Terry and the other guys at Firestone were most helpful today. They matched my advertised Walmart price and had me in and out in about an hour to change my two tires. Very friendly and accommodating. Check them out if you need tires or other services.

Had a tire with a bad leak in it it ended up having three nails. Tires Plus could not get me in so this is my first time at this shop. I drove here first thing and thankfully they got me right in I got two new tires and they had a wonderful attitude!! Ill be back

Im a regular customer to Firestones in a bunch of different states, but this one by far was the most disappointing. I brought my moms car in for servicing. We waited almost THREE HOURS (with an appt) for a tire rotation, oil change. And alignment. I was told 1-2 hours. When I arrived it took 2 people to find that I already had a life time alignment, then it was 91 dollars for an oil change....I understand I own a car that takes synthetic oil, but I could go to the DEALERSHIP for 30 dollars less than this. I normally avoid the dealership because I like to give my loyalty to firestone. By the time my moms car was done I was given poor attitude and customer service and paid over 100 for the rotation and oil change...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I just was not pleased with the way everything was handled. I guess Ill be going to the dealership.

I stopped by after struggling to find a place to put air in my tires (low pressure) and Pico?(I think his name was) happily helped quickly and without hesitation. Great customer service.

Lucky for me my local Firestone had the two tires I needed in stock! I stopped in after 4 p.m. and in under an hour I had two new back tires for my SUV.

Brought my 2005 Subaru Legacy in for new tires. They charged for Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TMPS) sensors on a car doesnt have them. I had to argue with them to get refunded.

Had to pick up a friend, because she had four tires replaced and an alignment, and left.Three minutes up the road, her tire almost falls off. All the nuts and bolts are off, the tire rim is bent and there’s a metal rod in it, causing her to lose control and swerve off the road.She actually could have died, because this occurred on highway 98. When she called the location, they said they couldn’t come tow her back because they close at 6pm...as if that was her problem or her fault that their workmanship was faulty and dangerous.Tomorrow first thing, we’ll be in contact with corporate because workmanship aside, the lack of professionalism, leaving her stranded a single minute after closing because THEY messed up, is unreal.

Pretty horrible customer service - bought 4 new tires online that had to be special ordered to this store; no big deal. Got a call the next day from the store saying that the appointment I scheduled for the installation wouldn’t give them enough time due to the extended delivery time. The order was placed 5 days before the installation appointment. They informed me that they would call when the tires came in - I called them 6 days later to ask if the tires had come in, to which they replied “oh yeah, they’re here” but couldn’t get me in til the next day. Dropped the car off at opening the next day, and didn’t have the car back til 2:30. Didnt call, didn’t have a clue about the order, tried to charge me again for the order I had already purchased online, and took an entire day to swap tires out.

Was a regular customer here w/ multiple vehicles for a few years. It says Complete Auto Care under their name but they cant/wont even fix a TPMS sensor on an older Mercedez(2013). Said they tried before but their machine wouldnt work...Poor service for a place that states Complete Auto Care.

The customers of a small box truck were told by Firestone that the truck could not be lifted off the ground to replace a flat tire. The customer went to a different auto repair shop and had the wheel and tire assemblies removed and returned to Firestone to purchase the tires and have them installed on the wheels. At this point the customer was informed that it could take two hours to have the tires installed on the wheels. The poor customer purchased the tires and had a different auto repair shop to have the tires installed. Firestone should be ashamed and embarrassed for failing to properly assist their customers. I will never do business with Firestone in the future after seeing the manner in which they treat their customers.

Wonderful, the staff was very professional and articulate on things to look for and give you the most info to understand. Highly recommended.

