I cannot say how amazing this tattoo shop was! I needed a new piece of jewelry for my Medusa piercing, they found me a piece that fit perfectly and they changed it for me. They also helped me find a new ball for my nipple ring. I have waited months to get this fixed and they stepped right up. St Louis needs to get their game together. I had my daith piercing changed. Gaston was very accommodating. The original jewelry that I picked out didnt fit properly in my ear and he made sure that I found something I liked and took care of me. Thank u Gaston!

I got my 1st simple tattoo there. Wasn’t impressed . However we went back last Wednesday. My daughter wanted another tattoo. The managers attitude was not good. Kept asking what our price range was then kept complaining that they were about to close. It seemed if our price range was worth it they would stay open. Not impressed. Afterwards we went to Blues tattoo and their service was excellent!! Thanks for your poor customer service!!

Great value for the piercing. walked right in & was tended to quickly. piercer was alright, didn’t really explain the process or any aftercare, however did provide me with an aftercare sheet. appeared to be clean, although I did not witness the cleaning process as I have in other piercing shops. overall seemed okay.

Walked in off the beach, had a tattoo idea floating around in my head for awhile and I showed them some pictures. They whipped up a drawing pretty quick, and in about two hours I was done! They did an excellent job, were super courteous and kind and it was all around a great experience!

My friends and I went in yesterday to get finger tattoos. I asked for a star, sent an example of what I wanted. While talking to my tattoo artist Calixo (spelling?) I told him I wanted the lines thin and really subtle. What I ended up with was a big black mess. The lines were uneven, some were thick, some were thin, some longer/short than others, some lines were squiggly, he even forgot a whole line! It looked like a child had drawn a star on my finger with how inconsistent the lines were.I returned the next morning to see if there was any solution to the mess that was my finger. They did re-do it for free, but when I told the artist I had originally wanted line subtle lines, not super dark lines, he let me know he used the thinnest needle he had. Mind you, I was not made aware of this until AFTER he had tattooed me. I wish when I sent them the picture and we talked about it that I would have been told they didn’t have the correct needle to make my vision possible.The shop did get him to even out the lines, but it was not at all what I wanted and I’ve already made appointments to get it removed. I’m just very very disappointed. So I wanted to make future patrons aware of these issues so you also don’t have to deal with kind of situation

I would have loved to give this place a good review. The place seemed perfect with a view of the ocean. I went in and made an appointment the day before I got a piece, and put a $50 deposit down. I went in, was trying to ask about pricing but they dodged the question. I got my piece done in 23 minutes exactly, and went up to pay and the manager told me it would be $245. Big rip off for what you’re getting. I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve gotten a 2 hour piece for the same price. Pathetic

I got my first tattoo and they were so nice so caring and calm. I’m 16 so they really made me feel welcome and happy and it was just all together a very happy environment.

Got attended right away, Fair priced, and everyone was super friendly! Norman was our tattoo artist today and he was great! Plus HABLA ESPAÑOL! Will have to be back the next time we visit!

I got a tattoo done by Daniel and it is amazing quality and for a fair price. I highly recommend him. As for the one star...I got my Medusa pierced the same day, same place and it’s completely off centered. It’s more to the right side, than in the middle. I even noticed the marker marking where it was supposed to go, was to the left and down, after it was pierced. I would never get a piercing here again and not recommend anyone else to do so. I had to remove it just a couple of days later. I’m not trying to get it re-pierced to get another hole right next to the other. Irritated that I literally paid for a crumby scar and now I can’t rock the piercing I was excited about.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I got my forward helix pierced here and the lady who did it didn’t let me pick out jewelry, didn’t clean my ear, didn’t wipe down the seating, etc. it was not clean. She poked a hole in my ear and sent me on my way. Didn’t talk me through the process at all, didn’t even mention the healing time or the aftercare process. My ear was so swollen and infected and it was so painful. I’ve had numerous piercings and none of them turned out like this. I ended up going to a piercing place at home 5 days later to get it removed. The piercer who looked at it said it was pierced completely wrong, and the wrong angle, and he would have advised me to not get it at all based on my ear anatomy.I have never been to a place so unprofessional and not clean. When I called the place asking for help about my ear and how to clean it, the response I got was “Well, that’s what you get for 45 bucks!” So incredibly rude.Don’t go here! There are so many other piercing shops in the area.

