This company dont deserve anystars.... The service is the worst .The part took longer than they told me.. And then once the part came it was wrong. I requested a refund. Was advised no refunds for wrong items.. Dont use this company for any. Any appliance need... Go elsewhere.

You call, someone answers the phone. You give them the make, model #, ALL the info needed nd the part you want. Has to be ordered and paid for prior to the part being ordered. So, I drive all the way over there, order the part(s), pay for the parts and never hear from this fly by night operation again. Now when you call, you get a recording saying they have stopped counter sales due to the covid pandemic. A total rip off. Order what you need from Appliance Parts Pros. At least youll be dealing with a reputable company and get the parts you order and pay for.

Super lazy employee, on 11/18/20 I went in looking for a common part. Before I could even finish asking if they had what I wanted he was shaking his head no. Then said I cant find anything without a part number so just leave basically. I did happen to have the browser open on my phone with a part number. I gave him that but it turned out to be the wrong size version. My phone would not get a signal in the store to pull up the correct number so again he was like leave. Even though he had a computer right in front of him. So I walked outside trying to get a signal to get the correct part number. Could not get a signal, came back in and asked if he had internet access on his computer. He said yes but just staring at me sitting in a chair doing absolutely nothing else and no other customers in site was not about to look up the part number for me. LAZY

Often have the part I need in stocks. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Price is fair as well.

Ive never been into their store. Their website says in store shopping. FIX YOUR WEBSITE, PEOPLE WILL WASTE THEIR TIME AND GAS TO DRIVE TO YOUR STORE. IF YOUR OPEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

Needed a small spring to open the soap dispenser on my dishwasher today. The repairman I called said it would be $75 for a house call, plus parts and an hour labor. That was too much to bother the landlord with. They had what I needed at Appliance Parts Center for less than $5.00 and didnt try to sell me anything else that I didnt need to do the job. An honest local small business that has been around for over 50 years. As the caretaker for my apartment complex, I will be back for any small appliance parts I may need. Thank you so much!

Amazing place, seems like they got everything. A little hard to find, but highly recommended since they have every part for appliances you can think off. Prices are fare, doesnt pay to order somewhere else online.

Good source for parts with a good chance of finding what you need. Unlike the review before this one, prices have always been fair. The service was useful and friendly.

So helpful. I ordered parts for my dishwasher tray, and they stayed a half hour after closing to put it together for me, no extra charge. Thank you, it was so nice of them, and so unusual to be helped to that extreme.

I needed agitator dogs replaced on my washer. Customer service 10/10. Price compared to others (walk in/not online) 10/10. I also called before to be sure they were open and had the part I needed. I guess I have found my favorite appliance parts store.

They are awesome. They had a part in stock for a Hobart commercial machine that is not made anymore from the 80s.

Horrible customer service. Promised parts in 5 -7 days...3 weeks later only one part arrived. When I asked why I wasnt notified...was told he doesnt have time to call customers. Was forced to pay for one part. Very bad businessman. Received snarky comment when I picked up the one part.

What a great place! I live in Pompano Beach so I called my local hardware store to see if they carried belts for washing machines. They didnt. Then I tried an appliance store close to me and they did not have the belt I needed. They referred me to Marcone Supply in Pompano. Said they have everything. I called Marcone and they dont bother answering the phone. Marcone has an automatic answering system that tells you how great they are while they are keeping you on hold instead of helping you. I hung up after five minutes. Back to Google Maps to hunt down a place that will sell me my very much needed part. I called Appliance Parts Center. They answered the phone and I gave them the part number for my washing machine belt. The pleasant guy put me on hold and came back one minute later said they have the part and quoted me a price. I drove over there and they had the part as promised and charged me exactly what was quoted. I picked up a couple other items I needed while I was there. Great family owned business, great customer service, reasonable prices and I left there with exactly what I needed. In a word... PERFECT! Just for fun I called Marcone again today and they still have that nice answering system that answers the phone for them so they dont have to talk to their customers. Next time I need a part for an appliance my FIRST call will be to Appliance Parts Center. Service the way is USED to be. A pleasure to do business with these folks.