Mike and the whole crew continuously go above and beyond what is expected from an understaffed auto care center. I moved to the area and set up the lifetime alignment on my Tacoma and despite my custom suspension they always work to make sure i leave satisfied with their professional work. After expressing that i though my cam tabs were folded they took the time to address the issue and fix it the first time. These guys work hard to earn the business of this community and it shows each and every time i have come in. I see the help wanted sign in their front door and cant understand how anyone with any mechanical aptitude looking for a job and training these days arent knocking the door down at the chance to train with this professional and seasoned staff. While this sounds a little over the top, i can assure you i dont spend this kind of time to write up anything that is a result of just meeting the mark. These guys deserve a lot more than i can give in a write up. Maybe firestone can fill that gap.

FOR YOUR CARS SAKE, STAY AWAYWent in for a tire swap, chipped about 4in of paint off my rim and said the other had a leak, went to another shop right away to get a second look, no leak and a busted rim on the other side.

While visiting, we had a screw in our tire that required a patch and they were able to get us in and out within 45 minutes. Thank you to the helpful staff that allowed us to continue our vacation uninterrupted! Highly recommend!

About four tires off of tirerack.com came over here to get them installed they were quick and efficient didnt break the bank. Youre looking for somewhere that will do exactly what you asked them without trying to charge you for any extra services but still get quality service this is the place to come.

Ricky and his Techs are the best, figured out the electrical problem when Tires Plus could not. It was a simple fix $58! Our wait time was short and they explained everything!

Fast and friendly service. I called ahead to check wait times for an oil change and was told there wasnt a wait time at the moment so I headed straight over. Walked in, updated my info and they had my car right in. Short time later, (maybe 20min), I was back on the road. Cant beat reliable service and great prices!

We were on vacation in Destin, Florida And two days before leaving I picked up a nail and punctured the sidewall of my Firestone Destination tire. It was a new vehicle and only had 9800 miles. I drive AWD vehicle which meant I needed to purchase the same tire as the original tire. This Firestone auto service center was 17 miles away from our condo. All appointments for that day were taken which means I needed to drop the tire off in the morning and go back to pick it up in the evening (the night before having to drive 500 miles home). I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened and Rickey was there to greet me. I discussed my situation with him and he was able to replace tire as I waited. This enabled me enjoy our last day of vacation without any worries about the tire. The service was professional, very efficient, listened to my issue and was treated as customers should be treated. My hat go off to Rickey and the service team that was there to resolve my issue.

I called and spoke with Mr. Pico and he was so helpful and kind. I’m not very experienced with cars and he made everything very easy and understandable. Firestone gives an amazing value for their oil changes plus they do regular checks on your car and explain issues you may be having. I found out I need new tires soon and was given many options and helpful insite for other problems. Mr. Pico and his crew are amazing and I would recommend this location specifically for any regular car issues and fixes you may need. Thank you guys!

Decent Firestone.Have come here for two years now for regular maintenance and tires.I prefer this company over other places and the dealership because they usually have good mechanics and techs and you can save a pretty penny or two.Also the lifetime alignments for $150 you cannot beat.Like any car auto mechanic business you need to go in armed with basic knowledge about your car and know what you need.I have seem them take advantage of individuals by simply asking quick question to customers on the spot such as hey your air filter is old do you want to replace it? Old doesnt necessarily mean it needs to be replaced.Also as I write this review I had an appointment at 10am and it is now 2pm.They consistently overbook their appointments which sucks for customers who show up and dont want to come back like myself.People that call in when they know its busy are told that it isnt busy and they can fit them in. For what? Just be honest with the customer and not waste our time.Decent Firestone not the best.Work is good and prices are average.

Called and ask for a alignment and Mike sounded agitated that I was calling, but still left vehicle with them, got a call 3 hours later saying they did the alignment but I didnt need it and all 4 tires were bad which is why its shaking bad and pulling to one side.... i just bought 2 new ones from another shop 3 days prior, so I declined the upsell of 4 tires, which as of my receipt states, are for the wrong size tire so itll cost me more. Went to pick up vehicle and still got charges for alignment I didnt need, which im assuming they didnt do, since they said I didnt need it. I then went to previous place where I got the tires and they re-balanced them and no more vibration or pulling. I will never go here again. $100 for nothing.. If alignment wasnt needed, it would have took 10 minutes to check the balance, cause the other shop did both front tires in 5. I just figured a franchise would be better for alignments than a local shop... but I was terribly wrong.Picture is one of the bad tires

Helped my family out in a pinch, rear brakes went bad 700 miles from home. They were quick, courteous, and very helpful.

