We use Daisy Day Brands at least 3 or 4 times a year for larger orders of shirts for our Church. They always get them done quickly and they are well-made. Ive also used them for personal orders/gifts/just stop in and spend money and theyve been great. They will get what you need if you talk to them! Great business.

I had a very last minute emergency embroidery needed for a white coat ceremony. I called and she was so nice and completed it within an hour. That was not on the schedule on a busy Friday. I couldn’t be more appreciative of them accommodating my lack of planning. Turned out perfect.

I placed an order to be personalized for a wedding. The order had to be pre-paid which is understandable. They called me approximately a week later (I thought they were calling to let me know my order was ready for pick up) but, they advised that the name I requested was ONE digit too long. I was asked to change it to just the initials, I advised I really wanted it to be the LAST name. They suggested that I go ahead and receive the item without the embroidery and that they would have their local embroidery shop put the name on it, however, I would have to pay (again) for the embroidery.The items I paid for included the charge for embroidery in the first place. As this was their error I really feel I shouldnt have been contacted at all.Considering it is their business it should be their obligation to know the requirements (number of font/ lettering that can be placed on the item) before the order is placed. They should not expect me to pay the local embroidery charge - (that was included in my original order.)Warning - Poor business practice.
