I went in pretty embarrassed to be shopping by my self looking for private items but the cashier Reba was very poilte and helpful and even helped me look around for items I may need for the others I purchased. We chatted for a few moments comparing our significant others and she even recommended a few good places to take my girlfriend out to. Will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service provided here! Carissa is always such a big help and goes above and beyond for her customers. She makes sure everything is working correctly before you leave the store, is very knowledgeable on the products and super sweet to top it off. Y’all go in and ask for Carissa the next time you shop! I went in to shop for some new things for my boyfriend and I to try, Raya was there and was super helpful listened to all my questions, and had knowledgeable answers. Were happy with what I ended up picking out. For sure will come back for any future purchases!

We went to three of your stores. From Destin to Mary Esther and our favorite was the Ft. Walton Perry Ave location. Clarissa and Velda were a fantastic pair. Even sold a few add-ons at the register. We will definitely be back when in the area.

I had amazing help from Ms. Claudia. However, I feel that someone should fire the staff member named Jackie. He kept humiliating Ms. Claudia and insisting he knew more about the products AND the female body than her when I browsed for products pertaining to pelvic pain. It is absolutely unacceptable for a staff member that is male to speak this way to and around women. I was amazed that a man could insist he was better at discerning the female anatomy than A WOMAN. I would change my rating if I did not have to suffer such awful behavior from a male staff member, as a woman with a pelvic disorder. Ms. Claudia seemed educated.... Jackie did not.

Before you make a “discreet” purchase at this store, know that when you get to the register, the lady will cut your sealed box open and “make sure the toy works as well as the charger” and explain out loud how to use the product! With other customers in the store! I will never return to this store again
