I am a new boat owner, 2014 Scarab 195 HO Jet Boat, and brought my boat here as I was referred. Not to mention very few options for jet boats that I know of. I had O2 sensor codes and required a over all service. O2 Sensors replaced along with other maintenance repairs. As I am doing prep checks, I come to find a leak. Im not too sure how this passed QA/QC if a hose was attached to see. You can even see that the seal is almost non-existent and perhaps be taken care of during service. This is how it was returned to me. I havent even started it up. Now I am realistic and left 4 stars as I am waiting for a call back to see what may be done. Either a relationship will be built or Im beat. I will update accordingly and truthfully.

I was given a quote of $240 for an installation of a wiring harness for my Seadoo. When I arrived to pick up the jet ski, the labor charge was $460. After asking if they were sure, I presented my notes from the quote I received stating the part amount and two hour labor ($240). After they spoke with the technician, they told me, ‘The installation was more involved than they anticipated.’ And then, the service manager told the guy processing my account, ‘This guy will hold me to what I told him over the phone, so change the hourly rate so the labor charge is $240.’ He intentionally announced this loud enough for everyone in the service department to hear, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. He then said, ‘That’s why we do not give quotes over the phone. We will lose money on this installation.’ He later admitted he will not lose money, but that he will not make a profit after he pays his technician.I found the entire process extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. A customer should pay what they are quoted, and the service department should know their products and parts well enough to give an accurate quote, and if there are additional charges, they should contact the customer before the repair is completed to let them know. Customers should not show up to pick up their jets skis, or boats, and find out they will be charged almost twice the price. And a customer should not be made to feel like they short-changed the company, and they should not be treated unprofessionally in front of other customers.Communication and professionalism should be expected from any quality company providing service.

The lady at the counter was really nice and the salesman on the floor was very helpful as well although they didnt have any key skis available they still went out of their way to help answer out questions... I may wait to purchase a ski from them just the wait is a little longer tgan I wanted to wait.... awesome place tho and very nice showroom ... THEY ALSO HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE FOR HANDICAP PARKING AND ENTRANCE

These guys were absolutely AWESOME..Pulled a new seadoo jet ski from Louisiana to destin and had a voltage problem the minute we put it in the water. Called these guys and explains my situation snd that we were on vacation, they immediately told me to bring it in snd they would check it for me snd then determine how they could help. Upon arriving, the Seadoo God Christopher listened to my story snd immediately came to the parking lot with tools and the possible faulty voltage regulator… 2 minutes later we had a new VR, no more codes and they wouldn’t even let me pay for the minimum service labor charge… who else would do that with all the work they can handle in their shop.. they said, “go enjoy your vacation” as the CEO of a company with over 800 employees, I can only hope that my coworkers treat our customers with this level of service…Thanks guys, y’all are first class.. appreciate you all.

This is hands down the worst service department and the worst sales man ever I dropped my brand new 2021 seadoo off to get serviced and there service manger Jake told me they would look at it and give me an answer my Wednesday when I dropped it off it was Friday I called Wednesday afternoon just to see if they had any answers but instead he said very rudely no look we have ur ski it’s in line but won’t get looked at until next month and I just bought this ski maybe 2 months ago From John at the service department luckly I knew exactly what model I wanted cause they were not any help inside! I strongly recommended not to use km cycle there employees must hate there job hanging up on customers not sure who runs this place but they need to get it in check!

Great guys. Louis and Steve worked hard to get us a great out the door price. Their printer went out so that delayed us getting back on the road. We had a 6 hour drive. But they were very accommodating to get us out the door as quickly as possible. Louis was a nice guy to just sit and talk to. I would definitely buy from them again. The service department has taken time on two separate occasions completely free of charge to help me find a screw for a make of bike that they dont carry parts for or service. They have been so helpful that I am seriously considering getting a Kawasaki or Honda as my next bike since I know there is a great dealership to get service right down the street.