We went to Firestone because we were ON THE ROAD, vacationing and heard a loud CLUNK in the rear of our 2012 Toyota Rav 4. Monroe Green was in charge and his staff were very smart & thoughtful, too. They, esp.,Monroe were focussed on the customer. “Customer-service specialists“ I called them!They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in one hour!We were very pleased and impressed with the honesty and attention to detail.

Apparently this professional tire shop can’t patch the tire off a trailer. I’d take your business elsewhere I know I will.

Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile and a helpful staff. They always get me In quickly and go above and beyond. I live in Alabama but visit Ft. Walton weekly. I only use this location for my car needs because of the excellent service I receive.

Wouldn;t repair my tire because it was six years old. Researched and learned this is a Firestone policy. No law on age provided no other damage, cracks/dryrot, etc. Visited another (non-brand) tire shop who inspected and repaired. Thay now have the business I used to take to Firestone.

I’ve been there twice now both times they were to busy to do an oil change or my alignment and asked me to drop off my car which is hard when you don’t have other means of transportation. When I told them I was not able to the were snippy and said they couldn’t do it at all. To make an appointment. Kind of hard when you work full time and don’t know when you could actually set that appointment time for. They used to be one of the best places to take your car to. I’ve been going there for quit a few years and there customer service has just really went down. Such a shame.

They way over charge you. Check around I bet you you fine way cheaper prices. My favorite place, because theyre always the cheapest is Neese Automotive off of Navy Street by Racetrack Road

Went in to have a lawnmower tire mounted as I just couldnt get the new one on, after getting the old one off. Asked if they could assist, gentlemen said no problem. Literally 6 mins later he said here you go. Asked him how much, he said on the house. This is the definition of excellent customer service! Thank you.

They charged me $300 plus something for a simple oil change because they said my tires are different sizes. I was on a road trip and believed them but after asking Discount Tires at Jacksonville upon my return I realized that I did not have to spend money to replace my tires! They were 60 and 65 in dimensional differences, which are fine! I could have saved hundreds by waiting, ugh it is so irritating and frustrating. However, I think my services were professional and great.

These guys do a fantastic job every time I go see them. Ive brought my Tacoma to them numerous times. Having deployed twice already, I always bring my truck in for a check-up as soon as I get back. If theres an issue, theyve fixed it whether it be air pressure in my tires, an oil change, or flushing my coolant. Customer service is great, Mike and Ricky are both awesome guys! You might wait a bit while your vehicle is being serviced but thats normal. Overall, Ive never had an issue with them and will continue to do business there.

My day started out rough. My tire died on me, so I needed a new one. I walked into the Firestone, expecting barely average customer service per usual... but Ricky took great care of me! Fellas dont send your wife or daughter down there alone, they had my wife set up for$850 in brake work on a gensis with 30k miles with Brembo brakes OEM. They will skin the average person, all work on salary plus commision. Dealer said brakes were fine.

There is a million people always doing bad reviews but Im here to tell people this place is wonderful. I have a chronic issue with a tire going flat and I literally pull up and they fill up the tire without charging me and they do it with a smile. Nate always takes care of me and anytime I need work done they make sure they take care of me and the car. I wont go anywhere else. I appreciate them and I hope you all decide to use them for your service. Ive been using them since 2008. The customer service is the main reason I choose to go here. They are great people. Mike trying to rip people off. Do not go here. I went to get my AC fixed and a fuse checked because wipers weren’t working. They kept my car for three days and fixed AC. Said it was a grounding issue but who knows. They wanted to charge me over $900 to replace combination switch, 500 for labor, that would be 12 hrs at 40 an hour, to replace a switch that I could do myself in less than an hour. The wiper fuse was in the wrong spot, and they put the wipers on wrong. Either they did that on purpose or they made some major amateur mistakes, either way, it was the worst nightmare scenario we all fear when taking our cars into a shop.

