Fountain Valley Costco pharmacy is terrific. They are helpful, personable an always have a smile to go along with the information needed. Theyve been taking great care of me and my family for several years. I love the timely text reminders too!

The woman I got off the phone with was super rude. I understand everything about customer service and I understand how things can be busy and what it’s like to encounter rude customers. I was nothing but polite and I had a simple question and the pharmacist on the was nothing but rude.

They tend to be really slow and not interactive with guests(union store). Great prices on meds which is why we come here, but pharmacy is the worse. My doctor would send over my prescription electronically around 9am, these people would not work on it until I came in around 2 to pick it up. They told me the same old story, we just received it or we are backed up, blah blah blah. I dont care about your sad stories, I gave you over 4 hours to get the meds ready...

Worst pharmacy in the area. No phone call when the medication is ready. Log wait time for drop off and pick up. Disrespectful staff.
