We have just finished painting 331 homes and a clubhouse. Coastal painting did the work and we used UCI paints. Julie was our contact person in UCI and she was very helpful and professional. Our community looks great with updated colors. We are getting a lot of compliments from the other communities and we are very with the results. Thank you for a great job.

As a property manager of 3 high rise condos in Boca Raton, I deal with a lot of vendors. UCI is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! When we needed to re-paint they came out and did specs for the job. Their sales rep Julie helped me tremendously with the bidding process. They were there inspecting every week while the job was going on to make sure their product was being applied properly. The bigger paint companies dont do this! UCI has such pride in their products, and they really warranty their paint. Our community looks amazing, and Im just so happy we chose to use UCI paints. We will be sticking with them in the future!!

They provided the paint for my HOA with a code #, called to get the color code or equivalent. only thing they would provide is it is a custom mix. what customer service....NOT! make sure your painting contractor doesnt use them!Response to UCIs reply: My HOAs painting contractor, who did the entire hoa, directed me to get UCIs color code equivalent from UCI, there was no matching of a chip. UCI offer for their paint, or effectively no other, is the issue. This is called a tied arrangement, once you use them they are uncooperative unless one continues to use them. The phone call that triggered this review was more ridiculous in being unhelpful,. UCIs codes are treated by them as a trade secret, color is color, paint is paint, whether it is from UCI or sherman williams or whoever....That is what earns 1 star.
