It is the best game selling place ever in town!!

I still love this place. I used to work here and all of the staff is different from when I used to work here, but theyre all great people and I am so proud of their patience as GameStop employees. Great job guys. You make every visit a great time.

Spent 100 dollars on games Friday. Got home to find I was not given a receipt, and one of the games I bought, Boruto Shinobi Striker, was so badly scratched that the ps4 could not read it. My disc doctor could not buff out most of the scratches, either. I can not help but feel this was intentional, and am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism, as I was refused a return on the phone despite it having been a mere 3 days since my purchase. I am well aware that purchases remain in the system for 5 business days, so as an investor this location can expect a formal complaint to be lodged with the state zone management. The intentional sale of defective goods is fraudulent, and a class c felony as outlined by commercial regulations.Furthermore, this location intentionally buys games at 50% of company dictated pricing. Sao alicization, a game that came out full price last month. Theyre only willing to take it for 9 dollars. Lowest I have seen at other locations is 18. Standard buyback is 47.99.They also refuse to buy certain games, claiming an overabundance of stock, which is also falsified information.Avoid this location. Theyre slated for sacking if this continues.

The staff here is really helpful. They all are very knowledgeable in the games they are selling. Good parking. The only downfall is that it takes along time to checkout. They do have two registers just seems like there could be a faster way to check out.

When you go into a game store to ask questions about perhaps the most sold and awarded game of all time you would hope the pimpled kids behind the counter could answer any one of these questions without simply staring at you with a look of contempt. It would also be great if that kid didnt just stop answering you mid sentence to start going through a new customers game trades when that person just walked into the store and I had been waiting for assistance. It might also be nice if said pimpled young person wouldnt answer customers with a sense of disdain and attitude. That he actually tried to assist with decorum and an attitude of helpfulness. But I guess that is too much to ask for...

Once a year, mandatory shopping destination in Nov or Dec. Great place for gifts, if even gift cards. When my son was young, he was able to call ahead requesting availability of items (or by placing prepaid order for upcoming releases). This sure helped a technology challenged Mom!

Went in for a pre-owned ps4. They dont sell them. New only.

Cant speak about the games because I dont play. I mainly go here for action figures for my son. They have always been above suggested retail but now its ridiculous. Im not paying 5 to 10 dollars over the standard price. I personally will not be returning until their prices are on par with other retailers.

Every time i go in they are always friendly and helpful, i saw a comment about someone not saying hi and having the personality of a wet blanket Im pretty sure that person is talking about the store owner and he always says hi to every customer that he sees and for the personality well you actually have to talk to him hes pretty cool (tho i dont think hes a morning person lol)

Pretty chill place. Nice to hang out in for a bit and its also has a decent selection of items considering how small it is. And employees been pretty helpful. (2017 opinion of Gamestop)

Store clerks didnt great, never asked if we needed anything. Were more concerned with their own personal video games, and personal lives than to even worry about our needs. Left without purchasing anything, and yes, we didnt even get a goodbye. Trash.

This place always has what i need and if they dont have it they can get it. But the employees are awful!!! They are just rude and only care about themselves and how they can make the store money. And unfortunately the stores policies are just as bad as the employees!!!

My son wanted to buy a game system and Dynastacius was very helpful in helping him decide exactly what he wanted.

Knowledgable staff, extensive selections, and advertised promotions that even WalMart cant beat. Come on guys, theyre clerks in a gamer store, take it easy. They know their stuff, and go above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. What more can a customer ask for?

My son and I spent 25 mins looking for a pre owned game and finally after looking forever found one that fit his age and what he liked. Then we had to stand in line tonpay for it that took another 10 mins to get to the cashier. Then when its finally our time to check out the guy has to answer the phone in the middle of waiting on me to take 10 more mins on the phone and then tells me the game we picked they dont have. My son was so heart broken.

Employees are not trained at all also when I called in about my playstation and they told me to bring it in and I could get it traded when I got there they told me I couldnt trade because I needed a HDMI cable a HD the charger that came the charger that came with the controller🤬

Went to GameStop and found a toy my daughter was looking for my hero academia

Best gamestop in the state if you ask me, store manager is bomb and so is the assistant manager.

Bought a PS4 today after many years of Xbox. Manager was there along with another employee. They were each very helpful.

Decent experience but Ive had vintage software that said theyd take and upon arrival tthe manager just looked at me and said he wasnt take any of it. Same today I have vintage software and called them because theyre app said they would take it. I got the same response and Ive told them numerous times to update the app and dont falsly advertise. Very bad social experience.

Manager and one of the SGAs are very rude, doesnt greet customers, inventory count doesnt match actual inventory, also known for buying stolen goods. This GameStop you need to stay as far away from as humanly possible.
