I love it here. My husband and I had our boys hair cut. The employees were friendly and worked fast on cuts. It was clean, neatly organized. Will definitely return.
Convenient on base shopping with most everything you need
It has everything pretty much.
This Exchange definitely is not reliable, opens and closes whenever.
If you live on the base of fort Stewart or off post and youre in the military this place does have some good deals sometimes but sometimes its best just to go off post
Left on hold for 15 mins for a 30 second question.
Today my mother, who lost her husband due to combat related injury and illness, was treated like a DOG by Vicki in electronics on 11/30/19 around 0955. Vicki continually cursed at my mother and treated her as if she wasn’t really going to buy the $529.00 Series 5 Apple Watch with a $99.00 band (we had a few other Christmas gifts in the cart, as well, to include high-end fragrances and clothing). Vicki acted as if it was a hassle to waddle down 2 aisles to unlock the Apple items. When the store manager came over, she seemed more concerned with diffusing the verbal back-and-forth that Vicki was still engaging in rather than removing Vicki from the store completely. In fact, Vicki was waiting for us at the exit, as if to do something. I’m glad I was with my mother to protect her. The way that AAFES and the Main Exchange condoned Vicki’s behavior is unacceptable and we will be taking legal action again her and the store for assault. “Marne” the manager, or at least as her name tag labeled her, did not seem concerned with satisfying the customer who was purchasing over $700.00 in Christmas gifts. It seems to me she just wanted to rush us through our transaction instead of taking responsibility for her employee. I sure wish that this store was under better management. This should be a place where my mother can spend her money and receive a smile and RESPECT in return. No one wants to be waited on by someone who has an attitude about their JOB, and it seems to me less and less employees at the PX want to do their JOB.
I was really mad with the manager Katie she was talking about her employee who is Hispanic and Katie made a comment in front of her saying she has to work on her English..Very rude and uncalled for..The employee was like yeah she always does that.Katie is rude and need to take some training classes as a manager.I understood everything the employee was saying.Katie was wrong for her statement
Nice deals for our military family. ❤
Clothing clearance for children and women is to die for; the prices are amazing in those sections. The store itself is clean and organized. The shopping selection is great! The outer store booths add more of a variety, and some are always offering something different and cool. Not to mention all of the food choices in the food court. Overall a GREAT place to shop.
Larger PX than I was expecting. Nice size food court, with plenty of vendors. Parking lot was nice size. Selection was better than other PX. Ladies section A+ friendly staff. Great selection on specialty Makeup products.
Loved this! Brought a friend here for her birthday and they went all out! The ladies were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable as well! Definitely worth a visit to check them out.
Super convenient!!!
AAFES is a ripoff! Amazon or Wal-Mart often are way cheaper. Someone actually put on here that the proceeds from AAFES go toward the soldiers. That is a flat out lie.
I was in line at customer service counter. When I walked up there was only one customer service rep. As I was waiting another rep yelled down the line and told people she could take customers paying with credit or debit with no cash back. Since I was sitting in the customer service chairs still waiting, I thought she was going to open a register. As people rush down she walks behind the customer service register, as I am still waiting there in line. The only thing I needed was cigarettes, paying with a debt card with no cashback. To me it makes no sense. I have to say there is a lack of common sense and customer service. I think longer/additional training needs to be incorporated. I WILL NOT recommend this establishment to anyone I care about!
Welcome to the AAFES exchange.
My favorite place to go to, the respect I got from them is one to remember. Shopping, eating, fun. Everyone is happy to help you with any questions.
Betty good experience. Ladies at Starbucks was very friendly and helpful. I was using a cane, due to Knee pain and they offered to bring My drink to a table so I could remain seated. Very thoughtful!
