This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a shoe store hands down.My time in the store was fine, with minimal contact with employees until Luz came over and started trying on the same shoes my mother was trying on.At check out we were greeted by Luz, then interrupted by the other employee, (did not catch her name) with a conversation about the previous customer in the store and Luz turned from us and had a full conversation with her sorting boxes.While scanning our shoes I tried to hand her my phone to scan the email coupon I had. She ignored my email coupon and asked for my mothers email. I told her we had a coupon already and she said thats yours, not hers. After arguing a bit she finally decided it didnt matter whos coupon it was and she would accept it.Once she gave us the receipt of our purchase, she hesitated to put one of the pairs of shoes in my mothers bag. She put the shoes that were officially ours on the floor and tried them on. She then commented on how cute they were and scanned them again to see if she had her size in stock before finally putting them in the bag.I can excuse Luz trying on the shoes my mother had picked out, but I cannot excuse the fact that she tried them on again after purchase without permission. She was extremely, extremely unprofessional.

Anyone who LOVES shoes and a killer bargain needs to get to Payless now. Stocked up on slippers and socks for Christmas gifts. Bought my own Mothers day gifts- my husband loved it. Win, win!

Really ridiculous. Whoever is the cashier argues with customers pretty much calling them liars. Lost my sons shoes that we ordered within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with them confirming the order had arrived. Really? I just talked to you and you say you have the shoes. . We get there and you lost them. All they can do is refund the card, how about re ordering them? Then when I am wondering why the order took so long to arrive at store you argue with me saying you called me last week. I WENT IN THERE LAST WEEK AND YOU DIDNT HAVE THEM. Wasted everyones time. Stupidity. Horrible customer service.

Manager wont honor the clearance prices. Rude and will ignore you when your standing right infront of them. Would not even waste your time here. Go to another payless and save yourself some time and headache

Not impressed with shoe stores that carry memory foam anyting. Memory foam is cheap and fake, it is a horrible substitute for a real rubber. And leaving their stocking stuff everywhere like ladders and stuff was annoying.

Too bad theyre going out of business. Seems like a nice store.

Friendly service, clean, limited size selection

Very friendly person working there but unfortunately I couldnt buy any shoes because they were out of the size I needed of every shoe I picked out for my 2 girls.

If they dont have it they offer to order it for you. I love this location the owner is an Asian lady & always says if she doesnt have it shell try and order it.
