I’ve been using this location for the past 4 years or so, I always get great and quick service. Customer service today really stuck out as the crew went above and beyond for me. I originally came in for a flat repair and the guys were able to identify an issue with my TPMS. Price was very fair to have it addressed (sensor replaced) and they had it done quicker than they had originally promised. Even with me not originally buying my tires from this location (Bought them out of state.) the crew always treats us good.Brandi and Brandon did a really good job taking care of everything for me. Amazing customer service. Great staff. Very helpful. We had a blowout on our RV while traveling in the area. I spoke with Brandon to arrange getting the tires I needed shipped same-day, and fitted that afternoon. These guys cared that I got exactly what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Brandon even rewelded the spare bracket on the back of the RV.Thats a big thank you from me, and a strong recommendation for this place.

The guys that work here are very nice and helpful. They explained everything that they were going to do for my crosstrek.They did an oil change, topped off the fluids, checked the pressure of my tires and let me drop off my vehicle earlier than my appointment.They have the waiting area really nicely spaced out.

Hailey was so incredibly helpful this morning. She checked my tire pressure and assured me that theres no nail in it and the bead isnt leaking, but if it continues to lose pressure that it would be taken off and remounted. Customer service is outstanding!!

These guys are absolutely PHENOMINAL! I made the mistake of buying 4 new tires (KO2 315 70R17) from discount. Went back 3 different times because the balance was not right. Not only did the tech personally come talk to me on recommendations, she brought me into the bay and showed me the road force test and asked me how I would like to proceed. Got a flat a block down the road. Luckily I made it here safely. Matt took care of me right away. Super nice and friendly. Went ahead and got 4 new tires. Matt even put my gallon of milk in their fridge while I waited! Thanks guys!

Called and asked if they did oil changes. The answer is yes. For what I thought was a fairly cheap price until I realized after my oil change that they don’t change out the air filter. Again they are not in the oil change business so they were probably unaware that every oil change place I’ve ever been to has changed the air filter as well. The staff was a little rude and they didn’t give me any paper showing the services completed nor did they put a sticker in my car with the mileage. I had to come back to tell them I wanted something showing either the miles at the change of service or when they think it should be changed. My car also started shaking when in neutral when I got it back. Not sure what they did to it.As far as tires go, we’ve had a good experience here.

Excellent customer service, friendly and comfortable environment! This is the only place I go for tires. Brandon and the crew here are phenomenal and take great care of my vehicles. I had an off road project that other places told me they couldnt do what I wanted. When I first called Les Schwab Brandon answered the phone and said no problem. He even had experience with my particular vehicle and got the job done when no one else would. I have the utmost trust in the work they perform and the care they take of my familys vehicles. I just got a new truck and had them do tires and wheels all the way around plus a leveling kit. I could not be happier with the setup I got! Thanks again everyone for all your hard work!

I had an awesome experience there I got wheels and tires put on my Avalanche and I got tires put on my little Geo Tracker they did a great job the guys there go above and beyond I asked for my spare tire to be put in the back and they put it away underneath the truck where its supposed to go

Always bring my vehicles to this Les Schwab if theres any issues. Customer service is awesome, they always get it taken care of quickly and efficiently. Of course theres a wait sometimes, but have you ever been to a mechanic/repair shop that didnt have a wait every once in a while?

Wow, I own to vehicles and one of them had a flat tire. So I took the entire wheel to the shop and in less than 5 minutes they told me to leave it and when they finished with it they will call me. After 15 minutes I got the call from them telling me that my tire was good to go. When I show up to the shop they told me that it was no charge for it and if I needed any help with my vehicle to come back. These people are the best tire store around here. I will recommended 100% to anyone that have an issue with your vehicle, I wish that I can give you 10 Starts. Thanks!!!

I went to get a price for tires and brakes, as soon as I got out of my vehicle Brandon was there ready to help. After checking my tires and brakes he told me I didnt need tires and brakes right now and as much as I wanted them because the money was burning a hole in my wallet, I was good to go for at least another winter. Over the years I have dealt with several different tire centers in the Colorado Springs area! None had very good service. Les Schwab center in Fountain was the BEST ever. All their folks were knowledgeable and courtesy. For everything tires it is the place to go!!

Very knowledgeable and passionate staff that will steer you in the right direction. They were able to get us a smaller wheel that fit our renegade and significantly larger tires when no other store in town could. They also fixed our squeaky brakes. Exceptional service, staff, and warranty.

The staff was friendly and courteous, they were informative and took care of my services quickly. I was able to buy tires as well as get an alignment at the same time. I will be returning there in the future when its time for new tires or some other maintenance is needed. I would recommend this place to others as they perform many services that you might need.

Spoke with Brandon over the phone about details for a Firestone Ride-Rite air bag kit and he was more than helpful! After frustrations with a national back order he had me squared away in no time. 10/10 would recommend!!!

These guys are amazing. The best auto shop in all the Springs. If you have a tire that is leaking air and can be patched they will do it for free. They did this for me as well as replaced a head lamp bulb and oil change with topping all my fluids off for 90 something. Much cheaper than Big O or anywhere else. I brought my car in for these things and was out in under 30 minutes. The people who work here are also very polite. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

Amazing!!! I dont even know where to start. Ive been going to Les Schwab since I moved here in 2017. The staff is always very friendly and so helpful! If it is a damaged tire or air you need in your tires, they are there for you in a few seconds. Recently we bought new rims and tires and the lady that works there took her time to show us examples and talk about everything we need to know. The nice gentleman that did the wheel mounting was also very friendly and told us what will be done. They were done so quick! We came back and the result was amazing! They did such a good job on the mounting. We will definitely do the suspension lift next!