A few weeks ago, I inquired about a Seadoo online and recieved an email stating that someone will be with you shortly, but I never heard anything back. Went into the store in Ft Walton Beach and the salesman acted as though he wasnt interested in selling me a Seadoo. So I went to a dealer in Pensacola same day and bought one there. Staff there greeted me at the door and was very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process.

Faith Restored! I have honestly had a negative outlook on the aftercare from dealers such as KM Cycle for a pretty good while. But after dealing with Brian and his staff with the service department I have nothing but good things to say. They where very helpful and patient with me on my issue. They took the time to text pics and videos with me since I am about an hour away. They called me back when they said they would. I was even able to talk to the mechanic to get answers to my issue. That is almost harder to do then finding a four leaf clover. Its worth the drive if they arent close to you. Sales department was also helpful and great to deal with. I dont usually take the time to do reviews. There are only two reasons I take the time to speak up. Super positive and super negative. So I take them serious. If your looking to purchase anything from them dont think twice. They are a great full service dealership full of helpful, respectful and knowledgable people. Their fees are very reasonable and much lower then other dealers we went to shop for a jet ski. We Definitely recommend them, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Nice people. Very polite. Probably not take anything back to them. $60 dollars per tire to mount and balance is ridiculously expensive. I can see charging me $60 for mounting on both of them because it may take 30min to do both but to tell me it takes 30min per tire to mount a balance. Wheels Already off the bike just so we are clear. I’ve worked in automotive and 10min tops per tire even if it’s on the car these were already off. I carried them in there to them.

Recently bought a bike and Id overheating problems a sophisticated for carburetor Honda with fuel leaks to I took it to km cycle now the bike runs like brand new idle in traffic for hours the bike runs cool and quiet and all the fuel leaks are gone theyre fast and efficient highly recommend the shop

HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE!! I called these guys up at 1pm spoke with John and told him I wanted a 2020 sea doo rxt x. Everywhere else I called were sold out of way overpriced. Call the shop and spoke with Brett asking a random question about a 2015 Sea-Doo spark. Not only did he walk me through step-by-step of what to check his suggestions were right on point and I was able to get it fixed and get back on the waterTwo days later had a jet pump problem showed up at the shop on Saturday morning and they did everything they could to get that jet pump pulled apart and rebuilt out the door absolutely phenomenal service knowledgeable and absolutely there to help the customer

My wife and I bought two skis from KM several months ago. I knew little to nothing about the features of the different manufacturers but knew what I wanted the skis to do. I explained to the staff how we planned to use the skis and they fitted the right machines for our needs perfectly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We feel at home whenever we walk into this business. I recommend KM to all my friends and family for your marine purchases, they rock!We recently needed service for our boat. Awesome experience with this business. Great service department, sales, and parts. Even when I traded my bike at another dealer an hour or two away they had no problem getting me a refund for my extended warranty+gap protection and was in and out in 15 min. The service department can take some time due to the volume of bikes and other vehicles they service, but they answer and take care of any issues you may have. Parts department is knowledgable and know where to look to get you what you need.

I have used K&M for all of my Seadoo work for years. Their service department is the best around and they always take great care of me. I recently purchased a part I was going to try and install myself and ended up not not being able to do so. I brought the part in and the service techs assembled it for me at no charge! You won’t find a better, more knowledgeable service team around!

I must have dealt with the wrong people here, because all I really wanted to do was give them money to check out a light on my jet ski. But they hung up on me several times without even talking to me. Maybe they have too much business?Appreciate the response below, but this was at opening 8:30-9. And the phone was picked up with someone yelling at someone else “Kim?” before hanging up on me. On one of the calls it was picked up (background noise) and then clicked to voicemail, but I didn’t receive a call back either. I’d get this phone issue fixed.