Came to the Gallery for my first tattoo! Mario was a beast and gave me exactly what I was looking for and honestly it came out better than I wanted! Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff!

I went with a group of people for piercings as a way to kind of remember our vacation down there (I personally didn’t get one).My boyfriend got his very first piercing, his ear lobes, from a blonde woman (who wasn’t wearing a mask 😷). She was obviously irritated by the group which I get but she literally didn’t even go over proper cleaning procedures AT ALL. She literally sat him down, pierced him, and sent him on his way. As someone with multiple piercings I was beyond shocked at how unprofessional this all was. She should have talked him through what to expect and how to properly clean them. Additionally she never even mentioned healing time. My boyfriends ear lobes are already pretty big but now the earring is swollen all around them, is this normal? How would he know?Granted- we didn’t have an appointment or anything and my group was loud and all over the place (which I sincerely apologize for) but... seriously?Do better.

Savannah helped me and was really sweet. Norman was my artist and he was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable and it was overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

My girlfriend went in for a tattoo and the person who tattooed her just finished somebody else before her and he didn’t open up anything new or change the needle for her or sterilize anything or clean it he just wiped it away with a paper towel. They also did not sanitize the area where they tattooed or shaved the area on her leg where she got the tattoo and we started her tattoo which was a small little dragonfly not even the size of her hand we started at 6:00 and finished exaclty at 6:25 so the tattoo was only 25 minutes long exaclty and they charged us 195 dollars and we already gave them a 50$ deposit so it was over $200 dollars for a tattoo that was 25 minutes and that was smaller than her hand so if your looking to get a tattoo in fort lauderdale i would not recommend going to the Tattoo Gallery please go somewhere else so they don’t steal from you either

I was cut deep so have scar, ink is faded and this is the 2nd time I went there to try to give them a shot. I was offered to pay for more work but its free to fix the scar and fading !! Oh and missing letter too!! That makes no sense, how about you just take the tattoo back, refund my money and I never have to remember the place, thats as fair as offering me additional work for a fee !! Look Im hesitant to post bad review, I want to let the merchant have a chance but if you laugh in my face, thats not going to work for me !! Even if I stop a dozen people from NYC and another dozen from Ft.lauderdale from going to that shop, I feel I did the right thing !!

What better place to get a tattoo then where you see the ocean water slap the beach? I do not believe there is a better place than this! This was our first tattoo together of the same style. Went in with photos and got started with the ink once agreed on price and paperwork was filled out. This was a blast and we will be back!

INDUSTRIAL DONE WRONG !!!!! I got my industrial piercing done by a guy I believe goes by Gustave. He knew I did not have the right ear anatomy for an industrial but still did it anyways. He told me it could work but it was pierced incorrectly and 2 weeks later the bar began to migrate into my skin!! He took my money and told me it was fine and that i just need to clean it. I came back to get my jewelry removed and a refund. I appreciate the lady at the front who was so nice and understanding, she removed it for me and gave me a refund, she was so helpful and professional. However, I hope Gustave faced consequences. DO NOT get pierced by him !!!!

Went here to get an ear piercing with a friend debating between the rook or snug and ended up wanting snug. I asked them how the piercing healing process is and they say “just like any other piercing” that’s all i got. Little did i know it’s one of the most painful piercings with worst healing process??? Someone who’s a professional piercer should have more information for their customer than that and it was my mistake then for still going through with the piercing there. It’s been over a month and my friends is still bleeding and mines not much better. Be careful!!!

