Very nice staff 😊 Helped me get a good charger

Aweful! Disgraceful how poorly the staff treats its customers! Absolutely no skills unless sarcasm counts! They never have products on stock. The only good advice the ignorant person had was If you want a phone that works, go to Cricket or something.!🤔

Very poor customer service from a young woman with blonde hair and glasses. She put blame on the customer for having a malfunctioning phone. The antithesis of helpful and courteous. We will be changing carriers.

So if you were a us cellular, Verizon, sprint or pretty much anyone except metro you had service during the power outage. Not metro I think Ill be switching my services as soon as the month is up. Ill pay a few extra dollars to make sure I can reach my family in an emergency. Metro needs to upgrade its service thought it was supposed to get better when tmobile bought it but obviously not🤷‍♀️.

Went in the other day to look at new phones, switch over from at. The guy working there had absolutely no idea about any of the deals going on and he was rude. His attitude and incompetence pushed me out the door. Never doing business with them.

Very understanding of situation and helped us out and hooked it up great store

They seem quick enough in sales- a little less knowledgeable on product- & quite poor on answering their own business phone! The company its self however is adequate for use.

You guys need to work on updating your clients! I have never had to pay for an upgrade because its always been free. Its an upgrade. Not pay for a new phone with a discount. Very upset and dissatisfied with this service. May change to another server soon.

Terrible service they cant even pick up the phone.

Never to busy but they do take quite a while to get to helping your even when there is only maybe 1person in the store ahead of me