Its a really nice place I like it the PX is great all the little shopping carts in the middle sell decent little products the beef jerky house is really good and the PX as a whole is really nice very pretty inside very clean all the items are tax-free but theyre pumped up a little bit so that way theyre about the same price of anything thats on the outside of the base most of the employees are pretty good I just had this one employee cashier questioning my masculinity I dont know why we were standing in line and my wife is in the military right now so she had to show her ID card so we can make a purchase Ive been mentioned that I love my wife very much and she said okay you can keep that to yourself and I said well Im going to let everybody know that I love my wife and I dont care who knows it then she said she didnt need to know all that I said okay maam I will keep it to myself then she inquired on why my wife was in the military and not I I then told her well you told me to stop and youre continuing to ask me questions she then laughed and said no youre right son I did tell you to stop then she called me boy and we all know what that means Im a 30 year old man then she asked why I was not in the military again I told her I was in the military I served for four years I was severely injured and was medically discharged I did not want to go out of the military but I could no longer maintain the military physical standard then she changed her attitude seemed a little bit nicer and said have a good day I thought this encounter was very strange especially an employee questioning a customer but I think you can read between the lines and you can tell what kind of person this was
Love it alot of nice clothes .
The Mangers and Associates are great. They take the time to help you. They listen to your questions and help you get the things that you are looking for.
I was not shopping for myself, but just accompanying a friend. It was pretty cool. Great deals and selection.
This location has such a great selection of product. I shop here whenever I get a chance. I love getting food from the Boston Market there also.
HAAF Exchange is a nice place to shop, however they are not allowed to stock the large amount of merchandise as the Fort Stewart exchange carries. Most employees are very friendly and helpful. I will continue shopping there though.
Very professional staff! The prices are cheap and they have a great return policy. You have to enlist in the Military to use the facility.
Lauren did an awesome job. She gave me exactly the cut I wanted and styled it beautifully. I love my new hair.
Sure wish they would go back to being open 24 hours. It was originally closed because of deployments, which is understandable. But now that the majority are home, the customers would return if the Shoppette was open.
Excellent service. Very cordial people. Thanks for being there when we needed you.
So I generally do not shop here unless I have to. AAFES tends to take advantage of military members through some shady pricing schemes. While you may not be tax rest assured they have figured out the price off post and added what the tax would be into the price. Unless you have a surplus of money you can get the same or better items elsewhere.
Pretty cool for meat and seasoning. Wont find better prices unless another store is an awesome sale. Great ethnic choices as well.
I have not been here yet n years so Im not to sure .but of your in the military you can go and if I remember right Aafes like to stock high end Merch. So it could save you a trip to Savannah.
One of the few facilities on Stewart that isnt totally run down and depressing
Always a calm shopping experience, even during busy days and hours. They have a big selection of products and great prices.
Was pleased. Very polite and very quick in getting us out
It was busy but I didnt have to wait long at all. Very fast service.
Its basically a walmart x maxys minus the garden section and food section. Some frozen food and snacks but overall its a good place. Great clothes selection too.
Just went to do a one item return about 25 minutes ago, a few minutes before 5pm, and as I was walking up to the store, they closed the gate right in front of my face while a worker was watching me walking toward the entrance and there were still customers inside. Id still be pissed, but I would understand, if they closed at 5 and they didnt want to take anymore customers, but they close at 7. Theres no excuse for that.
This PX is not too bad, its larger than some that I have seen. Ive returned a couple of things there and did not have a problem.
I only gave it 4 stars because I feel that even though it is super nice and super clean that it could be a little bit bigger considering how fast for stewardess growing
Super clean and neat. Very friendly. Employees are always willing to help. Very professional.
I wish the exchange was bigger and had more meet choices but other then that great places on nessecities and good place to buy attraction tickets for military personnel.
The clothes are so beautiful and the prices are so reasonable. I really enjoyed shopping in the infant section for my new granddaughter.
Not a really big store, so not too much variety of things but its always nice and clean.
Prices arent comparable anymore. Selection is thin. Better off shopping on Amazon.
Have a variety which is very useful you can do your shopping for household items then have a decent bite to eat that almost fits and taste and finish off with a haircut if needed a video game and a cool frappucino although l prefer hot coffee
My review is for the salon. Dont go there. If I could Id give them no stars. The male that is in the marine reserves butchered my hair so bad I had to get an additional 3 inches off one side because he couldnt do a simple Bob. Then was charged out the a** for it. Also called the next day to have it fixed and they said he doesnt work there...
Great people! They are very helpfull and have everything.
Decent size exchange for a subpost, but clothing sales claimed retirees werent allowed to purchase underwear. Really? I dont believe that.
