I am very impressed with the service here. I am ALWAYS greeted by friendly staff and they seem to really want to help you. The store is well stocked, which has led to this store becoming a first choice option instead of a second or last choice. I prefer to spend my money in town and I am happy to shop here. There is plenty of parking and staff will load heavy items in your car.

Amazed by the helpfulness and the prices are standard. Love shopping smaller and more local than a menards or lowes. Great staff too.

It may not be the biggest hardware store compared to the big box places but thank goodness its here. They usually have everything you need to get your job done and also some stuff you just want and not necessarily need. Much needed in this area!

Way over priced. Almost double the price as any Walmart, Lowes or Menards.

Friendly staff this time, for the most part. I stopped in today to have some keys cut and the lady cutting the keys didnt seem too happy. She acted like she didnt appreciate her job. All of the other girls were very nice and helpful though.The prices seem to be a little higher than other stores, but it is convenient having them in town...again. They have a pretty small selection of stuff, but they have all of the basic needs; plumbing, nuts & bolts, paint, power tools, hand tools, lumber, etc, etc, etc.

Not very much stuff. But has the basics. was just looking for roofing screws for a steel roof but they had to be made to order anyways, no hard feelings

We all have bad days. You dont expect to go into a store and be talk to like a kindergartner. When you say can we look at something and they say again the same thing as before. This sales lady needs to check her peoples skills.

A welcome addition here in Fostoria. They have the shelves well stocked. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and it makes sense. Products are grouped together very well. I am sure I will be visiting here often for both work and personal needs. Glad you have joined the community.

Stashed a black Friday special for me until I got there to purchase it.

For being in fostoria this place is more than expected.. thing are a tad pricey but I think the convenience outweighs the cost.

I have been in several time over the last few months and had much better experiences than the first. Very convenience location and a wide selection of products.

The staff was helpful with my questions. The store is organized and clean. There are alot of new items that the former store did not stock. It is a great timesaver having a good hardware closer to home. The outside of the store property has been cleaned up greatly improving the curb appeal. Having a quality hardware in town will save a trip to Findlay for home repair items.

Nice to have a real hardware store in town again, price werent bad although I went during the grand opening sale, hopefully they dont skyrocket like the last Ace that was there. Staff was helpful & friendly.

Prices are nothing to talk about but the customer service is great and they are always willing to help.

I barely ever need to go here, but when I did the other day they helped me find a solution that didnt actually require me to buy anything there! Thats very noble customer service, so next time I need something Ill come back here.

Ace hardware is where u go when I need a part but dont feel like driving far. They are overpriced but if you only need 1 or 2 plumbing fittings you can save by not driving to a better supply store.