Price gouging at its worst. Came in to get a fairly simple sentence done. The lady who took me in was rude and dismissive, and she didn’t even apply the tattoo. She also didn’t offer me a quote, but I figured it would be fairly close to shop minimum because the tattoo took so little time.I spent 15 minutes in the chair, and she billed me $300 for the tattoo. When I asked why this it was $300, she told me “because it’s block letters” and couldn’t even look me in the eye because she knew she was scamming me. I’ve paid less money for substantially larger tattoos, and she just shrugged me off.I took a gamble on this place because it looked like the negative reviews were primarily about the piercing. I didn’t realize that the negative experiences would bleed into the tattoos. For what it’s worth, the application is nice. But for your own sake take the time to wait for a better shop.I guess I’m partially to blame for not asking for the quote beforehand, but I honestly didn’t think a place would operate on such poor standards.

We had a great experience with Sergio. He actually both sold us the tattoo. He helped us pick the right design and perfect what we were thinking. The design we went with wasn’t easy and had a lot of color and detail. This was my wife’s first tattoo and Sergio did a great job helping her understand what to expect and preparing her for her first tattoo as she was a bit nervous.Sergio is an amazing artist and did a great job. We still have one more sitting to go for just to finish up some color but the tattoo looks amazing and is healing perfectly which means he did a good job on her skin.I would strongly recommend Sergio at Tattoo Gallery. When you get a tattoo you care about the cleanliness of the shop and the artist. In addition to this you of course care about the artist’s quality. We found both. While there there was another artist there named Chris whose work we observed. He also seemed to be good and to care about his work.

My sisters and I walked in and asked for a very simple little heart tattoo. It may not seem like a big deal but for us it was very meaningful. We only see each other once a year and we wanted something to bond us. The woman quickly found what we were looking for, adjusted it exactly to our liking and we got tattooed right away! Everybody were nice and friendly and the place is clean and fresh. This crazy little whim of ours turned into a wonderful memory for life! Thank you!

A few weeks ago I went in for the first time for a piercing. They did a great job, and they were very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and had no issues. I went there with my daughter to get matching hummingbird tattoos for mothers day, I got mine 1st on the back of my shoulder since Im disabled it was a little hard for me to see, I then had to go on back to the hotel while my daughter got hers on her foot. hers was beautiful, I had her take a pics of mine so I could see it better and was horrified to see that mine look like a childs drawing, they were both done by the same tattooist . I could not understand how he did such a good job on hers and such a horrible job on mine and of course none of the other tattoo artists in their wanted to touch his screw up . I wish I could remember the tattooist name but I definitely will never go back there again .

Fantastic place for ear-piercing! I was recommended to go to Tattoo Gallery by Stefanos on Sunrise and A1A. They both got great reviews for tattoos and cleanliness.So, last Sunday, Alex at Tattoo Gallery pierced my 8-year-old daughters ears. It was her first experience, of course, and he was extremely cautious, professional and informative. The store is very clean and the employees were polite. Alex said that although he had tons of piercing experience with all sorts of piercings on adults, it was the first time he pierced childrens ears. He did a fantastic job. He also took the parental authority very seriously for minors under 16. Very comforting for a mom these days! Highly recommend!

This shop is amazing! I came in on a beach day not even expecting to get a tattoo, I just wanted to see their work and get a feel for the shop but I ended up getting a decent sized cuttlefish tattoo to cover up si scars on my leg and once it healed, i cant even see the scars! Not only that, but the staff were all extremely respectful and worked with me to find a size and angle that would cover everything. Everything was sterile and the artist, Rodrigo, did absolutely amazing work with the shading. Although this shop is slightly more expensive than others, its obvious why once the artist completes their work! If youre looking for a quality tattoo done by true professionals, youve found your place!Thank you for helping me get back my confidence!

They did not do what I asked. That is the boat(off the internet) with a dragon head. I asked for a unique and free handed original drawing. This does not bode well for the business!!! They are not for the costumer they seem to be for the money. Will not go back!!!
