Not the best customer service or good first impression for my first time trying to buy a engine from These guys. I called three times to receive a quote because each time I called, the guys answering were quick to hang up. First call the guy said he would send me a quote well he sent me a screenshot of what is on their website which happened to be a quote for the wrong engine. If I didn’t know which motor I had in my truck and went and purchased this wrong motor I would be out over $3k and would have had to wait for them to ship the right motor. Call back to receive the right quote and then got two different quotes and before I could ask any other questions I was hung up on. Call back a third time to speak to the sales team in hopes of getting a better response and was told to call them back at 10 AM. Going to give them one last chance to make it right when I call tomorrow and if the customer service is any better than I will change this review if not I will leave it up. Gave 3 stars because I figured these guys are busy working and may be short staffed due to this pandemic and haven’t bought an engine from them yet.

Although I havent pulled the trigger yet, the entire experience with Fraser Engine and Transmission thus far has been overwhelmingly impressive! Beginning with the information provided on their website and ending with their sales representative Scott, I have never been impressed with anyone on auto repair/ service nearly as much, not even my service rep at my local Cadillac dealership. Perhaps this is why Fraser has been in business for 60 years and will be for the next 60!

With part shortages and need to wait 3-4 months to get a remanufactured engine for my truck they came through with a engine to ship. The web site could have more info or direction on it to make it easier for the people at Fraser when you call them. When you select your warranty did it relate to the 3 versions of prices and parts included above the pull down? There was no price on the warranty pulled down when you selected, so was it related to the 3 descriptions? My auto repair shop couldn’t find a crate engine or a remanufactured engine from their sources and I said let me try. Found Fraser and they had what I needed and another source for them to find what they need to help their customers in the current shortages. They had 3 engines they were replacing in the shop when I was there.

I am an O’Reilly commercial manager and I like using Fraser because they are quick and are normally the only ones to have things in stock and easily available.

I give Fraser a 5star rating. They were very good at getting me the engine I needed. Nobody else had it, and said it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could get me one. Fraser is shipping me one now. They said it would be here in 3 or 4days . Now thats good service. Lori even gave me a curtious call back to let me know the good news. I really appreciate all that they did for me

Sent me a locked up engine, took 6 weeks to get another one sent. Had to start a bbb case, ceo stated in case his vp would reach out to me. Never did and I responded back in case stating so, his response proved his incompetence has bred throughout the company, by saying they never received a call from me. 3 weeks after sending my core in and still no refund, and no call backs after calling several times. I wouldnt even give them 1 star

(I got my 2006 Ford F150 New .. not ready to let it go just yet)..Update: All though Fraser was the Best, With the 8 to 12 week back order on this Engine.. I went with Jasper Engines.. Truck will be ready November 5th..

I looked around for a good quality engine for a good price, well as good as a price I can get for a motor I can trust. Frasier offered 3 options which I chose the best one which was top notch. I gave them a need by date and it was shipped ASAP and arrived early. I can tell you this you will not find a better motor with a better warranty than this anywhere. I mean 5 years unlimited miles with one free replacement. Customer service was awesome as well and always go above and beyond to help. They still help me now even though I have had my engine. This company is hands down the best when it comes to engines.

Would be five stars for the attitude and manners of their staff but their online order form is much to general such as offering three options on the engine with no explanation. I called and was told my question would be forwarded and a sales rep would get back to me. That took twenty four hours and the answer was there was only one option for the engine I was ordering. Update your software to reflect that or let us talk to someone who can answer. That small thing cost me a day and probably delayed the shipment of my engine until after the weekend. Sounds like a small thing but this is my granddaughters car that she uses to get to school 2000 miles away. Every day counts. The staff I actually spoke with were great. I look forward to getting my granddaughter back in her car with a safe engine.

We were looking for a new motor from a reputable company. Somewhere that offered a good warranty and financing options. Fraser had it all! The number of options available to accommodate our price range and quality standards. We chose the recommended motor with the longer warranty and we’re able to finance through a 3rd party they work with. All in all, great experience.

I got an estimate pretty quick after entering mine & my Jeep’s specific info, but it wasn’t any different than the brochure already posted on the front page of their website. The estimate request didn’t seem to be worth the work because of that, but kudos for at least having an honest price upfront, therefore I gave 4/5.

Well the warranty department has been leading me on for 2 months. Sent a bad replacement motor my mechanic was instructed to diagnose and they would send parts. Sent lifters that wasnt the problem Sent a head that wasnt the problem. Cylinder 2 was bad. So they sent a new motor and is installed and ready to go as soon as Fraser sends my mechanic a check for what he was instructed to do. Truck has been in shop since June 7th. I just want them to take care of my mechanic but keep getting the run around from a guy named Paul. I will change my reviews after issue is taken care of

Fraser Engine’s Customer Service Representative Danielle was a breath of fresh air and exactly the type of personality a customer wants to talk to; especially when things don’t always go smooth. When it looked like there was no fix for the situation, she dug deep by making some additional phone calls and presented me with an option that would work. In addition the engine was ready in a week, two weeks ahead of schedule. Thank You Danielle and Fraser Engines.

Tell me an engine won’t be available for 2-3 weeks. But if I pay more they could get one too me right away. What?! Hard Pass!! Also be weary of them posting your personal information on without permission. I have also contacted local attorney general office and google to let them know what they are doing.To bring clarity to this posting. I requested the Recommended Options. They advise me they sold their last one and if order would not be available for 2-3 weeks. But one would be available if i paid and addition $550 on told of the $3350. They also were going to charge me the $560 upfront. Plus paid for a lift gate fee even though my mechanic has a fork lift. I stated I wanted the price quote on the website if you can send one right away. I am not trying to blackmail anyone. Didnt mention about posting a review. I have also contacted the local police and google as I did not give them permission to give out my info.

Lets see, first motor was bad, lost oil pressure in a month. 2nd engine has bad deactivation solenoid that ive yet to be paid for a month later...very difficult to deal with these guys...no one answered the phone ever.... I wont do it again!!!!

Anthony has been a lot of help with explaining a few things and took the time to answer my questions now just to wait and see how the 5.3 purs when I get it and after it is installed I will update after break in period. Okay so 450 miles on the 5.3l now and it runs flawlessly. While inspecting the motor I was very happy with the quality of work.

I contacted frasier engines for a motor. They said they had it then sold out but they reserved one for me as they were building more. So I appreciate that. I just didn’t like some of the communications I had. They kept transferring me around when I had questions and when I went to order. The prices were a little high but I guess I should expect that in this market. As far as the quality of motor, time will tell

Bought a 5.4 Triton 2 valve motor from them, it was delivered when they said it would be delivered. The engine looked awesome, my mechanic installed it and said out of all the 5.4s they have replaced this one runs nice and smooth and tight better than any of the remanufactured engines they had installed before. So far it runs great, schedule a pickup they said they would pick it up in 2 days we shall see about my refund but so far everything has been exceptional. Customer service and the product have both been exemplary. I dont know what kind of problems other people have had, but all I can say is that my experience with them so far has been excellent.

I called 4 times put on hold for 20 minutes plus every time and when I finally talked to customer service they said they cant help me some one will call back been waiting for two weeks for a call back. Truly the worst service I have ever dealt with
