Raymond refuses to stand behind his work. They did a full refit of a hydraulic system, now it leaks his suggestion was to degrease and and for me to diagnose the problem.I’ve encountered issues with signature other times, and there solution is to ignore your calls completely.

This is a strange company. Ray helped MutliTech with hydraulic issues on our 60-foot catamaran. When I reached out to Ray, to understand what was done and what company he is with, he stopped replying. I asked friends whom Signature Marine also helped, what company Ray is with, and thats how I figured it out. -- We contracted MutliTech to solve an problem rudder alignment. Its my understanding that Signature Marine did most of the work, including rebuilding the cylinders and installing a equalizer. ** we still cant maintain rudder alignment and the steering is now extremely hard. ** Will try to get this resolved through MutliTech.Update: Sep 18, 2019 - Decided to not let Signature Marine try fixing the hydraulics again. Instead contracted Craig Karmin / Marine Hydraulics to do another full rebuild -- had to spend another $3,600 USD -- but need this work done.
