I went here to buy a specific bag for my wife. They told me it was in stock and to hold on while they got it. They waited on other customers for nearly 20 minutes before I asked what the hold up was. They then told me they couldn’t find the keys for the back room. They assured me it would be fixed by tomorrow and to come back as they would hold my bag and call when it was ready. I gave them my contact info and they gave me a hold receipt. No one called the next day so I called and no one knew about the bag on hold. Frustrated I went to the Bloomingdales at Aventura and was in and out and had a great experience. I will not shop at this store again. You get better service at a grocery store.

Went to the store and ordered a Wallet last friday August 19 asked to be stamped and they said it would take 2 days for it, went today August 23, they had the wallet there sitting the same way ... Little advice if you cant do in 2 days or 4 which happened to me, just say it will take a month to do it, so you guys wont make people lose time waiting and driving around!
