I have ordered from edible arrangements prior and had wonderful experiences. This time was different. This employee named Liz on federal highway was very rude to me. I asked her about the driver and to let them know we close at a certain time and I have done this prior with other orders so they know. So that they don’t get an order returned. She said she had no way of contacting the driver and couldn’t do anything then insisted to give me attitude. I understand you can’t promise a time but I wanted them to know that they cannot deliver after a certain time. Last time I got the drivers number and that driver texted me to update me.If I could tell you how rude she was, it was almost to me driving to the store. I tried to speak to a manager but she insisted she wasn’t available and I asked for a store location and she couldn’t give that to me. I asked for an address she said I’m not walking outside to get you that address. I wasn’t asking for her to do that mind you. I have ordered before and I think this was the last time.If I’m being respectful you should be too, you shouldn’t get upset especially when your business is customer service. Good luck with businessJust an update on my order: it was late by 20 minutes. Not the drivers fault. They need to schedule it better. Poor lady had more orders but who knows if they got delivered. I waited for the order because what is a birthday celebration the next day… they did offer to send to this persons house but I didn’t have that information. I also never got a call back from a manager after the employee above said she would have the manager call me. sad
This would be a 0star....2/14/2021...my boyfriend place an order plus pay for delivery...and my edible arrangements we’re supposed to come today....and I still haven’t received my edibles....I called the store no answer....I mean come on!!!! People pay a lot of money for this....send out the delivery early let people enjoy their stuff on time....not late....!!!!!.. customer service needs to improve and so is delivery
I never have a problem with edible arrangements I started using them in 2005 and never stopped using them since it doesnt matter when I call them the day I call them theyre always there to answer and deliver you cant go wrong with fruits.
Wow the manager was a pleasure to work with. I was unhappy with another location, however after working with the manager she really resolved my situation and earned my business back. Thank you!
Nara was awesome! She was very attentive, friendly, courteous and professional. She made me a delicious smoothie and a beautiful fresh fruit salad. She provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back with service like that. Kudos to Nara! Keep up the great work.

My husband ordered my birthday editable arrangement with a morning delivery as he had scheduled other birthday surprises for the afternoon. Needless to say, we waited till 1:39 pm when the fruit arrangement finally arrived.He called numerous times in the morning and the frustration no longer became a surprise and he confessed that he was waiting for a delivery to me. He was beyond upset because the surprise was lost and the other surprise had to be postponed till a later time.The woman said that she could not cancel and the driver was on the way, that was a 10:30 am, we waited an hour and still no show, my husband called again, she said she didnt have a way of calling the driver to see where he was at. My husband called again at 12:10 and she said that my husband did not specify a particular time, which is A LIE. SHE WAS LYING ABOUT THE TIME AND ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THE DRIVER.At any rate, stay away from this company or location, they did not refund our money and are unreliable. Very poor customer service........very deceitful company and location. .....STAY A WAY.......
I came to this location and I am so happy Nora took such good care of me she is the BEST!! She made my arrangement really quickly and the fruit was really fresh and delicious I will come here again for sure!!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I had a arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to a business. It was delivered after business hours. I called the store and told them that it was never delivered, they argued that it was delivered. They were not able to show me the signed receipt. When I requested a refund I was given the run around. I went there to speak with the manager MiMi and she was extremely rude. I called the corporate number and they were no help. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They do not care for the customers.
This store is horrible do not order from here.My husband requested a time from 2:30pm-6:00pm on November 20th for a delivery for my birthday to be surprise. We were on our way to dinner at 6:45pm when I received a call from the delivery guy that he arrived at our home...Then at dinner my husband and I discussed that we didn’t want the order anymore since it was suppose to be a surprise for my birthday and it was now ruined.The next day my husband called to cancel and receive a refund. The women said she would refund him. As of Friday, November 30th he had still not received a refund so he stopped by the location to speak with someone. The women (who refused to give her name but identified herself as the manager) was very rude, never apologized, and didn’t explain why they did not issue the refund and turned her back and walked away. She completely ignored him and left him standing there without an answer. My husband at that point decided to call the police since now the store was keeping his money and we hadn’t received our arrangement. At this point it’s theft. She still refused to cooperate and give her name to the police, the police officers advised the next step to take is to call his bank, get a refund and contact the corporate office. Today which is Saturday, December 1st he called his bank to issue the refund, also called corporate to let them know about our experience.So please don’t order from here and IF you do don’t trust them if they say they will deliver in certain time frame. You will be disappointed.

Fruit not refrigerated and is warm, been sitting out in a delivery truck,and was delivered like this. Juice and melted chocolate dripping out of the bottom fruit tossed around everywhere.
