They gentlemen picking up my fridge went mostly nice. Until leaving when they tried to push his side business as a deck installer. Very unprofessional.

Customer Service here needs a lot of improvement.. Staff is okay but self improvement when it comes treating customers as people and not numbers . Putting more effort in the customer service value needs to be reinforced .. Teamwork starts from the top and it trickles down, focus on outcome not income..

In the beginning of November I had put $15.00 down online for a Nintendo Switch and than a Pac Man arcade. I did receive a phone call saying they were out of the Switch but if I could come in to fill out the paperwork for the Pac Man arcade I had went into the store filled out portions but I didnt have a few important information that was needed and never went back. The next day I ended up having a family emergency where I was gone for 2 weeks with just returning to town yesterday. To my surprise I receive a rental agreement dated 11/19/2020 with my name on it. I never okayed and wanted this product that I am even more upset that someone signed and dated a contract without my permission. How can a company do this without the go ahead from the customer? Dont 2 people have to settle on a contract isnt that the way it works now a days or when you dont hear back from a customer you just sign and date their name to a contract? I am definitely not interested in ever renting from a company that does business like this also I am not spending my off day seeing who to contact in regards to this.

I went into this location a few times. The customer service was excellent, and by far the best I have ever had! After visiting very recently to sign up an account, I noticed a change in the atmosphere. Staff is now very unfriendly and not helpful. I dont know whats gone wrong with this store, but I will NOT return! Just to name a few workers, Flo and Charles are beyond rude! I have several friends that have left due to feeling like they were not treated fairly and the lack of respect is appalling. Word of mouth gets around, and I will not recommend this location. Now that Mike is no longer there, you will have many customers not want to come back. People skills mean everything, learn to have them!

Just relocated to Fountain and was looking to get some new furniture. DO NOT go to this business. They never returned phone calls, changed our delivery date and time without even telling us, and tried to charge new prices for used furniture that they already charge double for anyway.

My family and I are loyal to everyone at this location! Excellent customer service and great deals! I also would like to give a thanks to Michael for being a perfect example in creating an exceptional experience every time we come in!!

This place is terrible, They make me wait for a washer that I already paid for 2 weeks, then they delivered a non working one. SMH

The staff here WAS friendly!!! Key staff members are now gone and I will not come back to this store! Many people will bring their stuff back soon, count on that! I also paid my bills on time! You lost a great customer! Unprofessional, rude and degrading people work there now! If I could give them zero stars, I would have!

People working there are very nice but when u miss payments because u are not home or out of town every time they want to go to your place Which would be some guy and try’s to open your door for some unacceptable reason is or should be illegal to do so no matter what because the guy shouldn’t be doing that because other laws can be applied against him and the business.

I have been a customer since this place was new image, i have to be honest i am pleased with the change of staff it should have happened years ago, i had called several times to complain about Shirley to the manager who then was Mike, I have never in my life came across such a rude obnoxious person as Shirley Was, But my complaints seemed to be swept under the rug and encouraged by her upper supervisors, there is a right way and wrong way to speak to your customers, i had sent my stuff back due to the lack of respect they gave their loyal customers, i ended up giving them another shot, nothing had changed, to my surprise the 80 calls a day stopped one day Hmmmm thats odd😊 then to my surprise again people with respect began calling, I went in to make my payment met the new staff, WOW how anyone can say they are not friendly is beyond me, amazing people now running this store they care about you and how you are they care to work with you if youre in a bind they care about building that customer relationship i will 100% be buying more stuff Thank You guys you helped me get through a very difficult situation in which i am still dealing with, Thank you

Ok so far i havent had a single issue i have rented two products for the last three months kept up with payments and never had an issue im giving it four stars because its only been three monthsjust a tip pay a day early instead so that you dont get botheredthese people have to deal with a lot of low income families who will be late on their payments or not pay at all. again i havent had any issues yet.im planing on getting 2 more items

The lady that works there is awful. We just had her show up at our house unannounced demanding payment. Funny thing is we already paid this payment! She was wrong. None the less she was beyond rude. Calling us names and cursing at us. And then to show up at our house?! Heck. No. We are loading the washer and dryer up and dropping them off tonight. We are about to PCS, so until then, we will take our business to Aarons. Please save yourself from this awful business. Oh and I should mention we just got this washer three days ago and it doesnt work. So there is that.

Check your bill!We already paid off the item we got from them then after a couple of months of having it completely paid off, they included the item back in our bill.Ridiculous!

Worst people to deal with never been late on a payment but yet every other weekend I get a phone call demanding my payment

Theres one specific employee that works in this location that is absolutely awful. She will harass you, get an attitude with you, and send you very unprofessional letters in the mail. I have called the store manager, district manager, and corporate and nothing has been done. I will never go through them ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely terrible.
