I never write reviews, in fact I usually internally roll my eyes whenever a sales person asks me to write a review for them. I cannot say enough about our designer Bea. She created a beautiful new set up for our kitchen. Not only that she was incredibly responsive and proactive in helping us. She was quick to respond to our litany of changes, but she was also proactive in reaching out to us to make sure that we were getting her the information she needed. She sent us designs quickly by email to make sure that she was keeping with what she wanted. If all of this was not enough, when our contractor had some questions about the size -- Bea called him on her off day. She truly cares in creating something beautiful and a total professional. If you are going to 405 Cabinets and Stone -- ask for Bea!

These are beautiful cabinets with a great use of real wood and soft close doors and drawers for a fair price. I am so glad my contractor recommended them. However to enhance your experience here are a few tips. Make sure that they give the the specs of the sinks that will fit into the farm sink cabinets. We had an unfortunate miscommunication with mine and had to return a sink and find a smaller one quickly during worldwide shortages. Make sure that the person picking up the cabinets double checks the bill of lading against the items that are being loaded on the truck. 405 did not provide all cabinets ordered on pick up day and my contractor was unaware until the install started. Thirdly, ensure that 405 provides the narrow scribe to trim your cabinets and a touchup wax pen with your order. The crown molding kit does not include these necessities. These tips should help prevent the inconveniences that we had so that you can thoroughly enjoy your cabinet buying experience. We are exceptionally happy with the finished product.

Ive been using this company as our source of RTA cabinet for the last few years and I have to say they carry the highest quality cabinets. Great finish and quality wood and hardware. Joanne is been my go to person to provide design and estimate. She is very knowledgeable and knows their stuff inside out.Highly recommended to any contractor or homeowner in need of cabinet.

Can’t say enough about how great my experience was with 405 Cabinets & Stone in Fountain Valley. I’d give them a ten (10) if possible.Worked with Max starting in January 2021, I went through five drafts before final design. Max was patience, informative, responsive to my changes and questions.The on-site workers were great. Cleaned up during the day and before they left for the day. I’ve had the cabinets and countertop now for about a month and am impressed every time I walk into my kitchen.Excellent cabinet and stone quality; Excellent installation; great customer service!!!!

Great selection and value, and amazing customer service.I remodeled my kitchen more than 9 yrs ago. I just came back to the store for an hardware replacement. The drawer slides where I hide my trash can was broken. I was hoping that the store still selling the same type of hardware used in my drawer. While I was waiting to get help, I wandered around the show room and checked out the trash can drawer. I was sad to see that the hardware design was changed. I would have to make some modification if the slides are not the same.Much to my surprise, after taking a look at the photos of my broken slides one of the associates told me that they still have that old type of slide available (for replacement only). They have been switching to the new and more reliable one, but theyre still stocking the old ones for replacement. I was relieved. Saving me time and effort. Best of all, the replacement hardware are free for customer.I dont know how many more stores that offer this type of service, but the 405 Cabinets & Stone does. No wonder their business has been expanding and flourished.If youre planning to remodel your kitchen and bathroom, check them out.

Very professional. Son has my kitchen drawn up on the computer fast and helped me design what I was looking for. The installation teams were excellent at what they do. They were fast and clean. I would highly recommend this place.

We met with Mina and she calculated all our measurements. She made our experience easy and affordable. I wanted blue cabinets and I got blue cabinets. I would recommend having them build the cabinets if you can, they aren’t too hard but they are more geared for professionals vs instructional ikea furniture builds. Our cabinets are beautiful and we are very happy. Son also helped us and if you pay cash you get a discount !

I have heard of this store from friends that they have the best of selections of Kitchen cabinets in town so I swing by to check it out. There were customers being helped by the staff, some just walking around looking at the Products. A very nice lady named Sally was helping me and showing me around the store so I could pick out what was in my mind. She was so patient with me and explained everything to me thoroughly . Finally, she gave me a quote from what I wanted which was very impressive. They also have a large number of Kitchen selections in the store so you could select. I probably would come back to this store after double checks on measurement before a final decision is made.

Im a general contractor and Ive been using these cabinets for 10 years. The quality is better than everything else around and that includes the big box stores. You can probably get comparable or better cabinets with custom cabinets but that would cost a lot more money

Sally was amazing! She helped me out through the whole process of ordering and designing my kitchen! No pressure at all! Competitive pricing too! About half of what others wanted to charge me. Paid approximately $3,600 compared to $7,350! Highly recommend 405 cabinets to everyone! Ask for Sally🔥🔥 !

