I always get Five star service at Shottenkirk Fort Madison. Kurt Jennings is EXCEPTIONAL as a service writer. Kurt makes you feel he is there for you, whatever you may need. Service techs are prompt, competent and thorough. The customer lounge is the best, more comfortable than I have ever seen

Wrecked my vehicle Saturday had it towed there contacted them Monday said they would be in touch Tuesday never called back I reached out Wednesday they didnt get to look at it.. understandable there busy said for sure they would look at it and figure out whats goen on yet no call so I reach out yet again to find out they have still not even touched it...if you choose shottenkirk hopefully u have another vehicle to drive sence they take there sweet time to get the ball rolling and choose to have a very poor communication level with there customers only to tell them each day they will contact them then not follow threw very disappointed have bought from them in the past after this experience I wont bother to return

Kirk in the service department was excellent to work with. They started on my vehicle right away, contacted me with any additional questions and when it was completed. Very good experience.
