Charge for everything they do even if it’s their fault and keeps your vehicle all day for simple work in order to charge the high labor fee. Came to get my speakers installed had to return over 7 times because system wasn’t working properly. Technician seemed to try his best and was willing to do his part to get everything right but after spending over $1400 just for a speaker box and some wires everything should have been done correctly the first time.

Took my truck in to Restylers yesterday for some window tint on my new truck. Scheduled my appointment with Steve up front and had a great experience from start to finish. These guys know their stuff and are very professional. This is the third vehicle we own that we have taken here and all of our future vehicles will go to Restylers for all of our aftermarket needs. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had outstanding service from Steve Davis when I had rims, tires, lift kit and rhino lining added to my truck. Extremely professional, courteous, patient and timely with scheduling me into the rotation for modification. I appreciate the customer service.

This place is OUTSTANDING!!! I took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler there to get 33’ tires and a lift with some extra stuff as well and it took less than 24 hours!! I was so happy with the outcome and there was no problems with my tires or my new lights! I have heard about people taking their cars to get “built” and then have more problems with it down the road but I drove about 9,000 miles with the new tires and lift and NOT ONE light came on!! I will always take my project cars here from now!! For ANYTHING, big or small!!

Restylers installed my husbands sheepskin seat covers. They did a beautiful job and made sure that the straps did not interfere with the seat mechanism. It I only took them 15 minutes to install. Recommend them.

Very unprofessional little boys from management down. Treated me like a nuisance for asking questions. Ignored in store and never returned phone calls. My seat covers were not fastened completely, the spare tire rocks around in its new bumper/carrier, had to cut out holes in liner myself to make fit flush, etc... I was told to go elsewhere. Dont make the same mistake.

Professionalism is horrendous. Prices act like there the only ones in town that can do “specialty truck” customization. I rather drive all the way to Texas for a oil change & tire rotation than walk into this store. For anything. Overall 1/10 experience.

In from out of town, looking for a quick hand with my tires rubbing the fender wells. Was not looking for a handout. Agreed to the price of $40 per half hour. They wouldn’t even come out to look at my problem. I told them it would take 5 minutes. I just didn’t have the tools. They couldn’t be bothered. Went down the street to another shop and they took care of it and didn’t even want to charge me. But I gave them $40 anyways. Bottom line, the vibe I got was if they can’t rip you off, they won’t help you.

Restylers put a lift on my Jeep a few years ago. So I called them when I recently got a nail in my tire. Brandon answered the phone when I called and was so helpful on the phone. Brandon was able to order a new tire that came in very soon after. I told Brandon that my tires felt shaky and he said I might need a balance on my tires as well. He was able to schedule the tire exchange and balance around my very busy work schedule. When I went to drop off my Jeep he was even more helpful and pleasant in person. When I went to pick up my Jeep he greeted me by name. And Brandon was right, My tires were in desperate need of a balance. And my Jeep drove 100 times better. Brandon is knowledge and very welcoming. 10/10 would visit Restylers again.

1 Star ⭐️ only because I have to at least give one... I’d give 0 if I could. Very disappointed! We came to Restylers for a lift, tires, and wheels on our Dodge Ram. They never took time to show us options, just told us if we didn’t know what we wanted then they couldn’t help us. We went in to have professionals help us and we were treated like we were a bother and ignorant. Feeling short of choices of companies in the area that deal with aftermarket customizations, We ordered some parts and set up to have the lift installed. After over two weeks of waiting for parts and an appointment we were bumped back 2 more weeks when they didn’t have all of the parts that they originally said were already in the shop.... we had enough. We picked up our parts when they came in and paid for them and took them and the truck to a newer custom installation business down the road that didn’t treat us like we were an inconvenience. We will never do anymore business with Restylers.

I bought a used truck recently that had old and severely damaged tires on it. I spend my savings on the truck so i could not afford brand new mud tires yet. I purchased some used mud tires from a friend to hold me over until i could afford new ones. (I had plans on ordering new ones in a few weeks from restylers) i could not drive the truck anywhere because of bubbles on one of the old tires that were already on the truck. I made an appointment for about a week after i called and they said sure we will put them on for you. I showed up for my appointment, only for them to refuse to put the tires on my truck because its a liability. The tires are obviously used but they still had life in them. Still had tred on them and no bubbles. So i took the tires 5 minutes away to another shop and they put the tires on the rim for me immediately, without an appointment. They also noticed that somebody used fix a flat on the tires in the past so for no extra charge, they got the old fix a flat off of the rim because it would leak air if he did not. I understand that yall may have some arbitrary liability rule, (arbitrary because feel like they were trying to sell me new tires. Liabilitiescan be waved with a simple signature) but if thats the case, yall should tell people, before they make an appointment a week out. Im thankful for the other shop because i had important errands to run this afternoon. Errands that i planed around restylers appointment. Iv heard numerous negative reviews about restylers and now i have my own. I will never take a vehicle back to them, and i will order all my future, new accessories elsewhere.

