This is my favorite Publix and todays visit is a prime example why. First, my husband had switched insurances and the pharmacist went above and beyond to get his 2 prescriptions covered within 15min! Sadly, I forgot to get his name.Second, we couldnt find pickled eggs so we asked Chuck, the produce manager, and he walked us to where they should have been but were sold out. He did an order check and they had an indeterminate delivery date. While in line checking out, here comes Chuck with a jar. He went next door to the liquor store to find them and came to find us!!If that isnt excellent customer service, I dont know what is!

They always are nice. Clean store. Cashier nice, and pickup staff is always accommodating.

What can I say, its Publix were shopping is a pleasure. They always have the most up-to-date items the coolest items the weirdest items and its all at a reasonable price just make sure you know how to do bogo.

This is easily becoming one of my favorite Publix Super Markets because of the ever-expanding vegan product selection.

Nice store with friendly service. Max debit card cash is $75 which is helpful to avoid ATM fees; although you need to purchase something at least its a waisted ATM fee

Vastly improved since the renovation. Much better selection of fresh foods and organics. Love the fact that they have better quality poultry. Could still upgrade the fish offering.

Never set up in seafood for early shoppers. Only 2 cashiers open with people waiting with big loads at 9 am. No one in 10 items or less. Forced to do my own check-out and bagging, with produce that had to be found and weighed! Should offer us a discount to save them employee salaries. Very helpful lady monitoring the self check out though, thank God. If she had been busier, I would have just left my cart with the groceries and walked out.

Great Publix, always my go-to Publix when I am at work (before, during, after). Like with pretty much any Publix their customer service, selection, and quality are TOP NOTCH. On this particular trip I had to get some of the best spaghetti sauce in the world, Raos. It is so good, and of course paired with wine is a great time for an easy dinner!

This is my Publix location of choice! Everyone is always friendly. The food from the deli and bakery is always delicious. No complaints from me!

The Publix bakery dropped the ball. I was in charge of the retirement cake for my office party along with other items from Publix when I went to pick up the cake that was already prepaid nobody in the bakery had any knowledge of the cake order being placed nor paid for. The cake was to be picked up at 8:00 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. party long story short one of the bakery workers brought the cake to the office after the schedule time of the party of course but no other compensation was made in reference to their screw up needless to say we will not be using Publix in the future for any of our office events.

I visit many Publixs and other Supermarkets and produce locations too. As a consumer, I am an observer who comments and critics them; I look for customer service, quality, and performance everywhere I go. When consumers like to visit a supermarket, you know nothing of where things are placed you look for a friendly face for help. I believe that when it is about food, it should be provided fresh and not expired. You always make sure that the attention that they offered makes you want to come back. I will speak today about Publixs where shopping is a pleasure at some locations; unfortunately, I have to say. I drive twenty-five minutes to another Publix store simply because they have more variety and the customer service and performance are on point. I was happy to visit Fort Pierce Publix. I spoke to Don/Dan. My apologies to this gentleman if written wrong. I asked for help on the bday section, and he came to help me; it was my sons birthday. Don/Dan helped me with balloons. We talked and laughed, remembering our times. It was so enlightening to speak with him. He accomplished more than I expected, thank you. I will return to Fort Pierce Publix. I encourage you to do the same. Is beautiful!

This is such a good place to shop. Plenty of associates on hand to help. My Grandson had dropped a shoe and the Producer Manager took the time to track me down and return it. I love this store!

Just ran in for grab and go of fried chicken for fishing later that night. They always make a great consistent product.

One of the newest grocery stores in the region. Clean convenient for guests and residents on North & South Hutchinson Island. Management need listen to shoppers and provide better customer service and increase buying of items often out of stock.

We been in a lot of Publix before in Alabama, but since moving to Florida, we have been to this store several times, and everytime the employees are the rudest we have ever met. Anything from saying hello, and not getting a response to the cashier acting like you are just ruining their day by coming in their line. This is the only Publix we have been to in Florida, but the ones in Alabama are way different. Staff was always very nice, and happy to help.

They have a sign hanging over their Meat department states we will custom cut meat to your request. But this is not the case ! when asked they will look at you like you are from another planet and say no they will cut their hands

I don’t normally write reviews for these kinds of things..(I dont think Ive written a review at all..) But I want to first and for most point out the amazing customer service I experienced today. I’m from up north in Jersey we don’t have these kinds of things. I don’t normally get the luxury of these things and let me tell you what they were. So here is my experience with Publix that I hope gets these people a raise!1. I asked a young girl I believe her name started with an “S” Sandra or Sam (Tall, Blonde)or something similar, where the bathroom was and she instantly greeted me with a smile and offered to bring me there.2. The young man with the green eyes Omar I believe his name is was astonishing. He knew where everything was, we would occasionally run into him and he’d greet us with a funny line or offer to help us even more than the item and reassured us that he’d be near if we needed to find anything else. He is the prime example of customer service and seems to be very well educated on his job.3. The Grocery Manager Jellio took me straight to the Ice when I approached him with my son. (He even offered to help me with anything else which I appreciated the offer but politely declined)4. The curly haired young man at the checkout was very delightful. I appreciated the effort he put into making sure everything was perfect for my first visit to Florida. (Mind you I have never been to a Publix) He even had a real conversation with me and didn’t even give me the chance to start bagging my stuff. He bagged it all and reassured that since I had to walk around to find my items he gets to bag them so I can relax a bit.It felt amazing being treated this way, and by all these amazing workers. I look forward to coming back soon!

