So sad to say this because I have gotten many things embroidered here however today I called to ask a question about embroidering a logo onto a hat I already have and before I could finish asking the gentleman on the other side of the line said I am sorry good bye..... really? You cant wait to hear my entire question and just assume you dont want or cannot do it??? I guess they have enough business and dont need any extra.... sad to say will never go back to them again.

Always gives a reasonable price and the quality is great. Very accommodating and turn around time is acceptable. Been using him for close to 5 years now.