Ive been bringing my car here for over 5 years (its a 98 Malibu just about to hit 150,000 miles) and this is my 1st review. Let me start out by saying that they are not the quickest shop in town, and I would probably have rated them less if this was my 1st review. However, they are the most THOROUGH place I have ever been to. A full service oil change really is full service. They have discovered potential problems on my vehicle doing a simple oil change while never pressuring me to get the work done that day or with them. If you want your oil changed in 15 minutes then go somewhere else, but if you want to drive away feeling good about your vehicle then this is the place. I recommend the lifetime alignment (I get it done every oil change if it needs it) and the Firestone credit card. If your service cost more than $300, you have 6 months to pay it off interest free. Im about ready for another vehicle since mine is so old, but Im sure Ill have the option to drive this one for many more years thanks to Firestone.

I’ve had an issue with my brakes since Saturday. Tried to make an appointment the next day at any time, got a call from a guy they can’t do it. Then I make an appointment Tuesday well enough in advance after work and they said it’s too late the morning of, before the suns even up. Same guy too. I’d do business with someone who actually wants to service your vehicle

Came to get tires for my husbands truck and after coming here got told he would need to sign a waiver because the tires they quoted him on the phone and said they would be fine for the truck were no longer the right ones and he should have other ones that cost more. After much explaining and feeling like we were getting screwed we ended up getting what we needed for the same price because they messed up his tires removing them and could not put them back on the truck. However we will NOT be returning in the future...

Spent almost $800 for new tires and an alignment. Alignment was way off. My truck pulled sharply to the right. Brought it back and was told that a more skilled tech needed to do it, but they were only available during the times I work. From 5 till close and weekends they have only what they call b techs, which is to imply they are not fully trained. I didnt go a 3rd time. Avoid this location. Youll end up spending money to fix their mistakes elsewhere. Great tire selection but poor installation.

We have been faithful customers, and truly thought they had our best interest at heart.We never mind paying for their work because we felt they deserved it, BUT to be charged over $200.00, well attempted to charge, for a bulb that cost at most $16.00. Was told it was a high-efficiency light bulb and they would have to take the battery out, plus other components to reach it. We are saddened, and deeply hurt by the manner in which this was done, because if they cheated us on this, what about past transactions.

Took 3.5 hours to change tires on a Jeep. When the vehicle was finished I saw them park it right out front and then still had to wait another half hour before anyone would see me at the desk to let me pay out. Very slow service. Prices are decent

We live in the Houston, Texas area. We drove a 1995 Mazda Miata to Fort Walton Beach from Houston to enjoy the convertible on the coast. We had to make the second half of the trip to FWB with intermittent AC. It was not fun. We found Mike when we got into town and he said he would charge us $74.00 for the AC diagnosis. He could not find anything wrong and said he would not charge us the $74.Back up a bit. We knew we were losing AC when the water temp got above 3/4. If we could keep it below 3/4 we had some AC. We went back to Mike and discussed what was happening and we decided to install a new radiator, hoses and cap. He ordered everything and received it on Wednesday. We took the Miata in early Thursday morning. We had the car back by 12:30pm on Thursday. We had ice cold air and the water temp never made it halfway up the gauge and that includes our 10 hour drive back to Houston.Thank you Mike and Crew for a great job with great service and great communication.P.S. I asked my mechanic of 23 years back home what he would charge for the same service and the prices were very similar. Mike could have ripped off a vacationer in need of repairs. Instead, he gave us a great price and great service.

Service writers are good, and the techs are great, they let me come right onto the shop floor to see was wrong with my vehicle. If you need replacement parts though, walk down 393 to the Autozone and get what you need. You will over pay for parts here.

My battery died and I got towed to this Firestone. They were super helpful and didnt talk down to me because I am a female. They also got me a new battery and installed it in less than 30 mins and I was out the door!! I loved it! Great service!!

