All day affair. Got a nice car with some body damage I was told would be taken care of.. ever happened.turns out now I was shown a fraudulent Carfax when I made the purchase, and theres frame damage, so value of the car is 50% less and no other dealer will take in a trade..pursuing legal action, the owner J.T. will never come to the phone, good luck getting anything done the right way. And the finance company is just as bad..STAY FAR AWAY..THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE ABSOLUTELY FRAUDS...

I am a disabled woman and was excited to finally get a car rather than relying on others to take me to doctors appointments etc.. I came for one car and was immediately lead to another. Bought that car and it worked for about a week. Was back and forth on the phone with JT for about 3 months. Leaving numerous messages for JT at office and his personal voicemail as he asked me to get diagnostics done on the car which totaled about 300.00. Diagnostics stated the car needed an engine and air compressor. Crack in the head as there was a hose that was hanging loose. This has caused me much stress and anxiety. I am out about 8000.00 on this. That was what I received from disability. Guess I am SOL!!! They saw me coming. 😪

Service was exceptional, professional, and friendly. They were able to get me into the car that I wanted(Benz Glk) with no back and fourth or haggling😊.Patrick held my hand through the finance portion to make me more comfortable. He refused to give me my deposit back even after presenting him with a receipt that clearly states it was a DEPOSIT! Someone should call the news channel for these guys because this place should definitely not be in the business of selling cars. And I saw a comment about taxes. As much as a genuinely do my best to trust car dealerships of this nature - they consistently disappoint in terms of honesty.I looked at x2 cars yesterday both seemed ok. Both were quoted as being clean title and I did the test drive which seemed ok. I was gradually starting to tell myself I could work with these guys and actually purchase a used car from them. Things looked positive. Keith the guy I dealt with seemed like a nice guy and was very friendly and personable. He was very helpful.I then as part of my due diligence did the CARFAX( 100% necessity) on both cars and as it turned out neither odometer had been turned back which was positive, but both cars eventhough I had been told that they were clean title - came up as being in accidents. One had been in 2 accidents and one of those accidents actually quite a bad one.Why not disclose the whole truth to potential customers? Why lie by telling customers the title is clean? or hide behind their definition of clean . Hiding behind blurred space or ambiguity is still lying, I think this is how these guys sleep at night.I would not trust this dealership based on my experience of them. As simple as that. This online forum allows people to share their experiences of these businesses and thank goodness for that.Good luck in finding a decent used car in America.

I bought a 2014 Honda Civic from JT Auto. I found them in car Guru’s they called me to see when I would come in I was a bit skeptical about the reviews but they seemed very nice when calling. I showed up and my gut feeling was correct very nice and they go over and beyond to make sure your happy and getting the right car. They did my taxes and I usually file myself and of course I made a mistake letting them do it. They forgot necessary forms for my return to process regarding my insurance even though I definitely gave them to them. They say I never did and that gets fix it but now Im out their filing fee and I cant get it refunded. My money goes into their account first so theyre basically getting paid for screwing up my return. Hard to get ahold of, they said they mailed in the forms to fix it but there hasnt been any movement and I filled in early Feb. Ive never waited more than three weeks and were passing two months now. Unreal, scam. Brazen to mess up my return and still take my money. Do not file taxes with them just use TurboTax, they wouldve gotten me the same amount and not charged me anything!

BUYERS BEWARE---JTAuto and especially the owner himselfThey will take your MONEY, say they will get you financed, (Banks wont deal with fraudulent activity). Then Repo the car you purchased and keep your deposit and resell the car again!!!!!! I had financing and didnt even pay first payment, then bank called me. They withdrew all the loans JT had with them. He wanted me to lie to bank. JT adds thousands to price of car and says the bank requires it (THATS A LIE) Instead of getting another lender, JT threatened me numerous timesto return car. I said no problem, but I want my deposit back of $2000 !!! Instead of doing the right thing, He had the car picked up in the middle of night! Wow, it didnt surprise me. What a snake! I have still not received my deposit back!! Of course, the Red Toyota Camry LE sits on his lot for the next sucker! Now he is asking for $3000 down. Go firgure. What a ripoff Artist!!! Dont be fooled by anyone at JT Auto. I know have an attorney to get my deposit back!! Go anywhere else to get a vehicle, but dont make the same MISTAKE I made to deal with such thieves!!!!!! JT also a one point called the police when I stopped there for repairs, but I proved I had financing and hadnt even made first payment to the bank. He had me blocked in and stood behind my car and kept threatening me. That incident happened before the bank (AFB) withdrew all JTs loans!!! He and all his staff are nothing but SCAM ARTISTS!!! Also, they think women are easy prey for being scammed and taken advantage of when buying a car! They are pathetically wrong!!! AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM JT AUTO!!!!
