Started the process of getting a glass shower door in July. Was told 2 weeks from final measurements as my solid surfaces were not in yet. From final measurements, it took 5 installation attempts over 4 months to finish the project. Measurements taken were wrong so the glass didnt fit. I was offered a 20% discount to make it right. The glass was cut wrong by their supplier an additional two times so it didnt fit the shower, and I was offered additional discounts for the trouble. By the fourth installation attempt, it fit but it was scratched. Fifth time was the charm, but still had to ask them to install molding to cover the space between glass and solid surface bench, and had to clean up clear silicon after the job was done. Was told after attempt 3 that they would talk about the job being gratis due to such a terrible experience. The day after final installation (mid- November), I got a call from accounting asking to pay the remainder of the full balance. I called and objected and was told they would discuss how to best settle up after Thanksgiving. Their final offer, let it go at price paid which was the 50% deposit. That is not the 60% I was offered along the way OR the refund that I was told would be discussed. Short version; if you want your job done right and on schedule, go someplace else.

My shower looks absolutely amazing!! They make sure every detail is done to perfection. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for an honest fair priced shower!

I cant say enough about the honesty and integrity of Rodney who repaired and replaced our storefront aluminum door hinges. I had gotten a quote from another company who wanted to replace all the hinges for $1050, and he was honest and said it wasnt necessary and replaced 2 of the hinges and tightened up the others for a little over $200. Very honest man! Thank you!

Came in on a Friday evening with a mirror I needed replaced for my wifes vanity thinking I would just drop off the measurements, but instead they had it cut while I was waiting and done in 20 min! Price was very reasonable, looks great and scored me some major points on the honey-do list! Couldnt be more pleased!

This place has the best knowledgeable people you can ask for. There work is bar none. I love. Windows and sliding glass doors. This is the place you want to go for anything glass, windows and doors.

Could not be more disappointed. Ordered a round piece of glass that I was told came from the factory. It looks like my kid carved it with a pocket knife. Was told it would be a week, was over three weeks before I received a call. This place is an absolute joke. How does a glass company not be able to get a round piece of glass. Terrible service

Horrible service! I paid the 50% down to order the glass and get started after they measured my window....that was in May! after about a month, I called to inquire...they said they had already done the work which they obviously had not done. The lady on the phone was disagreeing with me as if I wouldnt know if my window was replaced. Then, in mid June, I went into the office and inquired....she said the job had been done...again! Then she said it would be done within a week......now its August and my window is still not replaced even though I paid for it in May. Aweful! Unethical, and completely disorganized and unprofessional. I would recommend any other glass place on earth before Id recommend this business.

They were helpful with measuring and getting me what I need for some frames. One was cut about 1/4 inch off, but I brought it back and there was no fuss and they are recutting it. Will use them for all my glass needs while here in FWB.

Great people, great service

Very poor service. Ordered incorrect product and it was broken. Reorder had taken 8 weeks and they did not notify us when it arrived.