I am so pleased with my visit I would recommend anyone to go there. I got a flat tire while visiting my grandparents from out of town they had me in and out in 45 minutes so I could get back home to Tennessee.

They cant even tighten lug nuts!!!!After getting new tires from here, my daughter got into her car and drove off. Not even two miles later one of the tires had fallen off. We jacked it up and properly tighten them. We had then checked the rested of the nuts and found that none of them were properly tightened. after calling to complain he had told me to drive it back there so they can take a look. REALLY!!! How did he expect me to drive it back there when the tire fell off.

Came to these guys after bad experience on base to fix my car pulling to the right. Thought I was good when the car was straight but had to come back for them to unseize a tie rod that the one on base missed. Brought it in and was told I was good but on the drive home the steering wheel wasnt centered anymore. Went back and was told they didnt touch the front but would look at it anyway. Sent me on my way to try that out and now back to square one...pulls to the right. Will not go back and waiting on reply from district manager.

Needed brakes done on 2008 nissan pathfinder, they did them fast in just a few hours and i needed that as i was traveling, great job...i paid 800 for all 4 wheels new pads and rotors with a oil change, if you need it done quick this is the place.

Cant beat their lifetime alignment and road hazard warranty

I would only go here for tires and rotations. Front end alignment is never right but it is within their margin of error. They replaced all of my belts and they all broke within 6 months. Used to be a really good place, but not lately.

Brought a buddy to this location so he could get a tire replaced on a rim for his truck. We drop it off went out to eat and by the time we got back from a quick lunch down the road everything was ready for us to pick it up and go.

Used to go to the firestone in Delray Beach Florida and loved them! They were always honest and had the best customer service.I recently moved near the Mary Esther area and was happy to see the company up here until doing business with the older man in charge, mike. He charged me more than triple the price and tried to say my account said get a certain oil which is the most expensive one. Down south I only received standard oil changes which cost 30-34 with my vehicle not 75+. (They can see everything on my account so they knew which oil change my car usually got)I also asked if they could read a code for my vehicle and he told me they had no one in that could do it. After saying this, one of the mechanics walked in talking about codes he just read so I asked him if he could it and he said of course.Very disappointed.

Called to ask how long the wait for service and how long it would take for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was immediate service and about 20-30 min, no need for an appointment. When I arrived with my car less than 5 min later the wait I was told was 1.5 hours, and there were 5 cars in the bays and 3 ahead waiting. There was also another person who stopped in during my wait who walked off due to the change in wait time.That being said, the staff was very professional aside from the timing estimate, and the actual wait was just over 1 hour. Schedule a drop off and a ride.

Was told I could take a battery to any Interstate dealer within 60 days for a refund. This Interstate dealer would not honor the warranty. The new battery had zero charge, and I am from out of town. No help whatsoever, not were they even apologetic. In fact, they were flippant and acted like they didnt have time for me. This was apparent as soon as I walked in the door. No inadequate eye contact, and both customer service reps were apparently too busy to even say hello.

Had the oil changed that was good, but they over filled it and it ran down to the bottom part of the engine. They told me that I had a bad oil leak. The car has never leaked before. So just be careful.

They take very good care of my car. I have used this location for about 10 years. The people are friendly and listen to me when I go to the shop with a problem. That is rare as I am female. Will continue to use this shop for my car needs.

Had a very slow leak inj my right front tire losing about 3-5 PSI every 2 weeks. Took to Firestonme where I bought the tires and was told there would be no charge as it was included in the roadside assistance program. I was informed that the tire could not be plugged but that they would be happy to give me a 40 percent credit toward 2 new replacement tires as there was still quite a bit of tread left. I ended up going to Tires Plus would even though they didnt sell me the tires plugged it for free and said they couldnt understand why nFirestone refused to plug the tire them selves.My final attempt at Firestone after feeling ripped off a third time.

Even when they were very busy, they were still able to rotate my tires in a timely manner.
