Wow. Im shocked at some of the other reviews I just read. Totally not the Ion Faucet I know. Have been coming here for years and know everyone that works there all the way to the owners. I have had nothing but an amazing, warm experience. Theyre super knowledgeable and go out of their way to answer any questions I have. Great place to go!

This place is a huge support & The staff is absolutely friendly! It’s the perfect place to go to For our water needs / accessories! They even host a well organized business training several times throughout the month!!It’s safe to say Ionfaucet in fountain valley is the best!!

This is a very very poor place to go to get any kind of product or work done. The manager / owner of this business is a very poor communicator and extremely rude to the customers. I would guess the only thing that keeps them in business is the fact that they sort of have a captive clientele due to the speciality of the product that they sell because it sure isnt the warm, friendly and informative personality of the management / ownership of this company. At least thats been my experience, unfortunately and when given the opportunity to apologize they didnt take it and use it. They decided instead to double down and make it worse. I wish the experience would have been better but it wasnt.

They have everything you need for your water ionizer from faucets to filters to designer water bottles and printed material to share the wonderful news of our amazing water the staff is really helpful and does everything it can to make sure you have everything you need.

I buy my supplies for my kangen machine & Dianna has always been so helpful. They carry all kinds of products that help with my machine & even bottles for sharing water.

Always super knowledgeable about their products and helping my clients with any questions! Warm experience ecspecially the days they hold Kangen demos!!!

BEST KANGEN WATER supplies!

I bought a bpa free water bottle it was really expensive and after a week my bottles smelled like plastic...I wanted to get an exchange but they refused to give me one these guys are liers...I didnt even get a receipt from them they are thieves!!!!!

It was a terrible experience. The ladies in front are beyond rude. I would say hostile. Their scam is to sell water cards, then deny access to the water.
