I always go to Treasure Coast Lexus to service my car. I have a GX460 SUV and they always give me a stellar service. Robert Collier is who typically takes care of me and he is great. At Treasure Coast Lexus, the waiting area is nice and comfortable, always clean and they always have coffee and snacks for everyone. Today, I stopped in because I had a message on the dashboard that said : Low Washer Fluid and Ive been meaning to install my alumni license plate frame on my car for some time now. I didnt have an appointment but took a chance and went in anyway. Thomas at the service department, took care of me right away, and didnt even charge me. He installed my license plate frame and filled up the washer fluid compartment and I was out of there in less than 15 mns. Thats how awesome these guys are!! They truly go above and beyond. Im a woman and, I hate to say this but as a woman some people out there think they can take advantage of you if you dont know much about cars. I never feel this way when I go there. I feel at home and they explain everything to me whether Im having something small done like today, or buying and installing new tires or getting the car service for routine maintenance, its always a pleasure to go in. Same issue happened to me as another reviewer Sonya. 4 new tires and tire pressure sensor light is immediately on. They claim it to just be an old sensor and needs replacement. Funny when theyre 250$ a pop. Dont trust them. Theyre all about selling right when you walk in.Last time I get my car serviced there. The final straw was they couldnt even top off my washer fluid with an oil change.Sloppy and untrustworthy.
I Really appreciate how easy the service department staff makes everything. I had a nail in my tire and needed unplanned service. My serviceman saw that I was scheduled for routine service next week so they took care of the tire AND the scheduled maintenance at the same time. The replacement tire had to be ordered so they picked my car up to replace the tire and brought it back all done ! That is exceptional service. Thank you all.
Howard Kent was our salesman and I must say he earned his keep working with my wife and I. We have been to the dealership at least a half dozen times inquiring about what cars were available in what colors and what models, etc. Never giving him a clear path of direction as to what we wanted. He never failed to try to help us decide on things and never once did he seem dismayed about how we were driving him crazy. With his guidance we finally decided on a new RX350. We are happy with our choice and the respect Howard afforded us in the process. Post sale we were given a beginner course by Hope who was quite patient and informative in teaching us the fundamentals of the electronics of this new world of automobiles.
I love this place. I ended up returning my car after less than 24 hours because I hated it but they tried the best they could to get me a decent deal they even gave me a good amount back on the car I had just bought as a trade in. Mark Mello is a super patient sells rep. And Tina Klien is super awesome.
This is a truly outstanding dealership. I purchased a 2021 IS300 directly off the showroom floor and my decision making process took longer than buying it. There was no BS and the price was so perfect I didn’t need to do a ton of negotiating! They did what I asked. Total process was less than 4 hours. Seamore was my salesman and he was awesome! Very calm environment. They rolled out a red carpet, left me space and time to think, worked on my command and I even got to shake the owners hand afterwards the old fashioned way! I appreciate that! I’m an instant second time buyer right off the bat. Thanks guys!!! You really make other dealerships look very bad.

I recently had all 4 tires changed. First, they kept telling me the tires i wanted (and found on their website) could not be ordered or didnt come in all-season version or didnt come in the size I needed etc (I called at least 4 times)... When they finally gave me a quote based on my vin number, it was for the wrong size. They finally figured it out, got correct tires, and I took my car in. When I received my car back, the tire pressure light was on. I checked air pressure and called the dealership, as it was clear a sensor was malfunctioning. They sent me to Toyota... Toyota told me to go back to TC Lexus. At TC Lexus, I was told the battery died on one of the sensors and I should just replace all 4 sensors at $1,200+. It is hard to believe the battery died right after new tires were installed, not a day sooner or later... Also, my car came back with all valve caps missing... I will not be back...UPDATE: unfortunately, Mr.OKeefe never responded to me. In the meantime, one of my wheels almost fell off. Could be a third coincidence, but Ill stay away from this place anyway.
Entire process was first class, truly a Lexus hallmark. Don, Steve and Randy performed their duties perfectly and went above and beyond what one would expect.
Second purchase at the dealership. Quality dealership who can be relied upon to tell the truth and be up front on all aspects or the transaction. Randy Nichols is an excellent sales person and the rest of the staff and management have been great. They do not surprise you at delivery with unexpected fees. There approach is totally different, very positively so, than the other two high end dealerships in fort pierce who I would not purchase another car from.

