I’ve been here a few times, and this remains one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Lee. I was here yesterday to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We ordered steak tartare, grilled octopus, dry aged porterhouse for two, and mushroom+veggies for sides. All of them were delicious.I know it’s not cheap, so I only came here for special occasions. However, once you taste the food, you’ll like it like I do.BTW, if no one else mentioned it, it’s BYOB. The seating is limited, so advanced reservation is recommended.

We have visited many Steak houses but many no where near as friendly as Prime. We were surprisingly shocked at the care and service provided. Now on to the food! Holy Damn Wow... amazing is not a word suited to give you the idea of how good the food was. Everything from the Grilled Octopus to the Delmonico Steak. Just amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Happy to discover this very good steakhouse in Fort Lee! Our server is pretty friendly and she never lied when she told me the raw oysters are not fishy. True enough, it was more like a jelly than a seafood, which to me is perfect! And the my medium rare steak was cooked perfectly. The only downside is, they run out of Wagyu beef today but it only gave us a reason to come back another day.

THE FINEST STEAK I EVER HAD! Hands down. The dry aged porterhouse for two was perfectly cooked and buttery tender. AWESOME in every respect. The steak tartare was just as good. Tender and tasty with great flavor. The service is five star outstanding. This is a very small set back from the road restaurant that is not to be missed. The cut of meat that you order is presented to you at your table prior to cooking. Great touch! Two glass refrigerators inside the restaurant give you a full view of the meat choices. This is not a stuffy fancy steakhouse but a small intimate restaurant with the best steak and service around. Reservations recommended due to the size and COVID considerations. Outdoor dining is offered as an option. Plenty of street parking. This is a BYOB with glasses provided. Highly recommended.

Lunch menu is reasonable and served in good portion. I tried the dry aged NY strip and they cooked it just right. Would try dinner sometime. Recommended.

Came here for a friends birthday and wow it was such a nice experience. The porterhouse was absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. I was a bit hesitant to get it because my preferred cut is a Rib Eye but my friends insisted on their Porterhouse. So tender and that char OH MY MY! Staff was so kind and definitely helpful since we kept asking them a million questions! Definitely coming back to try the other cuts and sides.

Service was excellent to begin with, the tasting menu was great with four cuts of meats, beef and lamb. Quality of meat was high, aged, seasoned and cooked to the right to temperature as well as taste.Note: Remember to bring your wine!Two things for the restaurant to take note - 1) Remember to your patrons if they have any food allergies and, 2) for tasting menu, the silverware should be changed after every serving. Leftover sauce or spices from previous food could potentially spoil the taste of the next.

Came here for lunch and for dinner. Wasnt used to eating a dry aged burger but really enjoyed their steaks. We also ordered a bunch of their appetizers and they were delicious. Everything will add up quickly, but if you want to treat yourself to a special meal, this place is great. Their servers were great both times we were there.

An amazing fusion of western fine dining and steakhouse specialties with Korean sides. Unique, high quality, and delicious. My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner and were gifted a free appetizer. So sweet and kind of them!Tip is not needed because it is already baked into the price. Even with the pricier items, it is a fair price and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

First off, the food is amazing. I highly recommend this place for any celebration or occasion. The prices are great, and the steaks (at least the ones I chose) were of great taste and value.

Everything is soooooo good! The steak I got(filet mignon) melted in my mouth. Of course this place is not a fancy looking steak house(narrow space also), but I can tell you that you can get the one of the best steaks with reasonable price.

I think most of their steaks are actually Choice not Prime. Hearing from butchers in the area. Either way great streaks and preparation, a nice place locally to enjoy some meats.

Very good Steakhouse. Enjoyed the dry aged porterhouse. Friend who had the wet aged didnt like it quite as much. May just have been personal preference. Marrow and bacon were also very good. Atmosphere is surprisingly nice, cant tell from the exterior.

Amazing food and service

Took my wife here for her bday dinner earlier this evening.the vibe when greeted to the second we left, always made us feel welcomed. Music was a great taste for us personally. The ambiance is quaint and a very personal type atmosphere. They gave us some complimentary lemonade with our water (huge points here as its the little things in life). The chef and owner came to greet us during our meal, and we felt that was a great personal touch. We been to the big name steak places, and you wont get that type of love there that you do here!Now the food. We had the shrimp cocktail, mushroom risotto, and french onion soup. All were great, but this mushroom risotto was amazinggg! My wife and I kept talking about it, until the steaks came out!I got the ny strip, she got filet mignon and lobster. We also got sauteed mushrooms, creamed spinach, and fries and the steaks were so flavorful. So flavorful that I focused so much on eating my steak that I barely touched the sides but still great. However I was there for the dryage steak.Overall, we have a new steak place and its even closer to home! Also feel good to help local NJ businesses during these times! Great job PrimeandBeyond!

