Another great Menards experience but at a different location. The employees were super helpful and very nice. I could not have asked for better interactions with them. The store was very clean and organized and it was a real treat to peruse the aisles and think about all the future projects awaiting me. Right now, with the 11% rebate, it is hard not to keep going there and shopping. They have everything one could possibly want or need. Great job, Menards!

I came to buy some flooring and I was lucky enough to meet Zach, the floor covering manager, and he was amazing!! This man was so patient and explained every detail about the floor and how to install it. In fact, I asked if we could take a few planks out of the box and do an example on the floor and he happily obliged! He then loaded all the flooring I needed onto a big cart and brought me to the knife I needed and, then to the register. But before he said goodbye, he requested someone to help me load it into my truck and he gave me his card to call him with questions. I did call him a little while later and he, again patiently, answered my questions and was very pleasant! This man deserves a raise! Thank you Zach, you are awesome!

Went because there was a sale on hanging basket planters. Worked with a lovely associate named Debbie who was so very helpful and pleasant as well. Many of the plants looked neglected, but she was trying to get them all watered in between answering my many questions If I owned a garden center, I would steal her away!

Menards is one of my favorite stores because of the SNACKS. The chocolate covered almonds are great and the Wallaby licorice is my favorite.

I mostly go here for pet food and supplies. Im very picky about my food for my very large dogs. Convenient grocery section if I dont want to make another trip to a grocery store...also very cheap dog toys (mine destroy them in 1 day...but theyre $2 for a day of fun)

Everyone was very helpful was greeted by a young lady behind the customer service desk who also cashiered me out for the propane refill. Then another young lady with an accent came out and refilled my propane and was very nice. Loved my experience today!

Got everything I needed, and checked out easily. Just wish I didnt have to do the paperwork to get my rebate, and that the prices were just that low to begin with and not need the rebate hassle.

I was overwhelmed by the way that a Menards employee, by the name of Jack assisted me in the Garden department. I needed pea gravel and instead of directing me to the aisle, he went with me and loaded the quite heavy bags onto my cart. I also had several plants and hanging basket which filled the cart. I was pleased that Jack offered to help me with getting the cart to check out and picking up some additional items I needed. I cannot say enough about this young man, he is a credit to the Menards organization. 5 stars for the attention and courtesies extended by Jack.He even loaded up my car. When I tried to tip him he refused, he stated it was company policy Go Jack!

Menards is nothing special it might or might not have what you want. Trailer tires are overpriced which is what I went for. Guess what I didnt buy them since overpriced.

The store and staff are just fine. It is the Menards private label brands that they carry that you should avoid. I.E. Tuscany brand, that have the wrong phone number printed on them, and if they have discontinued an item like a shower valve you wont be able to find replacement parts for their low quality brands. If you notice, nothing on the Menards website has customer review options...because their private label brands would receive terrible reviews.What should be a 20-40 dollar cartridge swap will end up being a 2,000 dollar plumbers bill due to the lack of product support.

Typical big box home improvement store. Still trying to figure out where everything is after they changed some of the store layout over a year ago. It is easier to find help compared to the compitition across the street

Had everything we needed.

The store was very well stocked and the employees were so very helpful! The one Christmas display that I was interested in was not lit and the employee went out of his way to open a new box and plug that in so I could see the demonstration of lights and hear the music. In these trying times its wonderful to see such helpful and enthusiastic clerks

Great prices and sales.

I wish I could put zero stars. My boyfriend and I went here to spend $1200 on tile. We went to the flooring department, the workers were busy assisting other customers, so I went to find someone else to see if they could help us. When I finally found someone he proceeded to tell me I have to go back to the flooring department and I have to find someone there, that he could not help me or help find an associate that could help. Terrible customer service. We will not be shopping here or buying our items for our bathroom remodel from here.

Their objective is make you aggressive ergo, giving them the right to victimized themselves and then ask you never to return because your now harassing.8pm  I called the front desk Manager (Ashley) explaining how we were sold contaminated Diamond Crystal salt and if Menards could look up my receipt with my credit card. I assured Ashley I would be at the store in 15 minutes with evidence of how to save the stock by showing her the discoloration, smell and comparison Manufactures stamp Vs the un rotated stock.After arriving I was met by Denver (Taller Women) as a means to intimidate and deflect the real reason I actually came in. She lied about printing the receipt 2 times and then after attempting to ignore me at the front desk using an old lady employee as look out while she had her back towards me knowing Im going to ask for a refund at this point.  As fate would have it, the printer to the Kiosk which printed the receipt was broken, and Denver told me I had to take a picture and then show it to her at the front desk. Its all a scam. A store is not allowed to refuse to print a receipt upon request, nor deny a customer a full refund for a defective product that was charged to a Credit Card. Denver then lied and stated I used store credit or a voucher or something.. so she could only refund me in store credit.  I then told her it seems really shady that she would not print the receipt or refund the credit card for an unsanitary product that I showed her how to discover. I then requested the manager who just so happened to finish working the check out lane.Ashleigh (Manager) refunded the card as it should have been done in the first place without a Credit Card company opening a fraud case for a bag of bad salt.  After Ashleigh smelled both salts that I bought in and viewed the difference in color and took the bags identifying the manufacturer stamp, she still never gave a solution to the problem.Someone is repacking Diamond Crystal Salt and attempting  to kill people to make a buck.  Fraud, Waste and Abuse. I will be informing BBB and Diamond Crystal of this potential Ponzi Scheme. You should be in jail for how you conduct business.

