McKays is great! Warm and Personable, they handled my catalytic converter theft swiftly and professionally. My car was ready much sooner than expected. Furthermore, McKays helped me add a much needed deterrent. They designed and arranged a custom fabricated plate which they installed and I paid extra for. I couldnt be happier! Wonderful people glad to have AAA recommend them.

My 2012 Ford Transit Connect work van was starting to rust on the top from sitting outside in the coastal air for 8 years. A work ladder had also blown over and struck the front hood leaving some minor dents. I love my work van and decided to take it to McKays to see if they could freshen it us. They put a great finish on the top that is like a rubberized plastic in black so no rust will ever appear there again. My hood looks like new. This is the second job they have done for me this year on another car and I could not be happier. Every job has been within or under budget and the vehicles are perfect. They are very nice and extremely professional.

Let me start with I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere but McKays Collision Repair. I have a 2000 Ford F-250 7.3 that is island metallic blue. Purchased it in Arizona. The roof had small dents and the paint was shot. The dealership failed to show me picks of that before I flew down. The hood they did a quick respray to make it look good for a sale. Roof needed body work & new paint, hood stripped & new paint. I can not even imagine how many extra hours of work they had to do to reinforce my roof to be able to sand and do the body work. They had to remove my headliner which is not easy. They had not figured this in when giving me a quote. Long story short my truck looks AMAZING !! The color match is dead on ! How do you match 17 year old paint, I do not know but they do. With all the extra work I expected to pay more. Nope they stuck to the quote. I will never go anywhere else. I had gone to another body shop and the quote I got was over twice as much as McKays! I highly recommend going here for body/paint needs.

Rear bumper got dented during a roadtrip through california. I stopped in Fortuna to do laundry, and saw McKays behind the laundromat so I stopped in to see if they had time for a quick fix. Patrick was very helpful and friendly and they popped out my watermelon sized dent in no time! Didnt even charge me because it was such a quick fix. Great little find.
