Wasnt sure I wanted to move up to a high end bike but the staff expertly handled all my questions, let me take a test ride for as long as I wanted, then held the bike for 24 hours so I could think it through. I got the bike and am very happy with it and the whole buying process. Ive been back several times to go over a few things and deal with a minor issue that was my fault. The after sale service is just as good as the buying experience. I highly recommend Fraser Bicycle.

This is hands down the best bike shop in the area. I went to a different bike shop first because it’s much closer to my house with the same problem on my bike and they kept my bike for 48 hours and didn’t fix the issue and told me there was nothing they could do. Took it here and they fixed it in 10 minutes. The mechanics here are very intelligent and know what they are doing. Definitely will be making the drive to come here if I ever have an issue again. Thanks again guys!

Great place with amazing staff! They upgraded my wheels and tires in under an hour, disposed of the old ones as well. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped me out cheaply but have many high price options as well.

Took one bike in for service and was hooked. Amazing customer service. The employees listened to what was needed, were patient and friendly.Technology was used really well. Date shown on an information screen at the service counter for completion date. Text notification of completion. They beat their promised date each time.I was so impressed with the work done, I brought in two other bikes. All the superb technical and customer service each time.Also Specialized brand bikes for sale along with accessories and some nutritional items.All around a fantastic bike shop.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went to look at bikes and they took the time to explain the different models to me. Had a custom fitting with Taylor who ran on time, was professional and patient as he dialed in on my measurements. Cannot recommend this place enough! I purchased my first Triathlon bike here and they made the process not only easy but enjoyable. You can tell the people that work there love cycling and genuinely care about their customers. I have brought my bike in a few times for small fixes and some tune ups and they are amazing to work with. I pass numerous bike shops on my way to get to Fraser Bicycle and they never disappoint!!

I had a wheel/tire with a 2nd consecutive flat. I assumed the rim tape needed replacement. He took it apart and found no issues with the rim tape (could have just charged me to replace it). And the hole in the tube was in a different spot, so I think hes right about the rim tape not being the problem. Hopefully getting a different brand tube from them is the solution (the tubes I got from Amazon were probably sitting on the shelf for too long). He fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable price.

Wonderful service. I had a big project of prepping my bike frame to be shipped out for a carbon repair plus a tune up for another bike. They helped immensely with the all the details. I also added an updated professional fit once the frame was repaired. There was a lot of labor, parts to replace, and communication back and forth. The execution was flawless. I never had to worry about any details being overlooked. Both of my bikes fit better and are running perfect. Thank you!

I drove 40+ miles to purchase a 2021 Specialized Epic EVO this past November, and I was happy with the enthusiasm and knowledge of Steve, who took in my trade and sold me the bike. Flash forward a few months and many great miles ridden, and the Shimano XTR cassette snapped a tooth on one of the cogs. With the parts shortage due to the pandemic, there was little hope of a replacement in time for a big race I was training for. Ron stepped in (while he was on vacation!), contacted the Shimano rep and had a replacement cassette priority shipped just in time. When the part arrived, he sent me a text to have me stop by the shop. When I arrived, he dropped what he was doing and immediately worked on my bike. That is the definition of customer service. I can’t praise this shop enough!

Best Bicycle shoe EVER!! Bought a new bike today!! These guys are awesome. They installed a new rack on the back for us to take my sin for rides. My wife and I came home to put the seat on right no big deal so we thought. We had to drill holes for the seat cover and popped the tire and found out the bolts were to short anyways. Took bike back to them to fix the tire and they fixed the seat for free!! Thank you all so much!! You made a little boy and his parents so Happy!!!

Amazing customer service! I recently went to two other bike shops to get my bike repaired prior to going to FrasierBike. They were unable to help me, but Ron quickly looked at my disc rotor and bent it back into shape without having to use the new part I brought in. He didnt want to take the risk of putting it on if the pads needed to be replaced (which I hadnt purchased and brought). He said whenever I get the whole bike in, itd be better to assess. It was such a quick fix and there is no more resistance. And he didnt even charge me, despite how busy they were during the covid time.