Kathy is very unprofessional and does her due diligence in getting the most money out of customers. The first time coming to this branch of dealership(I typically visit North Miami and Pembroke Pines with excellent experiences) and KATHY ripped me off for over $500. She came speaking of my timing belt and other foolishness, when I was there simply to have my tires rotated and a regular maintenance. Please, whatever you do, do NOT allow Kathy to service you there at Treasure Coast Lexus. She is the absolute worst. Deceitful and unethical.
My experience at Treasure Coast Lexus was perfect. Rafael Salcedo was an excellent service advisor. I have work with Rafael in the past and he is always excellent. Quickly gets the problem diagnosed and rectified while I ride in a new loaner car after helping myself to a beverage in the lounge. When I call this dealership and I get the front desk they as well are extremely cordial and accommodating as is everybody I encounter while Im at Treasure Coast Lexus. This type of service will ensure me to buy my next car there as I owned 3.
At Treasure Coast Lexus we were welcomed warmly and treated with respect. My husband and I worked with Howard. He was warm, friendly, and a fountain of information about the brand. He listened to our requests and set up our test drive, discussed our options, pricing, and helped us to secure insurance on our 2017 NX.We we delighted that our L-certified NX had the best protection available and that even more options were available to protect it as the years go on. There was only one small complaint due to the detail service. In their haste to get us on the road the same day, they missed some areas. The car could have been delivered in a cleaner state. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy with our vehicle!

From the service writer, Ken, to the random guy who made sure I knew where the bathrooms were, to the sweet receptionist, to the entire technology department, this dealerships is first class in service! They must send them all to charm school because the culture there is all about the customer. I took my new Lexus in for a 5,000 mile service. I had been having issues with the Bluetooth and apple car play. The folks at the technology department would not give up until they had it right! Big thank you to Mark, and Hope (not sure if that’s her name) and also Dianne, who tried to fix it the day before. It turned out to be a user issue, not a problem with the car! But they made sure it was explained and I was satisfied. I have bought other Lexus cars at another (large) dealership in Ft Lauderdale. Big difference in dealerships. Service matters.
My key fob disintegrated Tuesday when I started my car. I had a key fob shell I purchased off Amazon. So I went to Treasure Coast Lexus because there was a piece I couldnt get off the key. They fixed it for me and didnt charge me a dime. Love them!!Big kudos to Joshua in the parts department. So courteous and my dog Mikey liked him too!

Bought a pre owned Lexus RX 350 from this Dealer. They sold me a $1.000 Strike Force protectant. Delivered the car to me and the protectant was never applied. Took it back and they never argued that they didn’t apply it. Customer service is terrible. I have been to 7 Lexus dealers around the US. This one is the worst by miles. Avoid them.

Service is very poor, waited 4hrs for maintenance, car wash, no vacuum 😑, only good thing about this place is a beautiful waiting room, after 2 visits, I will not return for free.Also they gave me an estimate of a parts that needed fixing,after traveling to another lexus south, they didnt see any problems with what treasure coast lexus wanted to fix for over 800$$.Wasted my time..Never ever again

Service here is excellent and friendly, but cant say that about the sales force. We received and email from one of the sales director on trading our current lease for a newer model but when we arrived we werent treated like Lexus owners. After waiting for an answer, we were finally given a sheet showing us our original terms. That was it, no explanation. We left very disappointed. This week I received an email from one of the sales associates about my visit, which I returned his call and havent heard from him. Also received an email from the sales GM on Memorial Day offers, called that person and havent heard from them neither.
All our experiences with Treasure Coast Lexus have been great. We purchased the certified used 2017 RX350 in August. It was in beautiful condition with new tires and less than 25K miles. We got a very good price that also came with a two-year service plan. Weve only needed one service so far for tire rotation and that went well with no issues. They offer free training sessions on how to work all the technology components of the car which we have made full use of. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and informative. We can recommend TC Lexus to anyone.

