First time Ive been here, I got an oil change. Friendly & didnt take long @ all. Lady b4 me said shes been coming here 4 yrs & has been very satisfied with them. They perform various types of procedures. I will b back 4 my inspection & who knows what else.

Normally fast and efficient. Not today. Very slow, must be the weather. Not impressed with service this time. Have been coming here for years for vehicle inspections but today was by far the worst service I have ever had here

It was all good until I found an oil can down in my motor bay yesterday after an oil change but no harm done

I took my car in and told them I needed my car looked at that my that it was making a noise when I hit bumps... he went out shook my 2 front tires came back and said it was my hub that he couldnt do those id have to take it to ford. I then said is there anyway we can lift it in the air to make sure its not a ball joint or strut... he hesitated and said yea we can put it in the air went outside and started doing something else so I left. Did not want to help me

They do good work by me. Been going here for 13 years with all my cars just after they changed names and affiliations. Had gas filters replaced, oil changes etc. Just had my MC inspected, its slow there today so hot and the inspector looked like he was sick.

The experience was good, just needed to get the air conditioner fixed. Really hot in there. The service was fantastic. 4 stars.

Went to get state inspection today the young man was very nice and service was fast. I know it was hot but I still got a smile.

I visited this location on 3/29/2021 for a yearly inspection. I had no issues. I returned on 3/31/21 for a front headlight replacement. A young man named Alex changed it right before closing time. As soon as I left the location, my censors on my vehicle altered me that my signal light was not working on the headlight that was just changed. I returned to the location right at opening on 4/1/21. I spoke to Alex again, and told him he may have disconnected a censor or didn’t properly input the light if they could take a look at it. Alex, was very apologetic, but did not take a look at the headlight. He had another male look at it. I was sitting inside the waiting area as the other male looked at the headlight, first he stated I needed a new bulb then stated I had mechanical issue and he slammed my trunk. He did not bother speaking to me, Alex instead came in and told me information I had over heard. I advised Alex my vehicle did not have any issues until he changed my light the day prior. He told me my entire right side of my vehicle no longer had lights and there was nothing they could do. ( I drove there and my headlight was working that he previously fixed and so were my lights besides signals ) but once they worked on it today, it no longer was working . So not only was the censor issue created from this mess and not fixed, but the headlight I paid for the day prior was no longer working when they looked at it again as well as my entire lights on that side of the car. I asked Alex what they planned on doing to fix it, the male that had worked on it said there was nothing they were going to do and didn’t “have time for this shit” while walking away while I was talking to him. The man happened to be THE OWNER of this place by the name of Chris Labarbera. He was very unprofessional, not willing to speak to me, and clearly had no knowledge of what he was doing. He had a very poor attitude and seemed to hate dealing with public servants. ( as I was in uniform) There was one person in the waiting room who observed his behavior as well. DO NOT bring your vehicle here. You are better off taking it to a dealership!

I’ve been going to Kwik Kar for inspections and when I don’t feel like doing my own oil changes since I’ve lived in the area for the past 15 years. Have told my kids to go there now that they have their own cars. That stopped today as I was told by an employee there are plenty of other places I could go if I didn’t like the way they were communicating with me.I took a travel trailer in for inspection. First time I’ve had to get one inspected. I parked on the side of the building fully expecting to get instruction on what I needed to do and where I needed to go. When employee #1 came out he was more concerned with It being in that spot than instructing me where to go. A vague take it to the back. So I asked ok, by the bay doors? No not by the doors just straight back. Ok got it in front of the garbage can. I moved the trailer and got off only to be met by employee #2 to tell me again that I can’t park there not telling me where to go. I frustratedly told him that the other guy told me to come straight back and told him to tell me exactly where I needed to park. He responded by telling me if I didn’t like the unprofessionalism I was met with, that there were plenty of other places I could go.Done.Went to Guaranteed Auto just down the road who are at another level of professionalism and customer service.

Passed all important inspection details failed us because our eyebrow was to long, mind you we said all legal when we tinted our vehicles. Yet his opinion stated it failed & yet other vehicles tint are darker than ours ... how did they pass? They probably didnt go here!!! Also, if you notice they Respond to low reviews real quick to suggest inspectors blah blah I just might hold you up to that as Im sure your defensive response is just a show!!

I have been to this location since I moved to the area Dec 2017, every time great customer service is provided and everyone is so friendly and professional. Every visit, I’ve never had to wait long for an oil change or inspection.

I came her to get my state inspection. From the second I drove up they were incredibly rude to me. I am a woman so I always expect a little something, but I’ve never had anyone be so rude without me even having to open my mouth. They failed my car for a light being out that they said was impossible for them to fix and that I’d have to take it to a dealership. Once I got home I checked it for myself and it was literally a twist in bulb that took me 30 seconds to replace. Never give Kwik Kar your money. They’re lazy, rude, and a rip off company. For a great oil change, try Take 5 Oil Change. They were so quick and professional, and even took the time to explain things that i didn’t know.

BUYER BEWARE. I cant believe they ripped me off.Paid $124 for a brake system flush, which they did NOT perform.They went through the motions and put on a good show.