We went for dinner there with my husband for the second time, is the place where you can eat really good beef dishes. The dishes had balanced flavors, were made perfectly the meat was very fresh .Served us a young waiter positive and friendly .The first one in restaurant is really honest food . I really like this place, the kitchen is open and a lot of contact with the chef, hi is very professional and kind . If you want to eat a good and honest steak, this is the first place on my list! I can recommend 100%!there is one small note that works on the minus, that is the entrance and toilet which should be a bit remodeled on

My friends and I came here for a bday party and they were able to take reservations and indoor/outdoor dining was available at the time. This isnt your typical steak house and that was actually great for me. They cooked the steaks great and gave us the ability to compliment the meat with a variety of seasonings (truffle salt, smoked salt, Roasted garlic, other sauces etc.) Which I found an awesome change of pace to the usual garlic butter w/ thyme flavor in other steakhouses. I would recommend this place for a nice elegant evening with friends. Oh this place is byob. Which just makes this place even better.

My dad and I were in the mood for a solid steak. We live about 30 minutes away but decided to make the trip. We get there and the door says they were closed for the day. There were a few people outside and one of them turns to us and says want some meat? Turns out it was the owner. They were closed but he let us in anyways. It was my first time there and it felt like I was in heaven. I love steak. I love dry aged steak, and their fridge was epic. The owner was super nice and it honestly made our day. Steaks resting up now. 5 more minutes and its time to eat!

Was looking for a cut of meat on the 4th of July and randomly stumbled across this place. A little hole in the wall, I didnt even realize was a butcher/ restaurant. The steak I took out was one of the best cuts Ive ever eaten, restaurant included. The staff was very knowledgeable about the meat and how to cook it.

Best steakhouse in the area hands down

I could not have been more disappointed. I ordered a bone in prime rib for a holiday party with family. Spoke to the owner personally and she assured me that her dry aged meats were superb. I picked up my trimmed prime rib weighing 7.7 lbs and paid $340. Cooked the next day to perfection and served to my family. We were ALL disappointed. The flavor of the meat tasted as if it was bad. It had a muddy taste. We normally finish it off and this year we through more then half away. I called the manager the very next day and I dont know if there was a language barrier to understand the issue but they offered no resolution to our situation. Not a very clean place either. I would warn people to stay clear of this food establishment.

I just had a dinner first time at this restaurant and the service is not good.We ordered kimchi rice and we weren’t informed that the rice included pork. We returned the dish and they charged for the dish.Also we ordered porter house steak it came out cold, we returned the steak twice to cook. When we returned steak for the third time to cook a little bit more the guy who washes dishes went to grill the steak with cooking torch.I absolutely don’t recommend this place for steakhouse, for someone who understands the good steak.

Love this spot. BYOB. Best pricing for dry aged steaks around. Menu has continued to evolve to include a wider variety of gut busting deliciousness. Unpretentious. Really helpful staff. The spot also works as a butcher so you can buy cuts of meat there. Just take my money like you always do. Oh, great music. Did I mention this place isnt stuffy? Love this place.

Although it may not look like much from the outside, dont judge a book by its cover. Once you come in and get a taste of the service and steaks you will never want to leave. You have to see the huge room with dozens of huge Tomahawk Steaks hanging with a clear wall so you can see everything. Pick you own cut and watch as the chef seers it to perfection. We have been coming here for years. Its a small restaurant with an open kitchen thats literally in the dining room. The service is friendly, the steaks are incredible, the kimchi fried rice is amazing, and overall, its an awesome twist on the traditional NJ steak house, and it delivers quality that outshines the local competition.

I used to be a big fan of this restaurant but not anymore. I purchased pre-made soybean soup yesterday and had at home today. As it tasted very sour, I called to talk with the owner. After she tried by herself, she claimed that it didnt go wrong even though she admitted that it tasted sour, which was not normal. She said that I would be fine even if I had some soup and she offered a credit for the soup without any sincere apology. She kept repeating that as she made the soup three days ago, it should be fine. (Can it be fine??) I am very disappointed not only with the quality of their food but also with their attitude and professionalism.

Attentive service and very fine meat... interestingly mixed flavors fused together such as kimchee carbonara pasta. Dry aged and wet aged meats for all meat connoisseurs. Personal favorites are grilled octopus and fillet mignon. Various pickled dishes are a good mix of salty and sweet.

Came here for a family lunch last year and I can still remember the steak. Top notch steak.This was my familys first time going for lunch and we were a little down since the lunch menu is a bit limited. No worries, we asked the owner if we could look at the dinner menu and he said that we could order whatever we wanted! He even made great suggestions and filled us in on the back story of the business. Many of the recipes came from his Mom (as it should be!) who was still very involved in the day to day cooking operations.Its been a while and writing this review is making me hungry for dry aged steak again!

Never in my life have I had a restaurant cancel a dinner reservation on my family. To add insult to injury, they did it on Mother’s Day with no explanation whatsoever as we were getting in the car to head over. Maybe with 24 hour notice we could have at least booked something else. Disgusted.I have no comment on the food as our party was not offered the opportunity to try it.
