Visiting from Atlanta... I adore Christmas and found some cute ornaments for my sweets treat for this year. They were in the middle of decorating trees so the store wasnt fully stocked with it being June, friendly staff and great holiday spirit

Great place for all your Christmas needs. I visit here very time I visit from the UK. Its so festive and fun to walk around. Some of the items are slightly overpriced to what you can get elsewhere but there are some real gems here that Ive not seen anywhere else. Always have to take something home with me as a souvenirCan get extremely busy in the run up to Christmas especially at weekends so go early to avoid the crowds.

This is a fabulous Christmas store!!! I bought some great decorations for this years (2021) Christmas tree. I want all new things & this is the place to get them. The staff is most helpful & friendly. I will shop again soon. Love it there! Beautiful merchandise!!!!

Very nice I bought a tree 3 weeks ago from the Christmas palace I went back today and to buy ornaments and the lady seemed very nasty and was throwing my ornaments pretty hard cash register please have different customer service it does mean a lot especially in a store we’re the Christmas spirit should be

Love this place. It is a bit pricey, but you can find some Christmas staples at a fair price. I love walking into this place on Dec. 1st and getting Christmas decorating inspiration. It really puts me in the holiday spirit. They have a limited Halloween section as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out, at least once.

Only giving 3 stars to this place for look and feel and 2 out of the 20 staff who were actually helpful. But the good points end there. Visited here a week before Christmas and met some really cranky Santas helpers (staff). Quite some of them cant speak English and quite a few of them dont want to help. The people is what lets this place down and the prices. Do give a try at Home Depot or maybe a quick try at Amazon ..works out cheaper and maybe you are saved the rudeness of being official Christmas place employees

To bright now. Been going there for 20 years. Was disappointed. Used to lower the lights, it was enchanting. Now it looks like a place in the mall. Still has great decorations

This place ROCKS - amazing selection - a little crowded and sometimes hard to get around, but they have things no one else has. Something for everyone and every budget. GREAT store. Worth the drive.

Huge Christmas store! This place has everything you need for Christmas. Lots of variety of different things to. If you need any thing christmas-related this is definitely the place to go. They even make custom Christmas bows in the back. Its worth just coming in and looking around you might just find something you need. I know Ill be back if I need anything last minute.

It was pretty crowded with Christmas items. And I found it difficult to walk down some of the areas. We drove 2 hours to visit and upon arriving asked where the restroom was located. They said it was closed due to Covid. We then got back into the car and found a Michaels store and used their bathroom. Then went back to the Christmas Palace. It was a fun place to visit and get Christmas ideas. If it wasnt for the long drive I would go more often. I will definitely use their online service. They do have a lot of cute and interesting Christmas items. And their many decorated Christmas trees were inspirational and beautiful.

Beautiful Christmas place on 13th street in Fort Lauderdale. You can buy many and unique Christmas ornaments and decor, some at good prices, and some expensive ones. Mask required to enter.

Awesome store. Could not believe the humongous variety of Christmas items available from simple trinkets to elaborate set-ups. Prices seemed very reasonable and the staff were very helpful.Parking is somewhat limited, but it is still worth a visit while in the area. We didnt leave empty handed.

A very nice, busy & pricey Christmas shop in my opinion. Tons of quality items to look at. Not a lot of parking space, had to drive around a bit before I found a spot. But... its Christmas time!Im giving them a 4 star because at check out the cashier seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I asked her if I could have a percentage off a tree that was used as a display. Also, I paid for it & she just kind of pushed it toward me. It would have been nice if she would have offered to have someone help me carry it out to the car.I will go back again.

This is *the* Christmas store! So. Many. Things! The staff: friendly, helpful, curious and kind. The store: organized by color!, clean, filled with Christmas scents and so much variety! Theres fake trees (pre-lit and unlit), fake wreaths (of many varieties), ribbon, elfs, ornaments galore, light strands (conventional and LED), outdoor decor, etc. If you need to deck your halls, yards, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and dog houses; THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER! Understandably, theres no food or drink allowed in the store but I sure wish I could shop with a cup of hot or iced coco!

Really a stunning place. Some pretty expensive stuff. You have to hunt for markdowns and bargains. The employees seem to have little desire to assist you, theyd rather sit up at the front desk and chat with one another. When you DO get assistance, they often have no idea of their own inventory. If they lowered their prices just a bit and hired people who were enthusiastic, they would be better off.

Beautiful and exquisite. Just walking around the store is a pleasure. Many high end items that are wonderful to see and worthy of the price tag. I found many things in my range also. Friendly staff and an all around wonderland.

Over price Christmas item..It was going out of business then it not Staff followed my husband and I around .we went to Macys and brought a tree instead

Went to see if they had bayberry candles. They dont. 26$ later. I bought plain candles and some ribbon. Not into Christmas but was fun to look around. They had some nice ornaments left. Considered buying a couple but thought what am I gonna do with them? Dont do a lot for xmas.

Enjoy coming to this store every year. Store is well decorated. Lots of nostalgic items you cant find anywhere else. Prices are not cheap but if you wait after christmas you can find some good deals.

Wow, wow, wow....stunning, breath taking, incredible designs and displays. Sure to make even the bigges scrooge melt. A little pricey, but you are getting designs you cannot find elsewhere. A must see for any of your Christmas needs.

You cant imaging the AMT of Christmas here. Overload when you leave but worth the trek. Villages and trees are very cool.

Nice store but prices are steep! It is smaller than I thought It would be as well. They had some interesting and unique pieces but once again...price...and the quality didnt seem to match the price. A good store to come and take a look but I do not know if you would leave with much.

This is were Christmas comes to life. Even adults can get in the mood for holidays. The only issue is you cannot get a refund and only get store credit, so better pick wisely and dont get carried away.

Oh my, what can I say. They have most everything for you Christmas decorating needs. Best part, they are there year long!

Staff was rude . One lady that works there bump me twice without saying anything. Stood in line for the free cashier just to ignore me. Once it was my turn to be rung up, the cashier kept talking to everyone else to the point she forgot to give me my bag of stuff. Leaving with half the stuff I bought I had to go back during rush hour and still waited for someone to help me. I dont mind the prices they need a better attitude.

Way too expensive for the average person making average money. The same or similar items are available for much more reasonable prices elsewhere. Come to think of it, every store that Ive ever been to has better prices than The Christmas Palace.

And 8 days of celebration, tradition and remembrance ??can you imagine ??That in itself is wonderful and great also !!! And trees??Yes !!From White Christmas trees to green ones from Large to miniatures and every kind of ornament from small to large from glass to plastic ornaments ( Plastic which are especially great if you have curious pets, dogs cats, or little ones that just live the colors and sparkle of the season !!)and every kind of and color of lights from traditional Christmas lights to mini light strands, to rope lighting, light bulbs also of every different color extension cords to multi plugs miniature villages and accessories trees,little miniature walls, gates, amd they are set up and on displaytowards the back of the store that are fantastic great to get decorating ideas from !! Give them a visit People out there !! We do every year and will be back there again for more shopping!!

If you are looking for absolutely anything having to do with Christmas, this is the place to go in Fort Lauderdale. They have the most extraordinary selection of ornaments at mostly reasonable prices (if you time it right pre- and post-season, you can get incredible discounts while the pickings are still good). They have an excellent selection of artificial trees, as well as everything from tree skirts to household decorative items, to stockings to stocking stuffers to life-size Santas and reindeer, elves and angels for outdoors, to smaller versions for indoors. Also a large selection of ribbons, as well as unique items. Theyre open all year round with a friendly staff, and it will always put you in the Christmas spirit, no matter when you go. I love this place!
