Worst return policy of any store in Fort Walton Beach. They will not take back any items whatsoever. Even if the item or equipment is unused, still sealed, AND you have the receipt. Even if you just bought whatever it is the same day. ONCE YOU give them your money, it is theirs, you are not getting it back under any circumstances.

The ladies are always friendly and knowledgable on the products. I absolutely love the one on one service they provide. Love the new location and cant wait for some classes.

Love the new store! Lots of product to choose from! Gave 4 out of 5 stars because the last time I was in and was being checked out, the two employees working (one was helping me) were gossiping about another employee the whole time she was ringing me up. Very unprofessional to not give your customer your full attention while helping them especially due to the fact you were gossiping about others. Makes you wonder if they gossip about everyone that comes in!

Definitely cant say I love this place. They dont sell a lot of brands of products and theyre hours say 8:30 to 5:30. I walk in at 8:30 and the woman says theyre still not open. Next time I need something, I think Ill travel over to Pensacola to cosmoprof or salon centric instead.