After a cash purchase of a brand new wave runner last year (2016), we returned today less than a year later to trade in for a 2017 different model. This was, again, going to be a cash purchase. Lewis, our salesman, tried to request a difference of only $500 at my husbands request. The manager, wearing his hat backwards making professionalism appear nonexistent, wouldnt even entertain the idea. Our waverunner had Very few hours and we had added extras to increase the value. Everyone negotiates, so the fact that they wouldnt even entertain a difference of $500, or make a counteroffer was unbelievable. We called a place in Pensacola and our offer was accepted immediately with no argument. If you are looking for the best deal, do not go here. We will no longer be repeat customers for sure!!

Probably 5 salesmen 2 other customers and only the service guy said hello. Thats ok we bought 2 motorcycles somewhere else.@Owner: we were there March 23. Weve bought 3 new loaded bikes elsewhere since then. Literally there were 2 other people and they were together, as I said previously. Top notch group. Allen the sales guy really knows his stuff. Jessie and Kole really worked me a good deal on my new bike. Mechanic had my bike prepped and ready quickly.Jonathan made the whole experience a breeze. I could have bought the same bike from other dealers, but I would not have gotten the quality service and just all around good feeling about buying a new bike. If you need a new bike or watercraft or you need service on one. These guys are the place to go.

Fantastic experience! Brought our GTX’s in to have a key reprogrammed. They fixed it quickly and we also bought 2 Linq coolers for the ski’s as well. Kirsten at the parts counter was very helpful and courteous. There is a closer dealership to where we live, but the service stinks...we gladly drive an hour to have our ski’s serviced at KM!

Very unprofessional service staff. Watched a guy actually walk out and say he would go somewhere else. I got what I needed done but the service attitude was less that 1 star. Ill drive the extra 10 miles and go to Pensacola for now on. Figured I would give K&M a try since I usually go to Pensacola, but the staff at Pensacola kept me coming back. Lesson learned.As to the response by the owner, I paid the regular price for the key and programming. Same as quoted by the other shops, your shop was just closer. I asked if there was anything they could do to clear a maintenance code that was always going off. Its an oil service code. Was simply told nope. The atmosphere was like you were putting them out when there was literally no one in the shop.

I took my Honda pioneer to get the clutch change due to a recall. When I initially dropped it off to get the services done, Brian the service writer gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing then by bringing it to them. A few weeks go by after dropping it off and I have heard nothing from them about the status of my Honda. We call them and he tells us that they have changed the clutch and installed the complementary comfort kit. We had to call to get this information when I would’ve liked to have been updated sooner. However, he proceeds to tell us that the temperature sensor was broken and he ordered the part to fix it and had already change it. I was under the assumption that warranty would cover it. I go to pick it up after all of the work is done and I am told that I have to pay for the part that I did not authorize to be changed! Needless to say I didn’t pay for that part and I won’t be taking my Honda back for anything else!

They had my Yamaha bike many days, I needed new tires rear brakes that had to be ordered. Then front tire turned, and regular maintenance. I had to call them for update, then I stopped in saturday around 430pm, just happened to be completed, paper work in a pile. Guy said mechanic must have just placed it there while he was in restroom. If I wouldnt have stopped when I did I wouldnt have my bike another weekend. Very unhappy with how they treated me. Maybe because Im a female!

First time I came in here I had an outstanding experience with one of the salesmen looking at motorcycles. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and respectful, they also had an amazing selection of bikes to buy a majority being new models.I believe I only received the attention I did because I told them the number I was willing to put as a down payment on my first bike.Since then I have had nothing but bad experiences here.After I told them I had already found the bike I was going to purchase I never recieved any attention there after.Not even when I came three times later looking to purchase a new bike.If someone doesnt care to ask if Im interested in anything or willing to buy I simply take my business and money else where.4 months ago my motorcycle battery died so I called this place to have a battery ordered and picked up the same week.Upon removing my manufacturers battery and inserting the new one it did not fit. . .how in the hell do you screw that up?Last and final experience I had with this business was when I called to ask if they could install my purchased sliders on my frame, axle, and swingarm. Only reason I didnt want to do it myself was I do not have the required tools.I have installed sliders on multiple bikes with friends tools and it took no more than an hour or so to do all three.They called me back saying it would take 2 and a half hours and a quote of 230 dollars? Really??? For that Ill buy my tools and do it myself and easily save money.I dont recommend this place at all.Inventory has dropped and they dont budge on prices for bikes, and charge out the door for labor.