I called the dealership to see if they would match a price on a set of new tires, since I has a blow out tire on the way down, the service advisors said he could not answer the question and the service manager which he has a fancy longer title that I found amusing. I left him a voicemail at 3:45 pm and he returned my call the following morning. He said he could not match a price because he has little markup on tires. Well, I guess he thought I believed that. My LEXUS dealership, Nalley Lexus Roswell, Ga and Smyrna, Ga will match it everytime! He was done with me at that point and I am done with this dealership. He has lost that business and all my future business when I permanently move to Florida. Poor Customer Service. I told me Nalley Lexus Service advisor who was very surprised by the Treasure Coast response. There is no competition in Fort Pierce VS Atlanta with 5 dealerships to choose from. Not coming back to Treasure Coast Lexus!

First, I dont like the process of buying a car... I put it up there with going to the dentist! But, I will have to say in all my years buying vehicles this has been thee best experience! When my husband and I first walked into the immaculate showroom we were greeted by Brian, a brand specialist. Brian is the best in his field! He didnt make me feel the pressure of a salesperson. Brian let me find the model that fit me and was there to answer any questions. When I decided what model I then test drove 3. I do not like test driving yet, this entire experience was a no pressure experience. During our experience we were also introduced to Anthony, Sales Dir, Gary the GM and Steve the Finance Dir. In all honesty they were all so personable and each person had a true no pressure approach and were genuinely nice and made us feel welcome.We purchased a vehicle from Brian and everything went smoothly. I returned a few days later to pick up my vehicle and was surprised to find the crew remembered me even with a mask on! While on that subject, everyone wore masks and there was never a time the dealership employees were without a mask. Thank you.When I arrived to get my new car Rick the Techie brought me to my new wheels and had me sit inside while he showed me all the technical capabilities it was awesome, thanks!Once done, I was ready to head home. The service to car was good but over shadowed by the 2 1/2 hrs I had to wait. Yes I had an appointment and yes they had me down as waiting. Very disappointing.
Excellent facilities and staff, but the Finance Dept still tries to sell you various Protection packages, just like the old Scotchguard scam. Some parts of some packages may be nice to have, but not at the prices. Perhaps a cafeteria style plan that a buyer could pick and choose exactly what was wanted, rather than packages that included other items not wanted, would be a better approach to an old consumer issue, especially for a dealer selling high-end vehicles.
Treasure Coast Lexus IS a very classy dealership with professional sales people that actually help you through the car buying process without being pushy: My sales guy Seymour Buchanan was very helpful and helped facilitate a smooth process. I purchased a used Car and this Lexus dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

I had bought a Lexus from another dealership. When it came time to buy another Lexus I decided to go to Treasure Coast Lexus. I will be buying my future Lexus from them!! Drove 8 hours to purchase a used trade in. I understand this is a used car however getting it home it needed an alignment, brake fluid flush, brake pads, and an oil change! Really? A lexus dealership not doing a fresh oil change for the next owner and selling a car needing brake pads. My daughter is 20 and it took everything she had to buy this car, then she had to spend another 750.00 on it when we got home. Unless something is reimbursed for our troubles, it will be my last time dealing with this place again.
Great dealership! Just traded our 2011 RX350 for a 2017 RX350. The whole experience was great! Paul, our salesman was very helpful in finding the right car, and Steve and Marc were very helpful in getting the warranty coverages we needed and teaching us how to use all the electronic features on the car. I would certainly recommend Treasure Coast Lexus to anyone.UPDATE: Just had our first service visit. Took advantage of the valet service. They came and picked up the car in the morning and got it back to me by the end of the day, freshly washed! All my concerns were taken care of and the car runs great!

