Ordered custom cut tubing and every single piece came in oversized. Mind you I have ordered from them small cut pieces in the past and they all came in to size if not with 1/16 tolerance which is allowable for my needs. I thought it may have been a production error so I decided to email first and after a few days didnt get a response. Got a hold of customer service and the woman on the phone insisted that was their tolerance policy and that they were sticking to it. Didnt offer a single solution to help. Said I didnt write down exact size so that is what they do...cut everything with the tolerance added. Would it really be that tough to cut everyones order to exact size so as to take out the guess work if the customer needs it exact or not? I paid for a bunch of metal pieces I have no use for...I would have done a better and more accurate job with a hand saw. The only positive thing is I got it fast, but that doesnt really go far if they are flying through cuts without paying attention to their customer specs in the first place.

Love their service and convenience. Very handy for a small order.

Anyone posting negative must be nuts. They are reasonably priced and very quick. My company orders from them all the time. Great customer service as well.

Ive been dealing with speedy metals for a while now and have no complaints. Im a small company so its nice being able to get small cuts. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Really great place to get material as a hobbyist- they treat you with respect. Really good to see a company that knows all customers are important.

I have dealt with this place on several occasions for small pieces of tubing cut to size. The prices are not the discount price that one would get for purchasing by the truck load, but I only needed a few pieces and dont mind paying a premium. Called in my order and within a couple hours they called back and ready for pickup. No complaints at all.

What a Ripoff, they charge $16 for a piece of 2 inch square steel tube thats only 12 inches (1 foot) long. I went to my local Lowes and got 3 feet for the same price almost! I wont be back due to their prices, its a SCAM!

Sales tells you one price, The bill is another! They do not tell you but you have to spend a minimum of $10.00. The sales guy didnt tell me that! I called back to comfront them and the sales guy did not care. I plan on calling the main office!

Dealt with this company several times UNFORTUNATLEY. We order our tubing for roll cages through them and every time the order has been unsatisfactory but; since they are local we were suckered in their convenience. The last order we ordered 120 ft of metal, they deliver 144 and charged me an extra 80 something dollars without even asking if that was okay. After asking them to pick up the extra 24 foot section, they charged me a $10 pick up fee to pay their driver for THEIR MISTAKE! Needless to say we will be finding a new supplier for our cage material. Their loss and they didnt even seem to care!