Took my vehicle in to get work done on my front bumper. Instead out removing and replacing the push pins near the wheel well, they cut them and left them broken. They did not bother replacing the parts they broke. Terrible service. Every phone conversation usually included a rude tone or an annoyed sense of urgency. Over priced, bad service, and will probably break parts. Also, they did not divulge information on terms of service until I already paid. Read the fine print! They will charge fees for just about everything, even if it isnt within your control.

November 2018 purchased 4 inch lift kit, 4 Rev Offroad Wheels and 4 Nitto terra Grapper G2 tires for my 2016 Ram 1500 - close to 5K in parts and labor, picked up truck and noticed ride was terrible - uncontrollable shaking when going 65 and up - went back to restylers the next day - supposedly double checked everything told me it was an issue with my truck and I needed to take it to dodge - which I did, dodge checked truck and wheels and told me that one of the tires was so out of round that it couldnt be balanced - back to restylers - they rechecked their recheck and ended up replacing one of the tires - did this settle the problem, no, but by this time it was Feburary / March of 2019, I settled to drive the truck only locally no interstate and lived with the shaking - now comes July of 2020 - looking to move to Colorado - call restylers as I know the tires are still under warranty but then I start looking at my receipt from them and wouldnt you know it they never annotated the mileage for when the mounted the tires, I called them talked to Brandon who looked at my info in their computer and essentially confirmed what i already knew - they werent going to do anything to help - so what was the fix? you ask - took the truck to STO in Crestview and they installed 4 new tires and balanced with minimum weights and wouldnt you know the truck drives as smooth as a car at 65 and up now

Had some leaks on the Topper i ordered and although it took some time with me spending some time away from home, the issue was resolved and the guys up there really took care of us. Professional and quick service!

So, apparently if youre a woman, dont try calling. My boyfriend was unable to call due to his schedule and work, so I called for him. I knew what I was asking and what I was asking about. However, the guy I spoke with kept asking me to Just have your boyfriend call me. When trying to let him know my boyfriend couldnt, he proceeded to get irritated and sighed rather loud. I said I could have my boyfriend maybe call the next day. The guy said okay. And then hung up. Fast forward a few days and my boyfriend is able to call during open hours. They then give him the run around and make it seem like hes a nuisance. Real classy.

My 2015 Extang Tonneau developed several areas of decaying stitches. When I bought it was told that it had a lifetime warranty. I took it to Restylers and Steve took some pictures to send off to Extang. The next day he called and said they were going to take care of it but I had to take it by again so he could cut off the tag. Within 2 weeks I received a brand new and improved top that they installed and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. My thanks to Steve and the guys.

Had a Truck topper installed on my Titan long bed. Excellent customer service. Very organized with regards to scheduling the work. Shop is clean and its obvious this place is a professional organization. I dealt mainly with a fella named Steve and he was awesome! He was able to clearly detail all the install options and made sure I got the topper I needed for the task at hand.

They did a great job of installing a sport hitch on my new car. They ordered the part, quoted me a fair price and made me an appointment. In less than an hour I was out.

These guys diagnosed and fixed a loose part in my suspension caused by negligent installation from another local auto customization retailer. After having 2 other places tell me they couldnt figure it out, these guys had it repaired after an hour and costs less than $50. They earned my repeat business.

Excellent quality work, great customer service. We have used them to install a rear view mirror/camera with dash recorder. Super neat and tidy with all the wires. Just made our 2nd install appt for a hitch on our SUV. Great place and always easy to work with.

The shop is good, they have the appropriate materials and tools for most jobs. Biggest downside, if you want to spend one or two months of your salary this is your place.

I have visited this shop numerous times and have always had nothing but perfect service provided. I have had my suspension serviced here as well as my electrical rewired for greater light output from my fog lights. They have always been very timely in their repairs and alterations and I have always been charged accordingly. If you need work done right, this is the shop to visit.

