Floorcrafters, Jon specifically, went above and beyond for my husband and I!! We are from Indiana and Floorcrafters had our discontinued hardwood flooring from Shaw in stock! Jon organized the freight and shipping. Everything went perfectly!! After dealing with so many other flooring companies throughout the US, Jon made us realize that there are still some really decent human beings ready to help those in need!!

Excellent customer service! I was searching for wood flooring that had been discontinued and John went out of his way to find it for me and work with another company in another state to get the product shipped directly to me (also In a different state). He then followed up with me several times to make sure everything was worked out and that I received the product.
