I was sent a $10 coupon on top of promosTo use if I gave my Email address. I tried to buy on line to use it and it did not work. I called an online rep and was told I could not use it. Buyers beware seems like they like to play games with their prices and offers.

Belk seemed low on merchandise, staff, pricing and cleaning. Not the best experience today. I couldnt find a price checker that worked, no staff in the back section and up front checker was a bit rude. I blew it all off thinking they are at the end of season, teen staff gone back to school. The prices on what I did find were fantastic.

A nice store filled with garbage employees. While few employees are nice, most employees just don’t give a sheet if you are there or need help. They do not honor the emailed coupon as well. I am glad I was able to get what I need at a right price at other Belk location and that they at least let me return the item that didn’t work. Not coming back to this one at least.

My trip into Belk was to buy mens clothing for a job change. Entering the store I was promptly reminded by a greeter that masks are required. An oversight on my part as I forgot to put it on before entering. I started looking for my size in pants, only to discover that my size was almost non-existent. (I guess my size is common.) I did finally find pants in the bargain rack, but strangely, I could not find pants and suit jackets to match. Due to how expensive the clothing is it becomes necessary to use a coupon. I would have bought more, but since Belk has all their fitting rooms CLOSED, I was only willing to risk a single pair of pants, a long sleeve shirt, sport jacket and two ties. I paid and left, but upon reviewing my receipt, I found a shirt that should have been discounted 80% was only discounted 30%. The shirt was $42 discounted! So, back to the store to get it corrected. Summary: Youre losing business by keeping your fitting rooms closed. Second, it makes no sense to mark your clothing up so high that people have to use coupons just to get a moderate price on purchases. 🙄

Ive come to this store twice to find some jeans. And while they have some amazing deals the employees seem to be incredibly rude. I’ve seen customers even be incredibly rude to the employees as well so maybe that’s where the hostility comes from. I will stick to shopping online rather than coming back to this store.

I always love coming to this store. The employees there are always happy and willing to help. I deliberately come to this store for that reason. If you want a great shopping experience. Happy employees helpful employees period this is the store you need to go to.

I went today to bell at shoe section there was lady she had no batch of her name I nicely asked her if you work there she was very rude and said what do u want I am sorry this is not the way to talk to ur customer then I asked her if you guys carry one of the shoes and Showed her picture with UPC without even looking she said no she was extremely rude if you behave that way I am sorry I won’t be shopping you guys need to hire nice people not rude and bad who doesn’t even know how to talk to customers bad service

I just recently started shopping here. I learned to always compare the app prices to the store prices because they will match the app prices. My husband bought a pair of dress pants for $55 and when I scanned them, they were $15 online! Ill scan all the things from now on!

Selection is limited both of individual items and of sizes in each. Seems very thinned. No dressing rooms yet either...

Ordered online and picked up. They gave us the wrong size sheets, so the person we gave the gift to had to return them. They wouldnt do the exchange without the person that ordered, so we had to make another trip into the store. It took over 30 min to get it done. Truly defeated the whole purpose of ordering online. Price point is the only reason for a star.

Such a great store to shop at. I’ve been looking for the instant pot duo60 for days and finally found it at BELK. They had tons in stock and even price matched from a competitor. Definitely shop here for good deals.

The store was messy. Winter items were not on sale. Areas were there was nothing in them. Sales associates werent friendly and your check out area is too far away from the exit. I will not shop there again.

Stock was terribly low. Especially In shoes, bras etc. Sizes were very hard to find. Quality of clothing was cheaper than I had remembered. Store was messy.

Before got to register noticed item womens lace collar type cover up to wear over shirt did not have tags, so asked associate prior to getting into line if I could get a tag for it or help to avoid delay when I got in line, she went to the near Check out and ask them, was told no not problem just when finished shopping bring all to check out. So 10 mins later, thats what I did, however then was told well that has a dress that goes with it, I like ok, well go get it, they had me purchase my other items, the lady that said she knew what dress it was kept helping other customers while sending new employee on wild goose chase to find this dress, instead of just telling next person, one moment, made me wait an additional half hour until new person found this dress that she had told she knew exactly where it was, I did tell her it was rude to make me wait if she knew where it was when she could go get it one minute or less. Very poor customer service and common sense.

Lady forgot to put my jacket in my bag. When I called they acted like I had stole it. She told me she would hold it and they opened at 10am. I get there at 10am and they didn’t open till 11am. Bad customer service. I will only be going to the Euless Belk now.

I ordered mens dress pants in the wrong size through the on line Belks website. The store took them back and ordered the correct size. They were very accommodating and reordered the correct size and had them shipped to my house.Great service by associate 011649, he was very professional.

Never shopped here until Christmas time and was very impressed with this store. Prices were great on everything. I even ordered items from their website. Items delivered promptly. I will be stopping there more often.