Oh sweet baby Jesus Ive been waiting sooooo long to write this review on this joke of a business. . .I seriously wish I could give this place negative stars.I came here five times now. . .and not a single good experience.If you are able to go to a place like Voodoo in Alabama even though its a drive its worth it or just wait till you are near a bigger city where places like theses are a dime a dozen.Dont waste your time or money here.Because YOU WILL WASTE A LOT of BOTH here regardless how small or big the job is.The prices for everything from simple LED lights install to bumper install are pure robbery.Workers are rude and have no knowledge of what they are doing.Brought some aftermarket body pieces here for my car to be installed here and after a full day of leaving my car with them they still werent finished trying to fit the pieces on when I arrived after work.Told me they couldnt fit the pieces correctly still got charged for 4 hours of work though.Owner said he would hold my parts for me being that I didnt have a truck to transport them that day.After a week of a storm that hit Florida I came to pick up my body pieces and found them stuck outside under a tree in mud caked with dirt and moisture. .both pieces worth over a grand.Seriously? Could have easily called me and I would have found a truck to get them.But nope threw my 1200 dollar auto body parts outside in the weather. Thanks.An example a single light strip and bulb replacement still cost me 50 dollars they took 20 minutes. .Do not come here unless you want to spend an unnecceary amount of money. Just wait or make the drive to a bigger city.Just because you have a monopoly in the area doesnt mean you should abuse it.

Went in for rims and window tint on my wifes car. Window tint was fine, wheel install went fine. Started talking to manager about a lift on my wrangler, wanted a 2.5 inch lift and 35s but he very smugly told me anything short of a 3.25 wouldnt work, and tried to push a 3.25 rough country lift on me (very low quality parts). As there are about 5 billion jeeps out there with 2.5s and 35s (I dont even rub at full flex, got it installed in Pensacola), his attitude and smirkiness got me. Had no specific vehicle knowledge, and tried to sell me a lift with extra height and told me Id need no other mods (which is crazy, at 3.25, you need exhaust spacers, new track bars to re center axles, and caster correction in one form or another). Was very full of himself with no knowledge to back it up. Would not suggest this shop to friends/family. Theyre only about making money, not doing things in the correct way

Brought the wifes SUV in a few weeks ago for sound upgrades and added window tinting and interior LED lighting. There were some heachaches and some hiccups that could have easily been avoided but I cant save enough about Steve and Mark who continually walked me through the process. I had to come back multiple times to get a few things fixed and Im sure they were just as frustrated as I was after a while. However, even when it got to a tipping point, Mark kept trying to get it right for us and in the end the sound came out wonderful. Im glad that places still have an policy of well keep going till youre satisfied in action rather than just in motto. Thanks Restylers!

Great place for all your auto needs

Got my stereo installed there price was fair for a custom box. I have knowledge of stereo installation just wanted it done professionally for my new truck and I was a little dissapointed. Wires were showing had to reroute some of them, and had to go back a week later to get my box fixed because it was hitting on a couple places. After my 2nd visit everything was fixed but it took 2 visits. Maybe Im a perfectionist. At the end of the day the stereo sounds good and Im happy just took some work.

I set up an appointment to get my bed liner sprayed in, I show up on time, They wait 2 hours and 45 minutes to give me a phone call our rhino liner machine broke down today You can leave it with us overnight and we might have it done by tomorrow night, I told them no Im gonna pick up my truck and I will go somewhere else, They then called me back and insisted upon they would promised they would get it done at their Crestview location and they promised they would be done today, They then give me a call back 2 hours and 45 minutes later and tell me that they werent going to do take care of me

I purchased a set of 4 BFG All Terrain T/As and a 3 in suspension lift for my Dodge Ram 1500. Ive had other lifts on previous trucks from other establishments and this by far was the worst experience. First off, after the work was completed, the tires were not cleaned or shined. There was still tape residue on the tires and no shine. I would have expected after paying a significant amount of money for the tires/lift, Restylers would have wanted to show of the work and cleaned and shined the tires so they looked nice. A little extra effort goes a long way. Also, they technician improperly balanced my tires and the truck at a severe shake at certain mph. After i immediately called, the service manager scheduled me a week later. As id alreay paid, this should have been a top priority instead of making me wait a week to fix their error. I will say after the balance was corrected, the truck rides great. Overall, very poor impression and will probably take my future business elsewhere unfortunately

I brought my 2014 GMC Sierra to install a lower rear kit like 3 months ago and in process of the installation they messed up the paint from the inside out. Apparently when they were working on it they hit the body from the inside and from the outside.There are BIG DENTS ON BOTH SIDES and I spoke with one of the managers and he said that theres no way that his guys did that and he refused to hold responsibility. So IF YOU ARE GOING TO BRING YOUR TRUCK THINK TWICE...The Staff act like they are doing you a favor in fact you are doing Business I Will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY...!!

