The people were friendly and efficient. I had to pick my package up because of a tropical storm last week. That messed up their delivery schedule and they would not deliver it over the weekend or even on Monday. I had enough of the computerized system and talking to their foreign Representatives so I just went and picked up my package their office yeah. Their office is 1/2 Mile from my house. Dealing with their people in person is a lot nicer than trying to fool with the computer system!

Really hard to review. Um lets just say the staff is professional and knowledgeable. Its kool cause going to the post office sometimes the workers make you feel like youre bothering them. Not gonna tell people go to FEDEX but I like them over regular postal service for sure..

Good delivery but 1 item was missing it was medication. The fed ex checked using a code and said it was delivered but was not! Many on a neighborhood watch site said many have had packages were not delivered but not the right address or never arrived. Sad but poor service for those of us who enjoy delivery

Customer service was very rude she must of had a incident with the guest prior to me, I have been waiting 3 days for my package everyday I was told it was on a truck I had to sit in my house till 8 and nothing ever came this is soooooo unprofessional. I also called to have my package picked up to delay anymore waiting they disregarded that order and put it on a truck anyway so I stood in line with a twisted ankle for 25 mins for nothing smh

Customer service is rude, overnight package that suppose to be delivered by 10:30am is still at facilities at 11am. Waiting and waiting, wasting all day by waiting this package, because if you leave then you package may arrive in 5 days later. Worst shipping company ever.

I paid $60 for next day package delivery. FedEx said they tried to deliver the package but got no answer at the door. They must have gotten the wrong address because no one knocked on my door, rang my doorbell, or left a note. Tried to call FedEx but never got an answer (just kept on hold). What a scam!

I called customer service, they are very rude and unhelpful. My package was received at center and depart from there and after that it was lost somewhere, I check online it’s siting somewhere after shipment a few days, but customer service told me to call the sender. ?? Why??

Granted, its the holidays and they were pretty busy... But I didnt have a good experience here. I sent a package to a friend in Canada and they messed up the customs forms. They were not really knowledgeable about it as I was filling it out, so there were several errors that I was called up later to correct (which I guess its good that they called). Additionally they just assigned the recipient to pay the customs fee because it was easier to do it that way which made me feel a bit awkward when I had to tell my friend he had to pay for the gift I sent. I know they were trying to get me taken care of quickly, because a line was forming, but it actually slowed things down since I had to make several other corrections due to their haste. I had also sent two small packages to friends in New York, the expected arrival date was pushed back two days for one package, and three days for the other (its supposed to get delivered tomorrow, but well see if that happens) even though the online tracking showed it in their area. I know its not a dig on the FWB Fed Ex in particular, but I figured Id include that in case youre trying to decide between them and the post office a few blocks away. On the plus side everyone was pretty polite. I do feel bad that they get so bogged down during the holidays, but their errors could cause delays or even a lost shipment.

They held my package for two days because it came too early ... i dont understand this logic. It spemt more time sitting there than it did to travel 800miles.It came early again, i requested hold, hopefully they will let me pick it up instead of just letting it sit ...

Had to sign for a package that came from this facility. Took time off from work to do so. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Checked it online and said they attempted to deliver. Sure enough on the door was the tag. The dog didn’t even hear them. Why go though the trouble of going to the door putting a tag on it and not ring the doorbell?I can’t get my package because of the restrictions put on by the shipper so I had to call the shipper and tell them to let me pick it up at least I can’t wait 3 days for them to come back. They said they put it though however after multiple calls to fedex they are unable to help. They even tried multiple times to call this facility. Fedex couldn’t get ahold of the Fort Walton Beach facility. Fedex couldn’t get ahold of fedex....