Went into this shop a while back to get my oil changed and check engine light diagnosed. Johnny was the person who helped me, explaining in detail what the check engine light was on for, as well as walked me through the estimate for what the price to fix would be. On top of that quality service, their oil change time is second to none, under ten minutes on an old 1998 Ram 1500. I asked about my A/C, and their prices are fair to market value. 5/5 stars all day, every day. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here.

I wouldn’t have mind the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes, until the gentleman there didn’t even bother to pull my car into the bay to have it inspected but instead failed me for a tint issue. Which I did research and turns out was complete legal and I’ve had it inspected that way for years with no issues, I assume since their line was piling up the small issue was gonna automatic fail. Absolutely ridiculous.

Took my car for an oil change and my air conditioner wasnt blowing cold. They changed my oil in about 15 minutes and did a service on my air conditioner in about an hour and the entire bill was under 200.00. Im new to the area and have been looking for a good honest shop and I believe I found one.

Got there with a check engine light and an error code printed and ready so they knew where to start and they charged me 450 bucks for 2 separate diagnostics and my check engine light was on right after I pulled out of the parking lot. I understand the procedure of process of elimination but if they arent smart enough to check to make sure the check engine light wont turn on immediately i dont believe theyre smart enough to earn my business from here on out. Then I get a response from the owner saying they run diagnostics every time. Like I said I understand that but to run 2 different diagnostics and still not even get close to solving the problem? Yea you wont ever work on my car again. Shame on me I guess for choosing them. Nothing but excuses is all I got from that ridiculous reaponse.

Shutdown before 6 pm. Only needed a safety inspection for my 96 gmc pick up

Well.. I will not be returning to this place. Dealerships are always better to go to! I had my oil changed and they did not clean properly resulting in oil all in my driveway. Once I took it back they attempted to make me feel as if it was something I did.

100% incompetent. Unprofessional, rude and sexist manager Johnny would not help after I went back for a 2nd time because the employees admiringly did not tighten my oil plug, leaking oil. 9 days later my lower engine cover came off during rush hour traffic on 820. I was very calm when explaining. Johnny became immediately defensive torpedoing questions as if I were to blame. I asked to leave my info for the owner amd he said NO. Hopefully, Chris Labarer, the owner, will get in touch with me now.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Ruined my car at least 1500 in damages. Was lucky enough that we had the ability to get a new car. DONT trust these guys for anything. Another family would have been really screwed losing our only car. Consult a lawyer wasnt worth time and money to sue and i believe that was what they were counting on.

Super fast. Went on a weekday morning for a state inspection with my kiddos and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Less one star because the waiting room is absolutely filthy and smells like cigarettes. At least we werent there long 🤷

Good service. Why 3,000 mile oil change interval with synthetic oil? Should be 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Even standard oil is good for 5,000 miles per manufacturer info.

I started taking my cars her for inspection since its so close to home, and Ive never had a long wait. Most of the time they come out to greet you, and are always nice. The only issue Ive ever had was last year my car didnt pass because the third break light was out, they said they couldnt fix it because its an led panel and they dont carry those, but if we got it fixed and brought it back theyd give us our pass. Turns out its not led, just 4 bulbs and a grate thing that makes it look like an led panel. When I went back and got my pass I told him that we we had a good laugh about it. The more you know, right.

This place is great, went in for an oil change and was in a hurry. We were in and out in 10 minutes. They not only changed our oil but checked the fluids, aired up our tires and vacumned our car. And they have a nice waiting room with hot coffee and comfortable chairs and TV.

First time there and needed an inspection for my car... They were super friendly and fast, did i mention very fast getting me out/in. I need an oil change and other routine stuff done. I will be going back this week.

The boys really helped me out of a Christmas Eve jam. Professional and very customer forward. My Christmas bonus may be gone, but I got my cars issues all sorted out quickly. 1st time here. Not the best experience. Came for an inspection. Thought it would be a quick in and out. Turned into an hour long wait.If youre in a perpetual hurry like I am this is probably not the place for an inspection.I would reccomend going to a place that specializes in inspection so there will be more than one bay open for that purpose.The waiting room is pretty dang hot on these 100 degree days.The Coke machine coming on was the only thing that kept me from sweating. That was only after about 45 mins of waiting.

Kwik Kar on White Settlement has taken care of my vehicles for some time now and I have consistently experienced quality service from friendly and efficient staff. Well this is on me . I do most of the work to my f350 got lazy had the fuel filters changed . I didnt look up the cost of filter kit. Well filter kits are 20 bucks and takes about 20 min to replace was charged 183 for service including state inspection . Thats 150 bucks for filter change .well I live and learn Ill do my own filter changes for now on . The service guys are cool . Just a bit too much for filters . They did wash the diesel off the frame so thats a plus .