The service department is very good. I have a 2014 CanAm RT LTD SE6 with 68,000 miles on it. I have tried many service departments around the deep South and this is the best I have found. I now plan my travel schedule so I am here for service. I am retired so I can come and go where I please when I like.

Went in to ask mechanic a question about my SeaDoo not starting. I was pretty sure it was something minor like a fuse, but just wanted to quickly discuss with someone before bring it all the way down. Was told by the part guy that it was not a good time because the mechanic was in a bad mood and I would just have to bring it in. I was able to discover that it was a .50 cent fuse that was blown I was having trouble locating. That said everything I needed to know about this business. Lost a customer.

Best local inventory for Yamaha pwc and boats. Allen is one of the best salesman and a avid Yamaha enthusiast. He will give you the best choice options for your personal useand not try to push something on you just to get the big sale. Great location. Only issue I have with them is that its too warm inside there in the summer. AC kept too high.

Had to take my Seadoo out to see Brian and the guys at K and M this morning. Had pulled it out to use for the first time for the season and it wouldnt start. My four year old daughter was heartbroken. Thought it might have been the battery but wasnt. Brian did some troubleshooting right there on the spot despite me not having an appointment and found out that a relay had went bad and changed it out. I was in and out in 30 minutes. You guys are awesome!

My Yamaha R1LE had starting problems so I took it to the experts.Not only did the problem get fixed under warranty, but the technician took time to do extra like lube the chain, clean the rims and polish the whole bike.I will not take it anywhere else!

(Nicole not Harold aka husband )Brought my Seadoo SE Challenger 23 ft boat to get my one jet engine repaired after it was damaged by over throttling on the beach ... The main tech Chris looked over my engine w me when I arrived ..did an awesome job repairing and also cleaned all the black mold out of my engine area and educated me how to maintain keeping it cleanas well as pointers when It comes to the running the jets.,,my boat runs awesome again 🌟Very happy will be my only go to for my boat needs ..(I will request Chris specifically) plus my boat was returned clean like it was when I dropped it off .. went over and beyond .. Brian too saved me when I brought the wrong key for my tow hitch vs having to drive 40 min bsck home to get the key .. 😁 I highly recommend .. everyone was nice and willing to help

Sean at the service dept: wow, excellent. I was towing my Goldwing from south florida and as luck would have it the Goldwing developed problems and so did the trailer--bad news all around. Stopped at KM since they are an authorized Honda dealer (also Yamaha) for service. Told Sean the story that I need the bike ASAP--they got me in (during their heaviest, busy season repairing PWC, other fun toys), diagnosed two problems (battery and fork springs and seals). Put in a new battery so I could use the bike temporarily and ordered parts. Fix was superb and on-time as well as helping unload and load the big, heavy bike onto the trailer. (shop rates are much less than south florida--so very reasonable $/labor hours.) Sean suggested a trailer repair facility nearby. All around excellent--5 stars to the service department. would definitely recommend and use in the future. Notably, the service dept calls when parts are in, bike is done and all the good things a service department should do!