I really appreciated how nice and helpful they were to someone who had no idea what needed to be done. Definitely will return to buy some more stuff for my bike someday :)

I needed a pair of shoes compatible with a Peloton Bike so I stopped into Fraser Bicycle after a couple of unsuccessful stops at other East side bike shops. My visit to Fraser Bicycle was excellent in every way. They had a great selection of options in a wide variety of prices. They took exceptional care in fitting the shoes. Its getting to be increasingly rare to find retailers with great products, knowledgeable staff and outstanding service like I enjoyed today. Fraser Bicycle will certainly be my first stop for anything bicycle related.

My husband purchased his bike here a few months ago, and when we decided to upgrade my bike we figured Fraser was the only place to go. I got a Specialized Roll, and can’t wait to go on family rides with the tow behind carrier we got as well. The team all stayed late to make sure everything I wanted added to the bike was properly installed. Ryan even took the extra time to cut down the seatpost to make sure the bike fit me properly and was comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if you’re looking for a good quality bike and a great experience.

Great shop with super knowledgeable folks. I have had my bikes tuned-up here for years, even the bikes not purchased here. Bike lab is a great way to get indoor training in. Bike fitting by Taylor was well worth the money; the bike now feels great, increased watts/speed and no pain!

Went to Windsor ON to visit my brother. Am from Massachusetts and didnt feel like the hassle of flying w a bicycle. So i asked around for a loaner road bike. Sent over 20 email messages, got 3 responses, 1 led nowhere, another was ridiculous, then Taylor Rogers, who manages Fraser Bike Shop, responded. He didnt know me from Adam and yet loaned me a Supersix on the spot, which i gladly rode for a full week. I have never been this well-treated at a bike shop before. They were excellent, the service was amazing, kind, and generous. The shop is dedicated to the triathlon crowd (not much of a roadie scene there), they have everything under the sun and certified mechanics. If youre in the Detroit area, pay them a visit. Theyre the standard of shop service. Plus, i made a friend for life. Thanks guys!

Ive purchased several bikes there, and Ron and Chris are always a great help. I also really appreciate the expanded products and services they offer for triathletes, although they go beyond most of their clients needs. My only bad experience there was when the owner goofed up a service order on my bike, but gratefully I was headed out of town, so the delay didnt interfere with any riding.

The staff here is awesome and generous with their time. I just flew back across the country and they hooked me up with a box to fly my bike home, at no cost. I will be back to Fraser Bicycle in the future!

My wife and I just purchased two low-end hybrid bikes from them yesterday. Im hesitant to say low-end because the bikes we choose are fantastic quality. The sales lady we had was great and answered all of our questions. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, and they even kindly gave us discounts on the bikes AND on accessories. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We bought a pair of road bikes here and the experience was great. Chris spent a few hours fitting us to the bikes and they all ended up staying after hours a little bit to finish up. We drove a long way to buy from them and it was worth the trip.

Tonight is the second time I visited. First time was to straighten a wheel, and tonight to replace a tube. I dont own fancy bikes like they sell, but they very promptly fixed my problems on my junker bikes and did other minor tweaks to make my kids happy. I thought they were reasonably priced to have a pro take care of it for me so fast and correct.

The entire Fraser Bicycle family is amazing takes care of you as their own! I got a cyclocross bike and got fit for it so its fit me! You cant go wrong! Need to get your bike tuned up or brought in for maintenance? Fraser is it! They wont try to sell you unneeded parts and only sell you on whats recommended AFTER they look over and examine your bike to see what the problem is. Theyll even tell you what you have time to fix. Something should be replaced eventually, but not necessarily right then. Honesty in sales is a huge factor to me. Fraser made my buying experience a great and awesome time as I was shown and explained differences from bike to bike and narrowed down what I was looking for. I brought in a road ebike to have them replace a rim. The process took 3 weeks for them to source and get my bike back. After I got my bike back I rode it once fine but the second time my tire completely blew out. After further inspection, the rim they replaced my old one with was wider (42-62mm with tire). So they put my original tire that was 38mm on it. It must of barely fit but they got it to hold pressure and send me on my way. I bring it back and in their eyes it was fixed when it left so I am now out a tire and the walk home from the blowout.They seemed knowledgeable but when they do things like this I have to question it. I wont be back.

I had high hopes for this bicycle shop, but I wouldnt recommend it for the casual cyclist or beginner. I asked some admittedly newbie-type questions of the saleswoman and was treated like I was stupid. They also tried to upsell me on all kinds of accessories before I had even selected a bike and without even asking if I already had those accessories. I ended up at American Cycle and Fitness and their staff is much friendlier when dealing with customers.