This review is for the amazing customer service we experienced with John. He was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the entire time with our cabinet purchase. We even had to make a change after we had our cabinets installed - we originally wanted to put a hood above our stove but ended up putting a microwave instead, and John helped us find a trim piece that matched the empty area above the microwave perfectly. Everytime we had a question, about anything, he was readily available and so helpful. We are very very happy with our cabinets and highly recommend using John to help with the process- he’s a big reason why we had such a great experience.

I finally got my dream kitchen done thanks to Son @ 405 Cabinets. Sons very professional and creative when it comes to design. The cabinet is functional, high quality with reasonable pricing. Will definitely come back again for another kitchen project.

I finished with my master bath about 4 months ago and chose my master bath vanity from 405 Cabinets and Stone. I have to say that I am a real bargain shopper. I must have gone to 8 or 9 cabinet stores as well as a custom cabinet maker. I chose 405 as they were the best quality and the best price. They may not have a huge selection of styles and stain colors but what I found was exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt believe the price I was quoted for my 72 solid piece (not 3 separate pieces) vanity.It has the quiet closing doors and drawers. The sales people were very nice, gave me a printed quote and that was it. They also have drawers/doors hardware but I had already found mine at another place. I highly recommend you give them a look.

Joanne was absolutely amazing! I have remodeled a lot of kitchens and have worked with many different kitchen designers across three states. None of them came close to being as knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and efficient as Joanne. In a class by herself, she asked insightful questions, offered good solutions to known challenges, and was honest and direct throughout the entire process.

We ordered kitchen cabinets and quality was great but their prices are hi compare to DJJ cabinets.Farm sink cabinet they sold had to modified in order to install the farm sink. Make sure the farm sink you purchase your measurements are the same. Our was same but still had to pay extra to contractor to modify the cabinet.

They had cabinets ready for us in a week. They mistakenly provided us with a wrong part, but accepted responsibility and replaced the part even though our contractor had already cut it. Good cabinets at a good price.

The folk are amazing.

I am a DIYer and I have used their cabinet products 2 separate times. The cabinets are easy to assemble and great quality. Excellent product at a fair price! They have a couple of additional styles in the store compared to their website so if you have the chance, go to the store and ask questions. We saw a vanity in the display room and my wife asked if they had that style in cabinets as well and they did. They just got the style in and didnt have it on the web yet or a display room built, but it was available for purchase. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They will help with design and are not pushy or aggressive in trying to make a sale. The cabinets are in stock and on site so you can pick up immediately. I have no problem driving 1 hour each way to buy cabinets here for my various home remodeling projects because of the great product, fair prices, and kind staff. Definitely worth the drive!

Wooow. At first they are very nice and take care of you. But after you pay them everything changes. When you give them the list they will add couple more items and will let you know if you dont use it bring it back. We tried to return 1 Drawer in original box now they give us excuse and tell us the return policy is only valid for 14days

She created detailed drawings of the cabinetry and countertop of our kitchen and bathroom remodel layouts to help us visualize how the overall look of our kitchen and bathroom will be. She advised us on the right choice of the countertop material, kitchen sink, and hardware. She worked closely with another designer named Khoa (Ken) to carefully refine the cabinet design to make sure our appliances have perfect fit and are functional. No shortage of sales associates but a very busy establishment. Once we were helped there was no time limit assisting us. Discussed our kitchen remodle ideas and voila, they appeared as a 3-D CAD rendering. As for enventory, darn near a one-stop shop experience.

Horrible customer service

Cabinets are all made in China. The emplyees are very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I did not purchase any because I wanted European style cabinets and they dont carry them.Their prices seem to be pretty competitive for what they do have.

Great place! I stopped in to get an estimate on kitchen cabinets. Someone was working with me within 10 minutes. (I am hispanic btw, and felt NO discrimination, everyone was VERY nice). We havent bought our cabinets yet, but we will be ordering through them. They are super knowledgable and do not try to up sell you. I left with a printed quote (very reasonable) and CAD (computer aided design) pictures of my potential kitchen. Super excited to get started. I will update the review with pictures once I install them.

Varied selections for cabinets and countertops。Bought 2 pieces of countertop， one is 3-side ready made for a matching vanity and the other is 2-side ready for customizing. The 3-side ready one has some scratches on front end and backsplash with defects. Because the backsplash is wrapped with plastics, my wife didnt check when picking up and so we have to live with it since its installed. I changed design in middle of remodeling of master bathroom so I returned the other piece. I paid 25% restocking fee. I think its fair to say that the store provides good services and products for those who look for bargain and service reps are polite. But just be cautious if you want to purchase. Returns will be costly.