I waited to write this review because Ive written reviews too early only to be disappointed by the work right after I posted. So... I had a great experience changing the gears on my JK Jeep. I spoke to Eric (the actual installer, specialist) about the difference brands and sizes. He was great in explaining his experiences and what other Jeepers have done. At the front counter, Steve was personable while setting and me up with an appointment that met my schedule. Steve was also able to get me some extra, nice to have, parts by talking direct to a vendor. The parts werent available online or through their supplier.I drove the Jeep for 2K miles and it rides like factory. Eric did a GREAT job on the gears. Not one problem. No grinding or howling. Smooth baby!!!I followed the post-work instructions and Steve set me up with another appointment to change the oil in differentials. The oil change was included in the price. In and out. No problems. Didnt even get a chance to finish my lunch.Bottom line -- not at all disappointed with Restylers work. Eric is a great gear mechanic. Steve was very helpful. Restyled will be my first choice for future work.

Bought a set of nitto terra grappler g2s and a level kit from here for my expedition. Great customer service and the arrival time was amazingly fast. Ordered and the next day everything was in. Very professional establishment and great prices also. Steve was the guy who helped me out. Very personabe guy. Would 100% recommend to anyone else.

I took my SUV to have side molding applied to the doors and the technician didnt give clearance for the doors to be opened. After cutting the molding down for the necessary clearance, I noticed several razor cuts which cut down to the primer on both sides of the vehicle. There is no attention to detail and care for the owners vehicle doesnt seem to paramount. Im forcing them to redo the work but I would definitely not carry my vehicle there for any further modifications. 10/02/2009 Follow up on previous review: My second encounter was far more pleasant and productive. The manager was extremely apologetic and recognized his error in assigning an under qualified technician to the job. He had his regular technician redo the botched job at no extra expense to me, except of course my fuel and time, and the work done was absolutely outstanding...looks factory perfect. If this was my first visit, I would gladly have given them 5 stars, but because I had to undergo the inconvenience of a second trip...I feel justified in awarding them 3 stars.

Took my car in to get tinting. After taking over 10 hours to complete, they finally get it out to me. The customer service was terrible, whenever I would call to ask if the job was done, they acted like I was bothering them. I wouldnt of had to call if the completed the 2 hour job in the time alloted. I am crossing my fingers that the workmenship is better than the customer service. I will let you know

I honeslty buy pretty much everything online and install myself, but there are some exceptions and these guys are great. They are very knowledgable and quite generous if you buy lots of wiring! Thier main car audio installer seems to really know what he is doing and is down to earth. The rest of the guys point to him for all your hard questions on car audio.

I had bought my lights for my truck online called and ask if they could install them on my truck, they did a great job fast and friendly! Will be going back for more work.

After consulting with four other shops in the surrounding cities, I called Restylers to ask if they would install aftermarket pillar gauges on my sons truck that all the other shops said would be too difficult and to costly to install. Owner Josh put me through to his specialist Eric who said that he could do it, that it would not be difficult, and it would cost half the price I had been quoted from the other places. Prolem was, Eric was so booked he wouldnt be able to perform the work for another ten days...This was a problem because we were due to go on vacation the following week. Eric looked at his calendar and askedd if we could be there very early the next morning. A couple of hours after dropping the truck off, Eric called to say it was ready!! Gauges look great and they work beautifully! I cant say thank you enough! Josh and Eric at Restylers are all about pleasing the customer and making sure the work gets done right. Thanks Restylers! We will do business with them again.

They are the type of people who act like you are bothering them with a phone call. They are the soup nazis of the automotive industry. I called to ask about a hitch mounted cargo carrier and I might as well have been a telemarketer to them. Id go far out of my way to avoid dealing with them if I were you.

Just dropped off my car to get 1 back window retinted coz its bubbling. dropped it off 1030am not they say it wont be ready until 530 pm! remember i only needed 1 back window retinted but i dunno why its gonna take them 7hrs to do it!