Carries more than the Home Depot across the way as far as on-site selection. Price wise Id say theyre better, but they make sure to carry from different manufacturers and they have their own brand. Service is always great, rarely have to find someone as theyre looking for you.

I applaud Menards for being a responsible retailer!Menards is making a diligent effort to maintain the safety and health of their employees and customers by requiring masks be worn while shopping in their stores.Also, items I ordered online were able to loaded into my vehicle without my having to enter the store at all.Thank you Menards, for making the safety and health of customers a priority.

This store is a bit lax about following Covid19 regulations. While at this store I witnessed 3 employees standing together in the middle of the lumber department with none of them wearing their masks and they made no effort to clear out of the aisle or maintain a 6 foot distance from other people and customers. Also, very few of the customers were wearing masks with no enforcement. I understand how difficult it must be to work long hours in a mask, but now is not the time to let down our guard. Please, wear your masks!

Every time I go here I can never find somebody to help me. Customer service at checkout is awful. Staff is never friendly. And not to mention their lumber quality has declined greatly. I seem to do better at Home Depot.

My only complaint is that we spend too much money here 😆

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. This was my first visit at that store and I was impressed. I highly recommend this store.

I usually like shopping here as their selection is awesome. However, I bought a 5 pound propane tank from them (my apartment only allows 5 pounders) and had it filled there at least five or six times and got it safety certified by them. Last time I went to get it filled, and the customer service lady and the GM told me they cant fill up propane tanks less than 10 pounds and that they never were able to, despite the receipts I had saying otherwise. Luckily, ACE Hardware was able to help me out with no issues.

To the store manager! I have some concerns on how some of the employees are treated by their superiors! They need tolearn respect in order to get it back! I’m not sure how your point system works, but if one exceeds their no. of points, there should be 3 steps to these occurrences, verbal warning, suspension, then termination! It isn’t fair to your employees to get verbal abuse from their superiors! Everyone is going through some kind of emotion with this pandemic and we just need to be a little kinder to one another! My suggestion is that you have monthly meetings with your employees and train them to be more respectful to one another! I needed a flat cart to get a $ 200.00 electric fireplace. Looked all around the store. None. Asked an employee and he said we are using all of them to stock shelves. Will go somewhere else.

If i could give this a zero star i would. Horrible customer service. Menards as a whole is not helpful at all. I needed to file a complaint on an employee and the corporate office was no help. I have already contacted the appropriate offices. I am appauld at the behavior of the employees, supervisors and corporate office. Will never spend my money here again.

Worst store manager ever. Very rude and did not recognize or care about medical reason for not wearing a mask. Completely arrogant and insisted he didnt have a boss I could talk to or regional person. He basically acted like he was above everyone else. He let other people in with no mask to buy a mask!!! Yet he would not let me in. How does that make sense? All about the money. I called the store human resources and left a message. No one called back. So I went another route. I am not done. (I have obtained other places to call)I went across the street to Home Depot spent over 500.00 there and was welcomed by all the staff. Never shopping Menards again.

I came in with a bandana on they said they couldn’t check me out without a real mask very rudely, I understand wearing a mask is necessary but a bandana was never a problem at any other menards I’ve been to. I had to waste time going to a different location

Giving this location 2 stars. Was about to buy a water heater today but, the supervisor I talked to about water heaters didnt really seem like he knew what he was talking about and seemed annoyed to have to be answering my questions. Customer service is everything.

Menards discriminates during covid! I used to love Menards. Now I think they are just authoritarians pretending to care about the people. Buy a mask at the front door when hospitals dont have them! Not allowing medically disabled to come in without one. I hope they are reported to the ADA and sued!No one under 16 allowed in!No thank you! I will spend my money at Home Depot and Lowes where everyone is welcome despite their age or if they have on a damn mask.

Menards, thank you for wearing masks! Some of your competitors have been less diligent in that regard.