Excellent experience at Treasure Coast Lexus. We looked at vehicles at several different dealerships before working with TC Lexus. TC Lexus was by far the most professional and Brian Young went above and beyond for us.After getting a great deal on a certified pre-owned we noticed a tiny crack in the windshield that went unnoticed until we had finalized the deal. TC Lexus service department immediately provided a loaner vehicle and replaced the entire windshield at no cost. Professional and honest operation. A++
Service wasnt really great at all. I asked about an oil change for my 16 Scion, and with my own oil and filter it was still going to be 79 bucks according to the girl who was writing my ticket up. So pretty expensive as well, especially for bad service. I literally walked around for 15 minutes INSIDE the lobby and asked about 4 different people for help, until I finally walked into the actual repair garage and someone helped, probably because I wasnt suppose to be out there.
Scotts professionalism and sincere helpfulness made for a VERY positive buying experience, I would highly recommend Scott and staff. If you are normally hesitant about dealerships, These people will exceed expectations!!
My fourth lease from Treasure Coast Lexus and I go back each time because they treat you right! Update: despite it being in my lease agreement that I would not be charged for a missing key fob, they went behind my back and charged me for it anyway. Probably not returning to this Lexus dealership.

We were driving by and saw a car we were interested in looking at quickly.. we realized when we got there that they were closing soon. So obviously we weren’t planning on staying. Just wanted a quick look at the info. But rather than be courteous and give us a card to come back later- The seller was extremely rude and only interested in kicking us out. Not even a “How are you today?” We have dealt with Lexus in Melbourne previously and it was the exact opposite type of staff there. We will be driving out there to purchase and will never return. Take an example from Melbourne Lexus on how to treat a customer, “seller”.
On 1/21/202, I took my 2015 Lexus SUV for a recall repair to Treasure Coast Lexus. My Service advisor Cathy suggested why the vehicle was there that I should go ahead & get my normal service done since it was almost due & I said okay that would be fine.Well when to I pick up vehicle, I noticed that a loud tapping noise coming from my engine so I immediately turn around & took my vehicle back this was on a Saturday & Cathy was not at work that day so the service advisor that taking of me put me back into the loaners car & stated that Cathy would take care of the problem on Monday. On that Monday Cathy did call & stated that the machine test drove my vehicle & didnt hear anything but my Sunpass hitting my windshield NOW MY INTELLIGENCE WAS INSULTED BY HER STATMENT Approximately 1hour later she called me again & left a message that the machine re-droved my vehicle & he did find the problem.The point Im trying to make is that Cathy charged me $179.17 for this recalled problem that they had to re-address but during & final test drive with the machine Byrant he stated that he corrected the problem & there would be NO charge for that. I politely stated to him then why did Cathy just charge me an additional $179.17 not to mention the $500 plus dollars I had to pay for the regular fees for my service work. I was so upset by all this that I just wanted to call Mr Woods & tell him what had transpired but thinking about Cathys job and as a women in her profession I know that could be difficult but now that I have received this survey I know that this was GODS way of telling me that I should have spoken up from the beginning because what Cathy have done to me was just plain wrong, there is No two ways about this matter Cathy totally rip me off & ( the machine had already told me before he knew what had really happened) that I shouldnt have been charge for return of something initially should have been free of charge because it was a recall issue anyways.

I recently visited Treasure Coast Lexus for scheduled service. This was my first visit since I moved to the area. Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick and I was able to get a time that was convenient for me. The staff and friendly and welcoming and the waiting area is comfortable. I returned my car at the end of my lease but unfortunately left my personalized plate on it and the driver did not check either. I phoned four times to get this back without success. They never returned my calls at all. I would not use them again Lexus should be ashamed, they are only interested in selling cars not helping their customers.on things that they consider unessential.

Explained everything in detail and completed everything on schedule. Very polite Valet driver who returned to my home when he saw I left a package in the back seat of the loaner car ! Got a very good deal the service and attention to detail was top notch the salesman Scott did a great job in explaining the car and all of the features and the rest of the crew there seymore and steve the finiance guy was very straight foward and worked hard into the evening hours to get us a solid deal

My most recent visit to Treasure Coast Lexus was to have Strike Force paint protector applied to my new 2020 RX 350-L. I was highly pleased with the excellent job done by Justin and his team. They were waiting for me when I arrived and had the vehicle ready to go when I stopped by to pick it up. I cannot ask for more than that. I am looking forward to my next visit to Treasure Coast Lexus.
Taking a car in for service is never high on anyones list of things to do. However, Treasure Coast Lexus is a pleasure to visit from the initial greeting by a masked employee until your sparkling clean car is ready to go. The facility is spotless, the staff is friendly and helpful and there is plenty of space to wait for the service to be completed.