To whom it may concern please dont give these jokes your money or time . I was quoted a 1/2 hour labor charge for diagnostic on my boat which is $45 . I get there and the young lady is signing me in and this other guy comes over and says it can be about $3,000 dallors to fix keep in mind he is not the mechanic, No one has even looked at my boat, so I said I want to do the diagnostic and he said well have to charge you for 3 hours labor .I told him no thanks and I went to talk to the manager about the lie I was told to get me to bring my boat in then I got there everything was a lie, the manager who seems like a cool laid back guy but he stands behind the bullsh!+ his employees say .. he will reply to this message claiming the age of my boat is the problem but keep in mind, i told them my boat was a 99 before I took it in, and all these rediculus prices from the guy whos not a mechanic and no one never looked at the boat... if you can go somewhere GOOO Im doing you a favor by posting this review all these bad reviews are real on this thread . This place is always empty go and I bet youll be the only costumer there.... D O N T D O I T !!!!

This shop is a complete joke, i would have to write a book to explain but will try to just make my points, several mths ago my honda 4wheeler was wrecked and needed a new front rack and bumper, geico gave them the check for $2000 then they did not fix the bike it sat there for almost 2mths, there excuse was honda sent wrong parts, that was a lie they were just proudly holding that 2 grand, so we filed a complaint with honda and according to their investigation this k and m cycle never ordered parts, so we then wanted to talk to owner, his name is cole and he proceeded to tell us he didnt know what goes on with his business, and im a business owner so this was a pathetic to tell a customer. my bike needed a battery also and the manager said give mr hodges the battery, then his parts manager said to me i dont know why he is giving you this battery it is coming out of my budget, so i then went to my truck got my checkbook wrote them a check for the battery and told john i hope yall burn with it, didnt think he would actually cash it when his manager said give it to me, so that was my first experience, now lets get to the 2nd i shouldve learned after the first time but there are only limited honda people in area so i took my bike back, this time because it wasnt running good and would shut off, i also dropped off a 50 gallon skid sprayer with honda motor to get serviced, they charged me $320 to change oil plug and airfilter and put a new carb gasket and float on, guess how much a brand new identical motor cost brand new- $360 so i got raped, now back to the bike, they said i had water in fuel so they drained, they said i needed a new fuel pump and a new idle air control valve, they said $900 something dollars i told them do not touch the bike just fix the skid sprayer because my business needs it now beings that they had them both for 2 wks, i thought they were trying to rip me off for $900 something so i didnt allow them to fix, i also told them your tech said on the notes he (thought) that would fix it well i then said if it doesnt fix it im not paying, so needless to say they didnt fix it. they said the bike wouldnt run any better with the dirty gas drained out, well i got that bike back to destin realized it basically had no gas and was on reserve so i put gas in the bike cut the fuel valve back to on instead of reserve, well guess what that bike runs like a champ and hasnt missed a beat so i wouldve got raped for over 900 if my instincts hadnt set in so to the world go to pensacola honda, this k and m cycle are the biggest crooks, horrible customer service, retarded techs and owners and managers and parts managers they all are pathetic and if it were my business i would fire every one to set an example, if honda was smart they would revoke their dealer license, they represent honda horribly, so customers if you want to get ripped off lied to and wait for weeks or mths to get your stuff fixed then go there, if you want a real honda dealer someone that cares about other stuff other than money then go to pensacola, i remember the first time i went in to k and m cycle there were a few customers on the showroom floor looking at new bikes, where were all the workers ? they were all in their offices looking out windows instead of getting on the floor to assist customers so these people are a complete joke and i hope you read this and do not take your bike there, im telling you to go to pcola read pcols reviews read k and m reviews it doesnt take a brain surgeon to know that k and m has quite a history of being idiots since the day they opened, its unfortunate the old man sold it to them a few years back, he had the one on beal pkwy by sams club for lots of years, he got old got out these tards got the license and opened up on mary esther cutoff and have been failing ever since, like i said hopefully honda pulls their license to be a authorized honda dealer because they are representing honda horribly

*ss Backwards, unprofessional, customer service has been left in the sh*tter, felt as if i was inconveniencing them from the moment i walked in ...Currently reading other reviews where you guys feel the need to prove yourselves right with EVERY comment......dont waste your time with these window lickers if i could rate zero stars i would....god bless KM dirtbags
