled by her blunt racist suggestion. I can tell cricket is not the type of place I want to take my business Im switching to another carrier.

Closed at 3 pm on a Sunday?? Hours on door say open till 4. Locked up at 3. Thanks, my phone is broke and im paying for service. Glad i drove an hour for nothing!!