I stopped by in a bit of a panic 30 minutes before they closed today. Michael evaluated the tire I was worried about that looked to have a huge gash on the side. I live over an hour away so this was a huge concern. He checked it out and found that it was safe for me to drive home then took time to check all my tire pressures before sending me on my way. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and giving me that peace of mind before my journey home! Yes, its over an hour away, but Ill be back for new tires since the other ones I ordered elsewhere are taking far too long (a few weeks and two delays so far). You cannot put a price on amazing customer service and Michael definitely proved that today! Thank you so much again!!!

Heard this place was expensive so wasnt expecting to actually get tires when I went in. To my pleasant surprise they had a great deal. I got 2 tires for less than $200 everything included. They had me out of there with no appointment in less than 45 mins. Definitely reccomend and will be back for next tires.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a tire shop or any other auto place. I bought tires here and the price was cheaper than other places in town and they had the tires in stock. Great service and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees.Very grateful for their assistance with a flat tire I had this morning. The Monday started off as worse as it could, and Les Schwab got me in and out of the door with a plugged and latched tire within 15 minutes. Best of all, they said they would cover the cost. Extremely grateful and they really helped then my terrible Monday morning around. I will be coming here for all of my brakes, pads, tires, etc. business needs for all my vehicles from here out.

I’ve gone into this location twice to get a nail/screw in my tire repaired. Each time, I was treated with the utmost respect. I can be a pain, and they always take care of everything they can as well as inform, explain and show me what is going on. No pressure if I say no. As a female this is extremely important to me as well when maintaining vehicles. Though I haven’t spent money in there, they have treated me like a million dollar client. Very welcoming staff, even in the midst of this pandemic. I definitely plan to send business to this specific location and bring my vehicles in for my next alignment. Thank you to the double B’s (Brandon and Bryan) for all your help.

Always had great experiences before today. Charged $42.50 for new 3rd party tire mount and balance amidst covid, since other shops are closed. It was $170 total, they used to charge 15 per tire, $45 total. They are taking advantage of people and capitalizing on the situation. Find a more customer oriented company. Two people behind me in line had the same complaints. If I would have known before hand, I would have done the mounting at Walmart when they open back up, for $12 a tire.

The only critical comment I have is that they (employees) should have provided more product information education and training.

These people are crooks. They try to take advantage of people to fix thing they messed up in the first place.

Between myself and my family we’ve probably spent the last 20 years going to another tire place that rhymes with “discount tire”. I was in a pinch and needed immediate help with a tire. It’s impressive they can be just as busy as the other place but twice as fast. You have earned my repeat business here

Took our vehicle here for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it would take a little over an hour to finish the service. They HAD OUR VEHICLE FOR almost 2 HOURS and NEVER EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT. We took our vehicle back and didnt get the work done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, they DO NOT VALUE and RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME.

Visited this Les Schab Tire Center for a courtesy brake inspection. I was in and out in a short period of time with the assurance my brakes were all good. That feeling of confidence knowing I will continue to brake safely is paramount to me. For that I am grateful to Matt and the other employees for making people safer in their vehicles.

Recently had an unexpected issue with a tire, I limped it in and was met IN THE PARKING LOT by an employee BEFORE I had even shut my car off. I explained what happened, they got my car in right away and less than 15 minutes I was all patched up and on my way. Outstanding service 👍. Im dabbling in the idea of new tires/rims. I had a bolt in my tire so I came to Les Schwab to get it repaired. Customer service was immediate and excellent. They repaired my tire in about 10 minutes when my dealership told me it would take 1 hour. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Bought 2 new tires from this place less than a month ago and when I went back to buy two more new tires, they told me 3 of my tires needed replacement...Service however was good as someone runs out to greet you as soon as you pull in to the parking lot and they are great at listening to your concerns and reviewing with you any issues found with your vehicle. Two of my tires were fixed due to leaks but one tire still was not able to maintain the right pressure which is why I went back for two new ones. Questionable service tactics and recommendations as I am a former mechanic but I get the drill...

Had picked up a nail in my tire. Called the place, yes, come right over. I went, sat for a few minutes, car was fixed. No problems, pleasant waiting area with an excellent view of the mountains! People were very friendly and courteous. Best of all my steering wheel was NOT greasy! Many times, at other places, my steering wheel or gear shift lever has been left greasy. I highly recommend this place for your car care.

I dropped in to get my tire patched expecting to pay $10-$20. After about a 20 minute wait (not bad at all) I had my tire patched and wasnt charged a penny!!! They are super polite and helpful. Ill be back.

Been going here for years and they always did all my tire work (i do everything else), bought 4 new tires from them last year and had to give up the car due to the hail storm. went in today to get see if they would balance and rotate my stuff but was told since this is a new car they couldnt balance it without charging me and when they went to rotate my tires they always come back telling me my tires are down to the last tread and i have to buy new ones. wont be taking my stuff to them again.

If one of the mechanics hadnt caught the bubble in my tire at the last minute before I drove to denver, my tire would have blown and theres no telling what would have happened to me and my dog..I truly appreciate them and that they practically saved my life!

Today was my first time at a Les Schwab. I have always been a Discount Tire guy but today I am a total believer in Les Schwab and this will always be my store. Customer Service is great and they are upfront with a total cost for service. Matt greeted me outside and took care of me from start to finish. This is based solely on us stopping in to ask if they have air...We have never purchased tires from Les Schwab because there wasnt one conveniently located. The asst manager was super friendly. He quickly provided us with air in all 4 tires and did a free tire assessment. We asked how they compare to a competitor and he was honest about pricing. I was very impressed with his demeanor and was happy to learn that they provide all their employees with good compensation and benefits, which is why they may not necessarily beat the competition with pricing every time...their tire warranties are also not extra...I am 100% convinced after this brief experience that they bring it when it comes to service and will be buying my tires from them soon because of this experience.