I love to buy in Belk but today was a little stressful cause couple costumer without mask walking in the store.

I ordered a bra online and went to the store for what I was told would be a quick and easy return. I took the email receipt that had the order number on it with me. The salesperson said they needed a different email. To make a long story a little shorter. I went through 3 associates and was taken to yet another cashier with the Manager and still they couldnt give me a refund, they said because I paid with PayPal they needed a specific barcode. During this pandemic, I had them go through multiple emails handling my phone 4 in fact that all had showed I had purchased the item. Order received, order shipped, receipt from PayPal and order delivered and still not able to do more than store credit. Which at this point of my frustration, I dont want to ever shop there again. After 45 min....yes, 45 minutes miraculously after me telling them I was going to contact Corporate, as the receipt I had stated, take this receipt and get a refund at any Belk store, they decided they could in fact give me a cash refund. Really.... you choose to lose a customer by a $31 bra? Boggles the mind. I left the store and called corporate. After a 10 min hold for a manager and them taking my phone number 2 times in case we got disconnected, during our conversation they either hung up or we got disconnected. Of course no call back. Belk you need some customer service skills for whatever customers you have left. 😡

Belk has a wide variety of clothing and accessories for all ages . They also have great sales on everything including shoes. Belk is the best place to shop for high end quality brands and new styles. You can always find the best options for adult and young adult shoes and styles. They may advertise for the southern women but I find many of the same in NYC. Belk is also my go to store for jewelry. Friends love it for wedding gifts and baby gifts.

Had NEVER been a Belk before...the wife lured me in. Not impressed with the quality nor the prices. One time enough for me.

My first Belk experience. . .They have a MAC counter. The sales associate was so sweet and helpful! They have great sales & markdowns located in each department as well as overpriced items that are ridiculous. A lot of brands I have never heard of, but I will go back when time raises.

The 2 girls in the cosmetic area never acknowledged me, burr as soon as 2 ladies that were not of COLOR... they rushed over to help them. I was very disturbed by that. I wish I had gotten that managers name as well. He wasnt aware that I saw him watching and following me. I shouldnt have purchased anything from there, and Im considering taking it all back.

Found exactly what I wanted.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I am always in there looking for a good deal, but the experience was greater this time around when I encountered a Sale Associate (I remember her name Emily Oneil) in the Mens department. The associate was very kind, nice and respectful. I appreciate the time she took to helping me and my family find the right items we were searching for in a timely manner (very patient with us), while she continued working on the Sales Floor making it presentable for other customers around us and helping them too. I enjoyed my experience there, so did my family, it a fast and courteous check out with her with great communication. She has a way with customers no doubt. I really hope in the future revisiting this store to encounter more associates like that to feel welcomed into the store. I hope other people have the same experience I had there, always, too.

Its a nice e department store. Like most of the others. I was looking for something very specific that they didnt sell but I expected that. I did get a really good deal on luggage at belk a couple years back and it has served my wife and I very well. We can both pack a weeks worth of clothes in and it is normally right at the 50 pound limit for airlines.

No registers open, ladies in bedding was not helpful at all.

Its a store where you can get everything you need and a few things you didnt know you needed. The only issue I have is they rarely have my shoe size. I know I wear a 101/2 or 11 but it would be nice to find those sizes. I dont like to order what I cant try on. But other than that its a good store.

I love the sales at Belk. I also have experienced really awesome customer service. When looking for a pair of shoes for my moms present for her birthday, the sales representative Heather tried them on for me because she was also a size 8 where I am a size 7. Heather is very nice and went above and beyond.Great experience.

Went to a couple other stores before coming here. Next time I will come straight here. Great prices, and a large selection ranging in peices. Staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman in the shoe department.

Belk has great sales even better clearance sale prices. You can shop online and have the items sent to the store for pick up so that you do not have to pat for shipping.

Good place for make-up. The mens and childrens departments always seem to be a mess when I go in. You can get some good deals. They often have coupons/sales.

Very disappointed I was told I would be able to use my 20% off coupon and yet I was not able to use it on anything. They did have Good customer service and that was the reason for the 3 stats. To wrap it up in short it was very disappointing.

The local Belk store COULD be a great department store, but the departments have been a mess the last few times Ive gone in, with for example, clothes strewn all over on the floor and the racks all mixed up in lingerie, large piles of clothing all over the checkout areas, and tall stacks of shoe boxes blocking parts of the regular shoe displays. It is obvious that there are not nearly enough employees, since I had to walk around the store to three different checkout registers with nobody working them, and nobody appearing when I stood and waited there. The only areas that seem to be manned are the cosmetics counter, shoe department, and one area of womens wear, which incidentally, had 3 employees gathered around with one woman complaining about how many days she had been working when I approached. Its not worth the frustration to shop there. Oh, for the good old days of customer service.