Don’t pay for 2 day delivery. I’ve been awaiting a package sent on Monday via 2 day shipping. Today is Friday. The package requires a signature, so I’ve been sitting at home waiting. I received a text on Wednesday saying the package would arrive by 8 PM. No delivery! On Thursday, another text saying it will be delivered before 8PM. Again, no delivery. Friday morning I called the toll free number and was told it was being held at the shipping center 28 miles away. I arrived at the center only to be told it was out for delivery. I’ll wait at home again. Next time I’ll insist on UPS.

This Office Consistently Doesnt Deliver - Literally. On multiple 2-day scheduled deliveries w/ direct signature required (from Blue Nile), this office has found a way to make getting my package my responsibility. They dont deliver even when their on-line tracking shows they will. Scheduled for deliver Tuesday, Delivery Exception, on Thursday, out on truck w/ Delivery not attempted - Deliver Exception. I waited at home both days. Dont call FEDEX, itll go to an overseas call center where their tactic is to pay someone to patiently out-wait your complaint with the inability to provide any help. They also used weather as an excuse and told me the roads were out post Hurricane Michael. I live 75 miles from any damage and that is an outright fake news answer. There is a management problem or a cultural problem at this office. It leaves me with a very poor opinion of FEDEX.

This facility is by far the worst shipping facility in the country. They have never delivered a package to my home. At least 5 different packages. All situations end with me having to pick it up. The lack of accountability is ridiculous. Do your self a favor and use UPS or USPS.

The clerk that works the front desk a majority of the time is REALLY annoying. He tries to be cute, saying that he wont take my packages when theyre actually fine. I have places to be and things I need to be doing, I dont have time for this foolishness.Not only this, but I called to pick up a package at the facility that I missed earlier in the day. For some reason, they didnt drop it off at my apartment complex office for security reasons (I had ordered an umbrella...). So I called them to pick it up at the facility, and they said that they only drop it back off at the FedEx the minute the building closes.

This FEDEX location consistently under delivers on their 4:30pm delivery guarantee. My work utilizes them as a shipping service otherwise I would not do any business with them. I am sitting here at 6:00pm, waiting on a package that got loaded onto a delivery truck at 08:58am.... If this were an isolated occasion I could understand minor delays, but this is probably the 10th time over the last year that I am stuck wasting my own time waiting on them because the shipment is important. Update to this situation is I checked tracking at 630 and it says that the truck has returned to the distro center and they will attempt to deliver on monday. Thanks for some of the WORST service

For some reason, when I drop packages at this location, I stand about a 50% chance of later getting billed for more than the actual weight or getting some unexplained surcharge added for which Im given no explanation, but when I drop packages at the PaknFax in Navarre that NEVER happens. Usually safer just using USPS or UPS if its not a big price difference.

The biggest let down of my life. Oh my god fed ex is so horible. i always order through UPS but thought to try fed ex for the heck of if this time. Couldnt find my apartment the first time, then sent it back to the warehouse for 2 days before trying again. I pad for next day express shipping and ended up taking 4 days and didnt get a refund. Fed Ex will not make it to much longer. TRASH

So after 10 minutes on the automated service line, the digital representative couldnt understand that my last name was spelled with a B and not a V so it asked if I would like to speak to a customer service representative. Which I replied yes, and then automated service representative hung up on me lol. It literally hung up the phone on me as soon as I answered to speak with a customer rep. Thats terrible service at its finest. I couldnt even get through to speak to anyone about my mis-delivery.

The driver let someone else (not even a tenant in my building) sign for my delivery, which was over $1000 in value and needed a direct signature. I have no idea who signed for my package or where it is and now ive been on hold foe the past 30 minutes trying to contact the warehouse where it left for delivery.

Closes as soon as trucks return from delivery. They dont allow you to sit and wait. Which means you have at most a 30 min window to pick up your package.

If you or your party didn t pay the extra cost they will make you wait wont even let you pick it up tell you its on the truck for delivery but when it doesnt deliver an you show up on Saturday they tell you its on the truck for delivery in there lock up wont go get your package off it lazy and never using there service again