So I go in there and spend money every week, and then go up and ask for some quarters and they tell me know we can give them to you and I can see theres three rolls of quarters in the drawer. I wont be coming to this Publix any more!!

Its a large store. I was able to find a few gluten free snacks here for the beach. Didnt have a good selection of monsters and they need to check their math.. 1 for $2.10 or 2 for $5.00?

Theres a young name Brandon works in prepared food he make sure you get your phone correct and he sure he has your order on time when you want ready . I love his good customers service . So if you want something pre maded ask for Brandon in the Deli . The job will get done. Good job Brandon I appreciate good service.

Bright clean store. Self checkout of bulk fruit not so easy.

Wow what a beautiful store! The aisles are spacious and all coolers have doors (wth?). Instead of your old school cheese section this has open refrigerator section. I absolutely loved the self checkout. Im not bothering anyone or any cashier with coupons and/or other questions. I dont have to listen to complaints or deal with baggers who dont give af. Clean, organized and friendly Ill drive 4 miles up the road to go to this store.

Great customer service! This publix is great with making me and my family feel welcomed. I’ve been going to this Publix for years! The worker Noel was very helpful today! Today he helped translate in spanish for customers ahead of us, and made sure that the communication between the cashier and the customer was perfectly relayed. He seemed very professional and my wife appreciated the fact that he pointed out the watermelon being on sale for BOGO. He even showed us how to sign up for the Publix coupons. We always go in to Publix looking forward to seeing him there.

The deli is the slowest production of food I’ve ever waited for. They don’t even know what ingredients go on their menu listed items. I placed the order 35 mins ago, they said it’d be ready and I had to wait another 20 mins once I got there to have it be ready! Worst service ever!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Horrible deli service and very rude and unhappy. no hi or how are you back. stood and waited with no other customers were in line. all for a sub. very disappointed. if they do not want to work in the deli and help customers and be polite then find something else to do.

Tired of having to go through the tiny self checkout because they cant put someone behind the registers. I dont mind checking myself out if I only have a couple things but when you have an entire grocery cart full and theres no place to even place all your bags thats a problem. That was the worst customer service I have ever received from a Publix. They say they are short handed and thats the reason...Really??? There were several managers standing around talking amongst themselves. I was so frustrated I wanted to burst into tears especially when I had to lift my package of 32 bottled waters & try to scan it with out one of the scanner guns. Honestly I think I get better customer service at Walmart. NOT shopping there anymore!

The new Publix Supermarket at Taylor Creek Commons was finally opened today after a year of reconstruction and expansion. Didnt have the meat i wanted on my sub on 7/15/2021... I guess because they were closing in an hour it was relevant.

It was busy with not everyone physically distancing. The associates were extremely helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked. I must have bugged the produce manager 4 times. He was able to help me find something each time.

To the young woman with beautiful braids and eyelashes that checked us out with our 3 cups of ice and two towels today: you were simply a goddess and your aura exemplified grace and outstanding customer service! Deli continues to disappoint me with lack of available rotisserie chickens in late afternoon. Have complained at least 8 times. Always have to go to Sabal Palms store if I need chickens between 4:00 & 5:30 pm.

This is the brand new Publix. I like it very much and getting used to where everything is at. I wish they had an expanded hot bar (with the Asian food like Vero Publix). My wife doesnt want to cook anymore and suspect many others dont either. I think they need to add more sugarless frozen novelty products. Add more smaller carts please. Crew is very good. And please keep the sanitary wipes up near carts. Seems to run out a lot. Not enough cart corrals in parking lot. Overall - 4.5 stars; 5 when you get the hot lunch bar.

Just went to publix with my husband. Bought oodles of groceries and had to bag them ourselves. Were senior citizens and can bag, but isnt that why people pick publix? The customer service? Three managers stood next to us, close enough I could read two name tags. Veronica and Dillon. The third had his back to me. I was very upset that managers couldnt set an example for their workers.

Very clean - it is newly renovated. The staff are 5-star people- the sushi guy, the butcher guy, every person stocking shelves, and especially the woman who rang up our food & the woman who bagged everything for us. I only withhold one star because the layout is a bit confusing and the parking lot was tightly packed. 5-star employees, cant be more appreciative of kindness & patience