Mrs. Jo Ann was excellent with customers service. I enjoy my visit
Everything is organized most staff is friendly theres 1 Asian lady who is a real SOB but minus her it was a good place to shop for what I needed and the staff was excellent for helping me find the things I needed but couldnt find on my own
Soldiers and families have several choices to eat at the food court inside the PX. There are also several cool stores located in the PX area as well as great deals in the PX.
Always a good place when you do not want to get off base.
Fantastic people working behind the counter. Very convenient walking distance for those of us with no transportation.
Always helpful always professional! Tiny lil exchange but always there when you need.(within business hours of course).
If you go. Know exactly what you want beforehand, because they may not have it, and your trip could be wasted
Had what I needed for my uniform and the cashier was nice, while we were checking out.
Very clean with wonderful associates. Love the variety and their prices for high end items is great.
Very clean and organized. The staff were friendly and very helpful and courteous.
Been shopping here for years appreciate the due diligence to find all the special needs and items appreciated by the plethora variety a personalities and people here I certainly appreciate what do you do for us
They have a pretty decent outdoor area. If your looking for that type of stuff make sure you give it a go.
Love it - Sorry I dont have membership any more.
No tax but the prices are so high that it doesnt quite make a difference. convenient if you live on the military base. organized and most cashiers are friendly.
Always beam with pride on Bases where one can actually feel the respect for our country.
Staff are friendly. It has a enough of everything for a quick stop. Its rarely packed and they keep the lines moving
Smaller than some others i gave been to but still a nice place to shop.
It been a while since Ive seen this exchange. Its bigger and better.
Wish it was bigger, not as many electronics this year, (drones, apple watches, PS5)
Very small Px with a largely reduced inventory. Occasionally find a steal but for the most part electronics are just years model if not older. Staff is very friendly. Usually step inside just to chill and walk around.
Ha. Hope youre not trying buy OCP uniform items in medium regular. They never have them. Apparently everyone in the Army now wears Smedium. Youll get a good chuckle at the Marines drinking frappes out front every morning. The commissary food sucks and is overpriced which is saying something for food that has no tax attached to it. Theres always some 80 year old warrant staring at you or some young angry NCOs child screaming bloody murder which is a nice touch. The actual PX mostly sells baby wipes, I just got out of basic clothes, a cheap assortment of booze that Fl/GA line sing about, and out of date tobacco. Avoid at all costs unless you need the seamstress. DO NOT APPROACH THE COMICS STORE. Its filled with those weird guys from every unit youve ever been in. The barbers are lackluster. But you knew that already. Dont talk to the kiosk people, youll end up buying a wood burning for a division youve never heard of.
Nice place to stop in. Grab a bite stretch your legs and go.
Good place for a quick trip to pick up something to eat and drink.
See it as a mini mall they have like a food court and different stores best of all starbucks
Great place.Has everything you need such as Starbucks,a barber shop, subway and other restaurants, etc
PXes are much nicer than when I served back in the 90s
A good place to find some cool things.
Love to shop there when I can ..the prices are okay..the store is great .
Very clean place. Multiple shops to choose from. Service with a smile here from all shops.
It has all your basics for a PX decent.
Great shopping experience at the commissary. Prices were good too.
Good place for food clothes haircuts and even Starbucks. The real mall off fort stewart
One stop shopping very many shops and restaurants all in one spot, prices very reasonable. Will be back.
Pretty good store and employees sometimes lacking in verity
Clean remodeled and great prices but you have to be in the military or retired
Well, its pretty much the same as all the other stores.
Nice exchange, manager could do more things with sales and publicity to get better thru put i.e. warehouse clearance, buddy list only text/email deals.
All your one-step shopping needs can be met here.
The very best service ever. Lots of friendly / professional people.
Great food little but arrive cold. And no kids size beverage.
Good, fast and easy. They have savings but not like blow out deals like they use to years ago.
Always clean, and everyone is very professional and courteous. Plus theres a Starbucks inside!
One of the best Ive been to, very clean and all staff was great!
Travel size version of a PX is how my son described it!
Overall a decent px, includes an Arbys, Charlies Philly grill, Boston market, subway, and qudoba (Mexican food) very busy for lunch, but enough seating
Great staff willing to help and guild you to all your needs
Clean well-organized and professional staff make this a great shopping experience
Not the worst exchange Ive been too...
