The pharmacy in Franklin Lakes is really great. They are so friendly and take the time to talk you through your prescription directions and answer any questions. Switched from another pharmacy and Stop and Shop pharmacy did all the work. Very pleased

Horrible customer service, used there automated scanner to check prices and scan them so at the register you can checkout quickly. Every time I use it I get tagged and when asking the person who came to investigate it, was accused of starling to which I asked to see the manager who came and also checked and found that all the items are appropriate and there was no theft involved, when asking why this has happened on multiple occasions, she said she would investigate and get back to me which has not happened even after 6 days! Just goes to show how broken there scanners are!! I would recommend going to ShopRite which is down the road and the prices are cheaper and the produce is the same!

It is a VERY CLEAN and well maintained store. The employees there are friendly and always available to help. The produce is always fresh and of high quality. The meat is department is well stocked and fresh. The bakery department is very clean and custom orders are produced with a high level of skill. The prices may not always be the lowest, however it more than makes up for it in the quality of the products that they sell. This is especially true in the produce, meat and bakery departments were I believe is a key factor in any supermarket. I am always happy to shop there.

Initially loved the place, but was very disappointed by the handling of a simple incident. After showing up masked and happy to shop the past Year, one day it slipped my mind to grab it. I hurried in, in full uniform on Friday April, 23, 2021, in a rush and instead of someone simply politely reminding me, I had a young male at the self check out literally yell across the aisle if I had a mask. The tone was not one of concern. It was rude.It was completely unprofessional. Meanwhile, half the store were improperly wearing the masks they had on. Despite the rude encounter, I immediately ran back to grab it, since I simply forgot it and had no intention of not having it. But I found the experience extremely off-putting. I work in healthcare and people forget all the time. It was a long day. That definitely could have been handled better.

Great selection of snacks and well equipped for groceries

I tried to buy 3 lobsters for my 30 yr. Anniversary. Two employees tried to assist me and scoop out my lobsters but they were unsuccessful. It was upsetting to wait in the store for 45 minutes and walj out with nothing but tears.

Fairly good selection of produce as well as a great selection of frozen foods. Not very crowded like other supermarkets

Located at opposite end of strip mall Entrance.Good quality food at fair pricing.Very good prepped food (appy.) Dept...Fried chicken was good, so was sushi.Also, has a pharmacy and PNC BANK INSIDE.

Loved that they open early for seniors and I wish more supermarkets did that, but unfortunately they appear to be out of many items just like every other store in our area. Truthfully looked as if they do not have a night crew to restock the shelves.

Its a big grocery store they ha e everything you need. Produce, meat deli meat, soda, juice... Like I said. Its a super market. Very convenient because its open until 10

I find myself in here at least a couple of times a week. Mostly the produce is good. I love the little clearance section in the back of the store. It seems clean for the most part. The cashiers are usually friendly.
