Best customer service I had in a while they are everything and more.

Store was clean. Guy with glasses working was friendly and helpful. Made my kiddos feel welcome, and I appreciate that. Bought an SD card for the kids Switch system, but he answered lots of questions. Two thumbs up 👍👍

I was just at the Game Stop in Fort pierce fl Linda the saleswoman was very very courteous and she went above and beyond the normal job duties. She located a game system nearby had the other store put the system on hold gave me the address and sent me on my way. 5 stars for sure.

Always a friendly staff and usually a helpful staff, but the last two headsets Ive purchased from them, I had to return for not being compatible with my device, when all information was given. Luckily, a young man helped me and I got what I needed...third time was a charm.

Not the normal GameStop experience, just called and talked with John and he was amazingly helpful. I’ve had negative experiences with other shops before but not this one, John and the rest of the team at the Fort Pierce location are the BEST!

Super happy with the GameStop. They always have exactly what I need in stock, and even if they are busy they handle you with the utmost satisfaction and care. Plus the staff are all super knowledgeable and very nice.

I really like this store, even though they did not have what I wanted. The young man new the inventory of his store. I can not argue with that at all. ( I was actually happy that most places did not have what I was looking for. I got a new one for only $50.00 more) I should have realized that with the state we are in people that have to stay home, ARE going to play games systems. LOL As an fyi I will use them to find games and other items for my game system. 😀😀😀

Great customer service the Associates at this location are very knowledgeable and professional. However two of the products I was looking to purchase. That were advertised on the Shelf. Were not in stock. And one of the two products not only not in stock, but could not be purchased online. Why advertise something I cannot get?

I was visiting port. St. Lucie and had never been to this location and compared to experiences Ive had at my local locations I was impressed. The young lady at the counter was very helpful, I had a few ideas on things to get for my brothers and she knew where everything was. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the store, by far the best GameStop Ive ever been in.

I always appreciate the service at every game stop, they really all seem so helpful especially since im a newbie gamer and need advice, but it bothers me that a few times in a row I trade in 5 or 6 games and get a dollar to go towards another game that doesnt end up working. I do like the warranty thing since my sons GTA keeps freezing up mid game, I pay $2 and he gets another....they even offered to replace it after he lost warranty receipt. just wish theyd give more trade in value.

They were the only store carrying a device I was looking for within a 100 mile radius. I called to confirm that they had it, which they did, and the manager said he would hold it for me. When I got there around 8 hours later, after my hour long drive from southern Palm Beach County, they told me they had sold it to someone else. No specific person ever took responsibility.

Not really to do with the store but that area in general is bad and that particular strip mall looks run down. Regardless, the store is run well and had what I needed when I needed it.

Over priced, cheap when they buy anything back and sales out of what you want to quickly. But the staff more than makes up for it. Friend, knowledgeable and willing to help.
