I think the valley is fortunate to have a one of a kind consignment store. The pieces that come in daily are unique and one of a kind. This is an upscale consignment store so I dont mind paying more for quality items, while still getting great deals. Fresno has a rash of vintage and thrift stores where individuals can bargain hunt. I see this store as a specialty store for individuals with discerning taste who want fine items at a discount price. The Store is easy to navigate, clean, organized and fun. I have also been a consigner, and the policies are similar to other consignment stores. I have found their staff knowledgeable and helpful. I agree on a price and depending on what I ask for typically dictates how long the item will be on the floor. My items have been sold within 1-3 months. I appreciate that I dont have to keep my stuff in my house where I have limited space. My items are safe, displayed professionally and I set and accept all offers. I am happy that this store is in Fresno and my only feedback would be to expand to Clovis or somewhere near the Tower District.

I absolutely love this store. It has such a relaxing atmosphere to browse for hours with no pressure from the staff. Ive made frequent purchases, most recently s beautiful headboard for my guest bedroom. Ive purchased a butter dish, vase, and lots of jewelry I enjoy. Also, I sold some antique chairs of my own there for a very good price.

This has to be the best-kept secret in the San Joaquin Valley. This store has everything from contemporary to traditional to Mid –Century Modern items. The prices are reasonable and they only seem to take quality items. I found a dining room set that was on the Internet at less than half the price. It is a fun shopping experience as they bring in new items everyday. The space is huge yet well organized and clearly displayed. The staff is all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. One could easily find everything they need to furnish a home and get great style at prices that save you money if purchased new. All items are in good to mint condition. The store is conveniently located on Blackstone between Ashlan and Shaw. I will definitely be back soon!

Not handicapped friendly! Not wheelchair accessible! The restrooms and only other exit are at the end of a hallway that is completely blocked and being used to store furniture and boxes. I was forced to leave the store pack up my 81 year old mother and rush down to the Starbucks in Old Fig just to use the facilities. When I mentioned this to the team members they would reply “I’m sorry it’s tight” and go back to eating lunch. NO! I’m sorry but this is ILLEGAL. To top it off, BOTH the items I put on a 24HR HOLD were sold right out from underneath me in less than 12. And the item I was waiting for a price to be put on? SOLD! After I was ensured that we were the only interested party and would be given first right of refusal. This place is a great example of how you should NOT conduct business.

My wife practically furnished our entire home here...saving us a bundle. The selection is always changing. We drop by now just to see whats new, you never know what treasures you will find at The Emporium!

Lot of beautiful furniture here! Not what we were looking for or could purchase while traveling. Store is clean and the gentleman working there was helpful with information about the store and pricing policy but then left us alone.

NO MORE DAVID?? THERE ARE PLENTY OF CONSIGNMENT SHOPS TO USE, HE WAS THE MAIN REASON I WENT HERE I GUESS REPEAT PERFORMANCE IT IS. GABE IS TOO CYNICAL AND COMPLAINS THAT EVERY THING IS TOO DIRTY SCALDING HIS CONSIGNERS LIKE CHILDREN!!! DAVID WOULD JUST WIPE IT DOWN AND NOT WORRY ABOUT IT IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD THIS KID MADE THE STORE WARM AND INVITING.

What was once a beautiful local shop is has lost its light! The only good part of the store was the wonderful service provided by David, now the sole owner will surely run the shop into the ground. Gabe simone lakes the skills to accurately and efficiently, youre items will either be way to underpriced you will drastically be ripped off or over priced and no longer be a value. Take your business to repeat performance where you will be treated with dignity and respect, something Gabe simply doesnt comprehend.

Gorgeous unique pieces but best of all great customer service the guys are super helpfull and friendly they go out of there way to help and very knowledgeable about the pieces they sale. Very clean and inviting athimoshere. we are from Visalia and always stop by when we’re out there it’s one of our favorite shops in the area !
