I found the perfect couch and dining set within minutes. Theres no high pressure sales people following you around, but Anne was readily available to answer questions. I got delivery in 2 days, not 6 weeks like I was told at other places. They had some items identical to bigger stores and beat their prices. That was my 5th stop furniture shopping yesterday, but will be my first stop from now on.

This is a really great store with high quality furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful and doesnt attack you when you walk in the door like most furniture stores. Jill greeted me and introduced herself and let me look around on my own but took all of the time to answer my questions and help with layout options for my rooms. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Furniture Outlet!

Walked into the store on 1/4/20 and didn’t receive any form of greeting...we looked around for a bit. The next guests walked in and were greeted and asked if they needed help or could be pointed in a specific direction. It would have been nice to receive some level of customer service. This was unfortunate because the prices were reasonable and there were some nice pieces that we were interested in.

Great locally owned furniture company. Has been in same location for 35 years by a local family. They have the staff that can help you without the crazy charge of hiring a designer. You buy here and it’s a perk:))) Love this laid back sales approach. Will absolutely be be back to purchase more hidden gems!

Great condo furniture for a rental unit. Not overly expensive, looks good and a decent selection. You can special order as well. Our living room furniture is 11 years old and looks great but is no longer comfortable to sit on. Time for new furniture!

Store owner wouldn’t give us the time of day, didn’t say welcome in, when we asked him if we could buy a couch, he just mumbled and went to the back to glue a couch back together that was broken. We waited for 30 minutes and he kept walking around the store away from us when we asked for help.

This company definitely has your best interest in mind! They are the epitome of Southern hospitality! My furniture was not at the store so they had to order it and it came quick! The main lady at the front is all about her business and will take care of you like family! Great place! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Jill was so great to help me match the sofa to my condo & to make the whole process easy. They even will remove your old sleeper sofa for a slight fee but well worth it. So easy with a great price.

Still, after 37 years, the only place you get furniture the day you pay for it.

I visited this location on 4/29/18. There was only one rep working, but she was very nice. The rep assisted me well for what I was looking for. The issue I have with this business is when I was going to make the payment, the rep told me that she couldnt take my payment without having my drivers license in hand, but she was willing to run my credit card without seeing my drivers license and verifying that it was my card. She continued on to say that their store had a lot of bounced checks. I instantly knew why she refused to accept my payment with a check. It wasnt due to me not presenting my drivers license, but due to past issues with other customers. Although the rep was courteous, I wont be visiting this location again for furniture shopping.

I bought a dining room set from here about a month ago. table is not level at all. chairs are to short for table. Was not exactly cheap price so I expected much better quality. Will not shop here again.

Ok stuff but everything takes weeks to get. Get better prices and quicker delivery with Amazon or Wayfair.

Way over priced furniture. You can get the same furniture for much less elsewhere. The employee working was very snooty and followed us around everywhere like she thought we were going to do something wrong. Acted like she was better than us even though we could have bought every piece in there and then some. Will never go back, nor will I reccommend. The sales consultant was beyond snotty and rude. An elitist...selling furniture. Know your place.

I have bought several pieces of furniture there from Jill. I always go to her first when I need something new. She and the owners go out of their way to help and make sure Im pleased. I am very happy with my experience there! When Jill doesnt have what Im looking for she is always helpful in getting what I want ordered. I like the store, and like Jill. I see where someone commented on a mattress; unfortunately that is industry standard on getting a mattress manufacturer to stand by their product. Before I found Furniture Outlet - so I did not get my mattresses from them; I had bought 3 mattresses in 4 years and all of them were very expensive and terrible. I finally bought a softsided waterbed ( the kind that looks like a real mattress ) just so I could have a mattress that didnt indent after a few months. If you read the reviews on all the mattress brands they all have the same complaints- they sink quickly and the manufacturers wont stand by them. The furniture store can only do what a manufacturer allows for a warranty. There needs to be pushback from consumers straight to the mattress manufacturers - they are the ones who quit making mattresses that would last. Hotel ones are slept on constantly and dont sink after a few months so I know they CAN still make mattresses that last; I just dont think they make them for the average consumer.

Bad customer service! The sale ladies are grumpy and look miserable. They make you feel like you are not welcome when you get in the store. We will avoid going back to this furniture store.

POOR!!! Purchased mattress and within 5 months started sinking in, owner refused to honor his product, may have been sold a used mattress, BEWARE they are nice to sell but if any issue you was never born...AVOID this dishonorable dealer.
