Employee Julian was great and very much appreciated. He was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. He tested my old battery and alternator, confirmed my suspicion that the battery had run its course. A few minutes later he had installed my new battery and I was good to go. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped me out with my car battery. I believe one was training the other. My car was acting weird and I suspected the battery. They checked my battery before I committed to buying a new one and installed it for me. They even double and triple checked that the battery they had in stock would fit my car. Measured it twice. Thank you guys! It was much appreciated!

My husband tried to return some items but I wasnt with him to do the return because it was my card. Which is fine store policy. But we had to go to the original autozone to return the items and get a new part that they said was at this store which was a lie. Try to return items only for it to show in the system that it was returned, which it clearly was not and we still had the items and the receipt. If you return items it will say it already returned when it is not. Beware they are scams

They must have put all the new employees on one shift because their knowledge on cars was essentially non existent even as something as simple as a fuse. Only the manager which is always busy knows anything about cars.

Every time with out fail they sell you the wrong parts. I’ve given up on this place. They obviously hire people who have no clue what they’re doing and the once in a blue moon I try and give them another chance they still mess up hard core. Go somewhere that the employees actually know what they’re doing.

Being told your parts are not from them, and youre trying to pull a fast one on then while youre holding your receipt and the computer part picture matches whats in your handis very VERY disrespectful, save your self the time and drive to one in the springs.

There is a guy named Miguel A and, ROBERT W. He helps alot. He seems to really enjoy what he is doing. Came outside to check on the part I needed and he even installed it for me. I could tell the cashier was newer the computer wouldnt give me the discount so we were delayed for a short minute but she kept her cool and acted professionally, ended up saving me 20 bucks on a 50 dollar purchase so I can say I was pleased with my visit ., This is a busy store to so as anywhere dont walk in there if your in a hurry .

I wish I caught the gentlemans name that helped me pick out a new headlight bulb for my car. He was absolutely so patient and helpful. I had no idea what the hell I was trying to buy. Running light, headlight, daylight, high beam, all the same to me, BUT this man took the time to come outside and look at my car and figure out exactly what I needed AND explain the different brightness of the bulbs. So helpful. Best service ever. Thank you!

Been going to for mechanical needs on vechicles I have worked and repaired DIY for over 2 decades. Mostly Chevys, perfer, along with domestics and imports over the years. Location in Fountain, Colorado is the most I go to, along with the one on S. Academy the backup. The one I did like was one in Memphis TN back in 2001. Was actually 24 hours which havent seen or known since. Mostly the service employers encountered nice and helpful with store system aknowledgement. Highly recommend with competitors highly priced or more likely to turn to if they cant accomidate. (OReillys seems for the upper class, NAPA likely was the middle man before internet was around)

I needed to buy a jack for my car. The gentleman pointed me out a hydraulic jack, opened the package, and showed me hownthe jack works. I strongly recommend this store, especially if you have a beginners knowledge of cars as I do.

Easy and quick to buy automobile parts and others. Very clean but some products are a bit pricey.

Very affordable auto parts, and a friendly and helpful staff. They will even install some items on your car right in their parking lot. Didnt give 5 stars because they sold me the wrong part, once at this location and one other. I forgive them for that, and they apologized and made it right. They have the best battery warranty I know of, and replaced mine twice for no charge. They will also charge your dead battery for free!

If youre a autozoner or a customer... Keith is a store manager that can keep a store with a great atmosphere. Its truly amazing how his staff are required to treat their customers. If youre a customer, ask for Keith he really knows what he is talking about. He will get you taken care of even if he doesnt have the part he will get you going in the right direction.

I like to go to autozone before taking my car to the shop whenever I have an issue. The people here are always so helpful in explaining what the issue is. Marcelo, who got some codes for me when my service engine light came on really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He explained what the issues could be in detail, suggested some trouble shooting I can do to possibly fix it, and even got under the hood to tighten some loose screws that could potentially be causing issues. Definitely recommend this location, Ive never had a bad experience here.

2 weekends in a row called in to order a part that they do not stock. Counter person says they order and tells you when to come in. You wait and wait until that time and drive in to find out again that no one knows anything, don’t have part, don’t know where it is or why they said come in. You know youre at a great place when they recognize you as soon as you walk in the door. These guys are amazing.

Im getting real tired of the staff taking their cigarette breaks directly in front of the doors or 5 feet to one side. Thank goodness this time I was already finished and inside my vehicle. This time one of them even threw his cigarette butt down on the pavement. Its total disregard for its customers and the law is appalling to me, especially since I have health triggers associated with such odors.Its bad enough when customers do it, but when employees do it, its beyond disrespectful.

Staff helped my daughter out. Only sold her the parts she needed. Did tell her or sell her anything she didnt need. Put the new battery in for her too.

Just remember they are not mechanics, they cant diagnose your vehicle and tell you what is wrong with it. They will give you advice but you need to take it into a shop.

Employees are happy to help. Does get busy at times. So be prepared to wait.