I took my car in this morning for an inspection; was told there was one car in front of me that was finishing up. My car was brought in promptly, however that is all that was prompt. After watching two vehicles that came in after me for inspections AND oil changes leave ahead of me, I finally asked if there was a reason for the delay. Was first told they had a hard time finding the correct filter because it is a Volvo... I let them know it was only in for an inspection. Was then told that the keys had been misplaced and thats why the other vehicles finished first. Once my car was FINALLY done I told them Id received two stories and was curious which was correct. It was only THEN that I was informed that they HAD done an oil change, to which I responded it was not needed for another 5500 miles and performed for free at the dealership. The response I got was, well, we are not charging you for the oil change and free oil is free oil. Excuse me? Evidently this is what you get when you try to support a business in your community instead of just driving the extra 15 minutes to the dealership. Learned my lesson.

As a woman Im always concerned when taking my car in for anything.I decided to give these guys a try and I was happy I did. No pressure to buy anything and I was in and out very quickly. We went back for a second time for brakes and were pleasantly surprised and the price and time it took.

Never go to this place!!! I went to get an inspection and they did not see that my battery was old and needed to be replaced. After leaving only an hour later my car died and destroyed my alternator.

If I could rate a 0, I would. I went to get a state inspection and entered the business at 4:13pm (store closes at 5pm). One customer was in the lobby with his vehicle in the bay. Three employees that I could see. Trelle immediately tells me they are closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 5pm, no sign in the door stating otherwise, and the front door unlocked. When I ask him if the 5pm closing time was accurate, he says the owner had an emergency that day. He then told me another employee had the emergency. Then he says the manager had the emergency. So I ask for the owners name to make sure he knows how the business is turning customers away, and he tells me HE is the manager. I call the number provided (a glass repair # - not even sure he provided the correct number), left a message without any response. Anyhow, I went a block away to NTB who did the inspection. I cannot imagine how a business stays open if they seemingly cannot continue to operate with 3 employees when someone who is not there has an emergency. It appeared as though they just wanted to close down early to go home early when the boss left.

Just wanted to say thanks to Colby and the crew there. I came in with a water leak and went ahead and fixed my a/c compressor at the same time. They had it done in half a day and gave me a good deal. Anyway, its one of the best shops that I have ever been to. Thanks

Chivalry is not DEAD!!! These guys took such good care of me. I had a flat tire and they fixed me up quick and was courteous during the process. I will definitely recommend them and will also be a returning customer.

My car was making a sound from the front end of the vehicle so I called first to see if they had a certified mechanic and their response was yes.I dropped off the vehicle. I received a call stating that they found the issue and I gave my permission to perform the work.I picked up the vehicle only to find out the issue was NOT resolved and it only cost me a little over $900.00. I dont make much money and now I cant afford to have someone else fix the real problem.I guess we just have to learn the hard way sometimes.

Took my truck in for an inspection and they didn’t tighten the gas cap when they were done so I had to drive around for a week with my check engine light on. Then I stopped in and asked them to put 40 psi in my tires so my low tire warning would go off, they put 35 in so my low tire warning stayed on. If they can’t get the little things right, I can only imagine what would happen if I needed something major, won’t be going back.

Great convenient place to get your ould changed or inspections. Car repair services however are over priced, management is not very good with customer service, and they once lost a tool in my engine, it was stuck to a bolt they were trying to remove and it took 2 hours for them to notify me that was the issue. Owner offered to loan me his wifes car until it could be fixed which I found very unprofessional. Father and son owners, seems to make the environment to lax.

I went for my state inspection. The techs were super friendly and had plenty of patience while i did my best to quickly pull up my insurance online. I went ton the same location last year, and there were just as friendly.

They are very friendly and professional! They go out of the way to explain what is going on with your vehicle, and they fix your vehicle in a timely manner! I go to them over the dealership any day!

I always take both of my vehicles to Kwik Kar on White Settlement Road. They are courteous and affordable. I have never had any problems with their work which is why I keep going back through the years. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be for hopefully many years to come.

This has been my go to location near my home for service. However, after todays experience, I will not be returning. Last time I was in for service they informed me that I needed to have my differential flushed. I agreed. Came in today and they told me the same thing. Also, they stated that they had no record of this service. They did do it for no additional charge this time, but what would have happened had I gone to another service center. No proper documentation. No doing the stated procedure, means that I will not ve coming back to this center.

I stood in the waiting area for 30 minutes without ever being greeted or assisted. Manager stood around in the garage smoking and ignoring all incoming customers.

I took my 2002 Toyota because it did not ride like it did when it was new. I got a phone call with in an hour of drop off telling me the shocks where worn out. I was given an est told it would be done by the end of the day. I got a phone call about 2:30 saying the vehicle was ready for pick up. So on the way home it was just like a new vehicle again I was so pleased, it was ready way before the time they said it would be. This is a great bunch of guys who really care about the customer.

Just left from having an oil change. I initially went in to get an inspection done as well but they told me my wipers needed to be replaced or it would fail inspection so I opted to get just the oil change. Before that though the guy working on my car tried to sell me an oil system flush for about $100. He said I had gone over my mileage to get an oil change by about 5000 miles and that my oil was really bad. I guess he didnt realize that my vehicle has a counter for taking this and was only over by about 1000 miles.I only gave the 2 stars because of how quickly it was done. Had the price been a little lower our they didnt try to sell me a service I didnt need I would have given a higher rating. Wont be going back.
