I have been purchasing cartridges here for years and am happy with their service

Frank and his team are really sincere and down to earth.I had tried to have a really high end copier serviced by the people who sold it to me, and they told me that the unit was beyond repair ( because they wanted to sell me a replacement)The copier was only 3 years old and I just finished the lease payments.Frank the owner of this Business was great.He came to my office, and took apart my copier and found that there was only a small misalignment.He didn’t even charge me for the service call.He was so genuine and From that day forward I will only buy from Him.You will see when you meet him that he is the nicest guy.Very Down to earth and They don’t make them like Frank Anymore.I highly recommend Him.He saved me $8 Thousand dollars .All My Best,Howie

I drove there with cartridges that I had for my old printer. I asked if there was anything he could do for me with the 2 cartridges. He said no, there was nothing he could do for me. I did not even get a chance to use them. That was a waste of money and time. I will not be going back there. He could of at least given me a coupon or $5 off my next purchase or something.

Had my cartridge refilled there, took it home and it clogged the jets in my printer. After that the printer never worked right. To top it off it was a multifunction and i had to toss an otherwise perfectly good printer/scanner/fax/copier.

Could not ask for better service. Even if an issue is minor it is taken care of in a timely matter. My office purchases all our ink supplies from Cartridge World in Franklin Square.

Really great experience buying and refilling my cartidges here. Customer service was top notch, pricing is affordable, and will definitely be using them for all of my cartirdge needs

Staff was very friendly and helpful and you absouletly cannot beat the price.I did have a small issue with one cartridge i got refilled but they exchanged it with no problem.I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to save money and get a quality product.

Great service fast and gets you out of a jamb, but not a significant savings compared to a new toner, online order is more savings but wont compare to the immediate delivery time if you have your stuck and thats what you pay for.

Stay away from this place they sold me an Ink cartridge without the chip on it that allows it to work with the printer rendering it useless and are unwilling to do anything about it.

I called this store to inquire about some ink cartridges and the customer service was so poor and the gentleman on the phone was so rude. I have decided not to bring my business to this place based on the poor customer service.
